This week I performed a good defoliation to clean up the canopy and improve light penetration and airflow. I also added a second scrog net to help support and organize the branches as the plant continues developing in flower. On the positive side, I haven’t seen any more signs of the thrips since the treatment, so hopefully the issue is under control now 🌱💪

Do you want to grow rock hard buds like a stone? Pick this one! Since the beginning she was the leader, and she still is... Never seen buds that hard, should yield a lot. This is an older strain with skunk, Orange parents, smells interesting and should give a smooth smoke. Perhaps 150 dry, we will see. Edit: wow, the upper buds showed some signs of dark amber, so i did a partial harvest haha. Better to check the trichomes. .. I will leave the rest for 2 weeks and we are good to go!

Whats Up from Down Under growmies?!! Another update- And its been a week thats for sure. I noticed a few spots of bud rot on some of the Zkittlez main colas- after that rain last week- so being week 7 in flower heading on into week 8, I decided to chop the affected buds and a few around them. After sniping out the mold, its hung up drying now. After speed drying a few nugs to see, it was obvious she wants a week more to put on a bit more weight, she dries out to weight next to nothing but damm is she clean as a whistle!! Very fresh and sweet smell, and taste with a racy head high thats on the short lived side. That also suggests she needs at least a week more if not 10 days. But what can ya do? Its a few Oz easy if it kept its weight. Quite enjoying the smoke though so cant complain. Id be annoyed if it was for sale as it weighs next to nothing, but its not. I ran it super light on nutes the whole way, and prob stopped bloom nutes a week too soon looking back, so light weight is to be expected in early bud. A dose of humiboosta this week was given to help release any remaining nutes in the soil and give the plant a boost in carb production for its last week or so. Hash plant is looking good considering its issues, its fought off mold on its own it seems, I snipped off a few buds that had issues, but all in all its doing well for a runt I fed even less than the others. Colas are looking very fox tailed but also filling in quite well despite that, will be interesting to see what the final buds look like. Gave a final dose of light Bloom nutes and Humaboosta for her last two weeks or so. Project Sour lemon D got a heavy dose of bloom nutes as she basically wasnt fed until I saw the buds were actually buds and not bananas. So second proper feeding since she started flower a few weeks back. And decided to do this weeks diary in the Twilight light, as I noticed the Zkittlez had a Visitor that was settling in for the night to do some hunting, so added a few pics and a vid of him/her also. Enjoy!!

FBA 2025 turned Frostbanger was a fun grow in many ways. First, my friend gifted me the seed and I grew outside while she grew inside. It was fun to watch the plants grow in different settings and different growing methods. If you have been following me, then you know our weather has been crazy here. We have had lows of 50* and highs of 90*. We had a hail storm and lots and lots of rain. Today, I was. forced to take my Frostbanger down. I found a couple of buds rotting and it is supposed to rain for the next 4 days, so this grow has come to an end. But first, true to Frostbanger's description, "Just keep in mind, this strain’s dank, pungent odor is super strong—meaning a carbon filter is a must to mask the aroma in any grow room and she’ll make her presence known when grown outside" and boy did my backyard smell. Also, just like its name, it is a "trichome-studded beauty." Sticky, sticky, sticky. It also had a nice fruity smell, almost like a cantaloup. I like to wet trim, so I spent the past 2 days trimming. My wet bud weight is 102.19 ounces. Not A big harvest. Had to throw away some bud rot and I had to take this plant down early --But that is how a hail storm, cold weather, hot weather, Rain and more rain will effect a harvest. I'm happy to be somewhat successful. FYI: today's weather: It has rained 2.05 inches in the past 24 hours and expecting 1.6 inches in the next 24 hours.. I am pretty proud of Frostbanger's cola as it is 10 inches long and approximately 9 inches around. Wish I could have seen it with 2 more weeks of growth. I may not have the growing experience of others, but I am super happy with this grow and glad I could enter a contest. It was fun!

