12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. So this one started slow but healthy. She was a sativa that expected much more leg space and warmer humid climate which i fixed later. Needs LsT. I hit it with my concoction to keep her short it worked. Dense nugs especially for sativa hybrid. Not loud but tropical sweet. I needed 11 weeks min for flower could run 12 even though I seeded mine. Tiny sativa seeds like the original ibl bred by jaffa seeds uk and brought to me by Pevseeds. Not bad for under a cheap 120w led quantum and 3 gallon grow bag. I should have went with 5. The roots were amazing dense.

This girl is getting close, buds are fat, crystals are sparkling, hairs are orange and leaves are yellowing all over. Gave her Recharge only this week. As soon as I start seeing some amber trichs, she's coming down. Oh, did I mention she STINKS! 😄

I try to soak all the plants. and I repeat this 2 times this week and the next before the buds appear. As you can see, they are growing incredibly. They are strong, healthy and resistant, which I can immediately iron the branches. Bionova nutrients alternating with Bio canna are doing a great job. This week if the growth continues like this I will already be able to cut between the 4th and 5th nodes. And start mounting the net for the scrog We'll see how it goes. No rush, no stress. Just so much love and professionalism for plants and they will grow lush.

Switched to flower, changed nutes to GT coco flower, Ppms 550. Light schedule is 12/12 with increase in co2 to 1500ppms during lights on. Took out plants and did some super cropping and a general cleanup 2 days before switching over. The GSC are getting pretty big and a little worried about the stretch, whereas the WW are pretty stocky little things, hard to LST as the stems are so thick but really fragile, broke a few stems that is was trying to train and spread out. I think this might be to do with the co2 as I have another one from the same batch in another tent with no co2 and comparable lighting, it has a less compact structure. Anyhow going ok at the moment temps are pretty high with the dehumidifier and light. Light bumped up to 70% will slowly ramp it up over the next 2 weeks to see how they fair and see if the increase temps is not too large.

Harvest about a week early to not get any amber thricomes. The buds look amazing so sugary don’t want them to become amber. Will press like 70-80% into rosin. So don’t want no ambers’s. Otherwise this strain was amazing to grow! It was super stable all the time and produced some Sick buds for me! This shit smells like gods v*gina!

this week, i gave the plant more nutrients and water , I also pulled down the larger branch of the Gorilla to achieve a more even light distribution at a lower distance from the lamp.

Now that we got the humidity back to normal, I treated each plant to fresh nutrients. The pistils on Chonga are starting to turn brown, indicating it'll be time to harvest soon (despite my 20 Dec prediction). Cheecha's pistils are still long and bright, so we still may be on track for her harvest in December. I'm going to start flushing Chonga this week while maintaining nutrients for Cheecha. UPDATE: I finally caved and bought a Grow Tent! almost immediately the temp rose from 73 to 77 degrees. Humidity is stable at 34%. I'm going to wait until Chonga is harvested before introducing the humidifier again to dehydrate chonga a little prior to harvest.
