Die Woche verlief sehr angenehm für die Rainbow Road. Angenehme Temperaturen tagsüber, nachts schon mal runter bis auf 14°C. Sie ist mit 13 cm in der Woche gut gewachsen, obwohl ich die Stickstoffdüngug mit Vinasse reduziert habe (Mir geht der Dünger aus, Scherz.. 😉). Wegen eines angekündigten Gewitters, das dann doch nicht besonders intensiv verlief, habe ich sie besser verschnürt um ein Abbrechen von Zweigen zu verhindern. Da ich glaube an den unteren Blätter ein paar mineralische Defizite zu erkennen, habe ich einerseits mit Seetangextrakt und Bittersalz als schnelle Maßnahme die Blätter besprüht und am Ende der Woche auch ein wenig mit Bittersalz (Epsom Salt) gegossen. Ich mache das zum ersten Male überhaupt und hoffe dass ich es nicht übertrieben habe und keine Verbrennungen auftreten. Ein Esslöffel auf 5 l Wasser. Nächste Woche kommt die Ausrüstung zur Erstellung von Komposttee (eine kleine Druckluftpumpe und das passende Rohr zur Umwälzung). Das soll viele, viele Mikroben aus meinem Wurmkompost vermehren und sich fleissig am Pflanzenwachstum und deren Gesundheit beteiligen. Es ist eine Neuheit für mich, wenigstens wird der Wurmkompost hier sinnvoll verbraucht. Etwas Humus vom Boden der Benjeshecke kommt auch noch rein. Und es wird Zeit für ein Top Layer in den Töpfen mit Hornmehl, Rinderdungpellets, Wurmkompost und etwas Erde. Es wird Bilder und Blubbervideos geben. I started hitting them pretty hard with the nutrients this week and topped every one I could find. Might’ve fimmed one. I did a little early LST on them the whole week because the system I’m using grows woody stalks and if you wait too long you’ll never get a bend on them. They all more than doubled in size and technically this is week 3 day one of veg since they were put into the feeding system. I plan to get them another 8” taller with their new multiple tops and then place the scrog net over them. At this rate I’m guessing two weeks or a little more and they’ll be ready for the 12/12 flip.

This week went ok to. notice last time I updated my diary she started going into the flower so I've swapped to expert nutrients bloom with a ph of 6.8 . I don't think she is going to be anything too special which is okay because it tells me I have some work to do . I'm going to try breeding the seeds that I have with a larger auto at the end of year . Thank you for looking up the diary and will be an update next week 🌱👍

Day 43 14/06/24 Friday So today was the day for cloning 🤩 I've kept it basic, taken 4 sides as clones. But, I have taken the principle, kept my mains, stripped back and topped all. Resulted back to tie down LST. The plants have had a great week. I cleaned up under the canopy and re-arranged the scrog a bit for the last time. The plants are just now beginning to smell. The 1 Maui Clone has gone quite pale green so I added 1/4 cup of Bat guano to the top of the soil and worked it in. Then I added about 4 cups of worm castings on top before watering this week. I also started a FFJ juice mix using a recipe from Cho Korean Natural Farming. I started some Drosera from seed in January and they are now showing there first true leaves and carnivorous trichomes. I added photos of the bright red trichrome stalks. Other than that the plants are flowering well and the HLG light is sure a beast, I am really liking the super even coverage I am getting.

June 6: cool and rainy today. Bigger one is tall enough to tie down so I did. Used a piece of wire to hold apical tip below the other growth tips. Will do this for about week and will release once the lower sites are bigger and apical dominance has been broken. June 8: adjust tie down but a couple hours later I noticed the stem had shifted and folded. Patched this unintended supercropping using green floral tape which you can barely see on the stem. Floral tape is great and readily available at florists at the local mall. Breathable, flexible, very helpful for this kind of thing.

It is a vigorous plant with very uniform branching, high resinous and high yield, if you grow from seed there are a few different phenos that I got, equally as good

After 20 days in seedling stage. I stopped watering. Planted into bigger pots using new organic soil.

Week 4 was actually pretty smooth. she was showing nitrogen and potassium deficiencies because she was being terribly underfed and because i had weened her off the veg nutes WAY too soon. I found the dyna gro nutrient schedule and ive been following that. i will definitely be following the schedule much better next round as i wasnt actually aware they had a schedule out. Shes currently week 5 day 1 and shes already fat af and super trichomey.s he still got at least 2 weeks left. she might be ready by week 7 honestly tho who knows guess well see. Ive been giving her 1 gal each time of dechlorinated tap water just straight water. it has been phd to 6.6 ph. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. will probably flush one last time before continuing the bloom feed.

Day 34 veg BM1 responding well to topping. Vigorous growth. BM2 growing normal BM3 has tight internodal spacing. BM4 grew slower than the others but didnt get topped at all. I started feeding today 0.5ml/l biobizz grow. Problem with watering: pots dont get watered properly. Water just runs off of the bottom.

I realised that the roots were too cold and put Styrofoam under the pots. In addition, a plant has a positive mutation. A branch has become 2.