**Fast Pic in growbox this week working on various harvest I thought so when I transplanted it from a 6.5-liter pot to a 20-liter pot: Our Zamnesia Tropicana Cookies had roots I'd never seen before in such a short period of growth, which made me think this one would become a monster, and indeed...just look at it for yourself. Truly large, immense, with mostly aligned flowers except for the crazy one. It's also very suitable for scrog, and it's a plant with large flowers in all phenotypes that will give you immense satisfaction. I have difficulty handling it; it's truly a monster, too big, but I also managed to flush it well and cage it well to ensure it finished well and photograph it well. It's truly beautiful. I must say that it vegetated for 10 days after transplanting, the others less, and I regretted this; they should all have vegetated a bit longer after transplanting and before flowering, except for a couple. Our Zamnesia Tropicana Cookies #2 was super cute from the start, but after transplanting, it became a monster that wanted to grow out of control. To be honest, I noticed a particularly strong root system when I changed the pot, and I sensed its potential. This potential has since been confirmed by another plant grown without techniques, with a magnificent cola. We transplanted it from 6.5 to 20 liters, let it vegetate as best we could, and the plant seems to be growing beautifully. We only removed a few small growths that hadn't seen the light of day and pruned the tops that seemed to be slipping. This one, which only lasted about 10 days after transplanting, is a monster. We're in a standard 20-liter square plastic pot. Techniques chosen: The plant was pruned 16 times, which means four times more pruning and a couple of extra toppings on the tops that seemed to be slipping: a real beast. We're 100% organic and 1000% Plagron, as always. The soil we've chosen is the recently launched Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us to get the grow started more smoothly and reliably, without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause. A week is more than enough, so let's not overdo it. We're halfway through flowering, and the plant honestly looks monstrous. We're well on its way to flowering, and we've brought Green Sensation forward a week. It's very balanced, with no signs of imbalance. We've added: - Pure Zym 1 ml/l - Silic Rock 1 ml/l - CalMag Pro 1 ml/l - Sugar Royal 1 ml/l - Alga Bloom 4 ml/l - Power Buds 1 ml/l - Green Sensation 1 ml/l Choose your favorite style and calculate your results on the website: www.plagron.com Our new 720W Spider King lamp from Vanguard Hydroponics is now at 80% Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/en/531-growshop Our Tropicana Cookies is now in great shape, give it a try! Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10921-zamnesia-tropicana-cookies-semi.html Z - The award-winning Girl Scout Cookies is a cannabis strain that lends itself very well to breeding projects. That's why we boldly experimented by combining its genetics with a fruity Tangie. The result is Tropicana Cookies, a fast and potent hybrid with 22% THC. This strain is highly productive, and its buds are not only rich in sweet and spicy terpenes but also covered in a layer of sticky trichomes (which facilitate the extraction of high-potency concentrates). Tropicana Cookies' genetic makeup is 60% sativa and 40% indica, a blend that produces a balanced and euphoric effect. Although easy to grow both indoors and outdoors, Tropicana Cookies thrives outdoors in warm climates. If you have enough space and good sunlight, the plants can reach heights of 180 cm. Wait until mid-October and, in optimal conditions, you can harvest a whopping 700 g/plant. A result well worth the effort. This strain also impresses indoors, reaching heights of 150 cm and producing 500 g/m². Tropicana Cookies also stands out for its rapid flowering. After just 7-8 weeks of indoor flowering, it will be ready for harvest. You know it, but I recommend it: here you can find so many beautiful things, essentially "the best that nature has to offer." Beginning of week... This week I'm dropping the Armor Si (Silica) and adding Advanced Nutrients' Kushie Kush (bloom booster).. Only at half strength for this week.. She is happy and healthy.. Trichomes are busting out everywhere. Smells delicious.. Cant wait to see how she turns out in the end!!! Almost mid week.. She is not much of a stretcher.. Unless something stressed her.. She is stretching, just.. Sloooowly lol.. And not very much.. But looking at the last couple weeks she is stretching noticeably.. Should still yield a decent amount. Smells fucking delicious! Mid week.. Yeah, I'm assuming she isn't going to stretch much more than she has.. Unless some sort of odd, late flower stetch decides to pop up.. But I doubt it.. Still not a bad thing.. She still has more than enough time and room to keep stackin and fattening up! But she seems happy asf to me.. One of the tops (pic) has some clawing goin on.. Like my Purple Lemonade did.. From nitrogen toxicity... But it's just one top.. None of the othet tops have this going on.. And it's literally just 2 or 3 leaves at tge very very top.. As long as I don't see it pop up anymore, I'm just going to keep feeding her like I've been.. If it does get worse or spreads anywhere else, I'm going to go down on the FloraMicro since it has the most nitrogen.. But at least my last grow (Purple Lemonade Autoflower which was VERY nitrogen sensitive) taught me how to spot and quickly correct the issue! No time for failure! Lol... Next day.. She is gonna yield a bit more than the white widow for sure. She is getting chunky fast! Trichomes everywhere.. So glorious lol End of week.. Pretty happy with this week. Her slow veg growth didn't seem to affect her flower development.. She does have some weird flower structure.. And some pretty big new single fingered fan leaves.. As if she was "revegged" or something.. Very much covered in trichomes.. And I think I should cut down on the FloraMicro next week.. She has a COUPLE tops with clawed leaves.. See if that keeps it from spreading.. Guess she may be a little nitrogen sensitive.. Or I should have just cut down the FloraGro sooner but I'm going to go up on the Kushie Kush (bloome booster) and cut out all FloraGro and just give the FloraBloom.. Along with doubling up on the FloraNectar and just still just the recommended amount of Floralicious Plus.. And that's a wrap.. On to the next week!...

Beginn 4. Blütewoche Was soll ich sagen.
