Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

First days of flowering this week, I promised myself to be hands off this week... Journal reads: 1/13: Fed these Girls! 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Plant 1 looking stressed. Hands off! 1/15: Removed Netting, added fan, restarted time lapse it had failed last week ~ 10 days 1/17: I trimmed dead and suckers from all plants, fed with 3 TSP/GA Big Bloom 2TSP/Ga Grow big and Tiger Bloom 1/2 tsp Clean Kelp. Trimmed a lot!

Started off with some training 😍 Shes responding very very well! Was about to top her but I changed my mind so ill see how big she will grow Hoping for a bushy plant 😍

Ok one has gone purple the other hasnt :) I’m still of the opinion that’s it’s too much calcium , maybe due to the microbes improving the circulation, next change tomorrow with out any cal mag we see what happens 🤞 Changed reservoir Thursday - Boxing Day Had a few issues with calcium with this strain , it first appeared two weeks ago , I m of the opinion that maybe the concentration got too high locking ou5 the nutrients , ph is perfect at 6.3 but still later on we are seeing it in the other plant , this could also be the boxes , as this is the first run with them we can see if it’s going to happen with the northern lights 🤞 Big one is trying to go purple , the gold in her leaves is quite amazing , a side product of too much calcium I think

Defoled and tied down and she’s pumping now , another week of veg keeping up the defol and spreading her out before flipping. I’ll raise the lights this week to get a bit more vertical growth .

So, Nitrogen deficiency SEEMS to have slowed down or stopped (hopefully). I've upped the FloraMicro as well as the frequency of feedings, from once a week to 2-3 times. Next year I will plant in soil as I'm going to fly through nutes, and the Midget that's planted in my flower bed has received nothing but water and has shown ZERO deficiencies. The girls have now also began to show a Calcium deficiency as can be seen in the pics on new growth, as a result I've upped the amount of CaliMagic as well. Weird as I see many people feeding 1/2 the dose as recommended by GHE while i'm feeding the recommended and then some. I'm guessing it may be because the girls are big, not sure. Oh well I ordered a gallon of each of the nutes and a gallon of KoolBloom from WEGROWBUDS.ca Highly Recommended. As soon as my prize comes in from @HumboltSeeds I will be planting 4 girls indoors! And FYI I may break this diary up into the Blue Cookies and White Widow individually, we'll see.

The buds have developed very well this week. I had to run the dehumidifier for a few days because it was too humid for me. I had had experiences with mold and therefore preferred to be more careful I am very satisfied... The gorillas already look very sticky and shine silver, like a silverback gorilla. The Honey Cream looks like I remember it...very fluffy and hairy calyxs --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Controller AC Infinity Pro - connector for the external light control, RJ-12 - 2 plugs with which I can control dehumidifier and humidifier. - 2 fans run 24/7, 1 Oscillating from spider farmer Light - 12/12 h PPFD - 900-1000 µmol VPD - 1,3 - 1,6 week average RH: 54,8 % Temp: 24,2 ° VPD: 1,38 kPa

So the 3rd week started. I did realize that the plants started growing faster and on Sunday I did transform them to a bigger hydroponic pot. They were entering the vegetative stage. I know I should have not done it to the autoflowering so I should have planted it to the finisher pot but I did not know because it is my first time so I kept reading and receiving information. I stopped spraying the plants because I saw one yellow dot and I checked it can be toxicity or fungee so better not to play but still use it for the soil. I constantly raised up the quantity of the water so started adding 140 ml a day for two plants, 70ml 2 times morning, evening. So one plant receives 35 ml in the morning and the same amount in the evening, approximately 12 hours difference. I use two lamps 60W each with a dual head so (30W 2 times each plant.) The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe started smelling not strong but the smell was weak, only if you go closer or in the grow tent. I started also adding bat guano-acacia honey and water mix. (1-liter water 1 tablespoon bat guano, plus very good quality acacia honey mix 1 tablespoon). The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe also started growing faster, at the beginning it was growing slower but now, it has changed. I also set the light schedule 20 hours on and 4 hours off with two-timer. Ventilation started I use a small USB fan which is able to go 17 hours with a 5000mpah power bank so I bought 2 when one is off the second is used and the other is charged. Pretty much it works almost 24/0. I do fertilize on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with that bat guano mix giving the same amount of water like if it was normal. 140 ml a day (70ml morning, 70ml evening). Other days the same quantity of clean water. I never used tap water I buy still water from the shop.
