🌌 Cosmic Noodles — Week 9 From Seed (≈ Week 5 Flower | 12/12 From Seed) Divided Report — Growth vs Stress ⸻ Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run continues under 12/12 from seed, now entering: • 🌱 Week 9 from seed • 🌸 ≈ Week 5 of flowering At this stage, plants are expected to be: • Fully transitioned into flower • Actively stacking buds • Stabilizing structure after stretch However, this week became something more than a standard update… 👉 It became a controlled contrast experiment We now have three distinct expressions in the same environment: • Plant A → Stretch-driven structure • Plant B → Open, balanced, high-performance plant • Overwatered Plant → Intentionally stressed (root zone) Same room. Same feed. Same conditions. Different outcomes. ⸻ 🌊 The Overwatered Plant — Controlled Stress What was done This plant was intentionally overwatered to observe: • Root response • Recovery potential • Impact on flowering progression ⸻ 🔬 What overwatering actually does • Saturated medium → oxygen depletion in root zone • Roots lose function → nutrient uptake collapses • Plant shows deficiency symptoms without deficiency • Metabolism slows → flower development stalls ⸻ 👁️ Current Observations (Week 9 / Flower Week 5) From the visual timeline: • Heavy, swollen leaf droop (not thirst-related) • Necrotic/burnt leaf edges • Weak flower formation • Overall loss of vigor • No strong signs of recovery yet 👉 This is consistent with root hypoxia stress ⸻ 🛠️ Corrective Actions Taken • ✅ Full drainage of excess water • ✅ Substrate allowed to dry • ✅ Feeding paused (critical decision) • ✅ No additional stress applied This approach respects one key principle: 🌱 “Recovery is biological, not forced.” ⸻ ⚖️ Current Status — Honest Assessment At this moment: 👉 The plant is not showing a strong rebound And that’s important to state clearly. ⸻ 🔮 Possible Outcomes 🌱 Scenario 1 — Late Recovery (possible, but limited probability) • New growth improves • Leaf degradation slows • Buds continue developing (reduced yield expected) ⸻ ☠️ Scenario 2 — Progressive Decline (more likely) • Continued leaf death • Minimal metabolic recovery • Poor flower development ⸻ 👉 Either way, this plant has already fulfilled its purpose: It became a living demonstration of root zone importance ⸻ 🌿 Plant A — Stretch Expression Structure • Taller, more vertical growth • Longer internodal spacing • More “reaching” behavior Current State (Week 5 Flower) • Healthy foliage overall • Bud sites forming consistently • No stress signals 👉 This phenotype leans toward: 🌱 Structure over density ⸻ 🌿 Plant B — The Balanced Beast This one stands out immediately. Structure • Open architecture • Excellent light penetration • Strong lateral branching Response to Defoliation • Fast recovery • No visible stress • Continued aggressive development Flowering Progress • Clean bud stacking • Strong formation across canopy • Uniform development 👉 This is: 🌿 A plant fully aligned with its environment ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Outcome Analysis Defoliation was applied to the healthy plants. Results: • No slowdown • No shock response • Improved light distribution • Strong continuation of flowering 👉 This confirms: • Timing ✅ • Intensity ✅ • Plant health baseline ✅ ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding — Stability Check • 🌡️ Temperature → unchanged from previous week • 💧 Feeding → same regimen maintained • ⚖️ No variable changes introduced 👉 Critical insight: Differences observed are not environmental They are root-driven and plant-specific ⸻ 🧠 Key Lesson of Week 9 🌱 “In flower, roots dictate everything.” Even under identical conditions: • Healthy roots → explosive growth • Stressed roots → systemic collapse This week shows clearly: 👉 The plant is not just what you feed… 👉 It is what it can absorb and process ⸻ 🎥 Mr. Baggy — Introduction This week also marks: 🎬 The arrival of Mr. Baggy Even if limited visually in this update, his presence is now part of the journey. And honestly… perfect timing. Because this week represents: Real growing Not just pretty plants ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect — Moving Forward 🌿 Plant A & B • Continued bud stacking • Increased density over next 1–2 weeks • Gradual nutrient demand peak • Structure already defined → now focusing on weight ⸻ 🌊 Overwatered Plant Two paths remain: • 🌱 Slow stabilization (best case) • ☠️ Continued decline (most likely) No intervention planned beyond: Observation + stability ⸻ 🙏 Closing Words — From Grower to Growers To everyone following this journey: • The supporters • The silent watchers • The experienced growers • The beginners • The sponsors • The platform • The community 👉 Thank you. Not every week is perfect. Not every plant is beautiful. But every moment teaches something. And that’s the point. 📡 DELETED @ 1K Please stay tuned.we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@thedogdoctorofficial NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. I probably go over 500 grams for the total grow, which would be 1.6 grams per watt. Big success! Consider an SP-3000 for your next light, you won't be disappointed! Check www.mars-hydro.com for the latest discounts! Thank you @MarsHydroLED for letting us try out your light, it made this successful grow possible! Greetings and all the best! Nov/21 She grew like crazy. Big green fan leaves coming in. Branches are growing strong. Smell is starting to get intoxicating. i finally got over my habit of nervous watering and am feeding the girls way less and they're happy. Cant wait to flip this girl to flower. No problems this week at all. 11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. (some of this is the same as White Widow diary) 11/30 It wouldn't let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. Two busy days. Tent came i!! which im super excited about because now i flip the girls to flower. It wouldnt let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. I spent tuesday putting the tent together and dropped a video of the new setup because im REALLY excited about. got the ladies nice and cozy. Started them on 12/12. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well Shes super healthy. Super green leaves are big stems are thick everything is a lovely dark green i can smell it more because theyre tented now. but it looks great. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil I couldnt add the castings amount in the thing above So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned any growth at wasnt going to produce. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

Week 13 from seed — or as we like to call it here, around Week 9 flower on this 12/12 from seed run — and the Frozen North is fully living up to its name. Outside may be rain, but inside the tent it feels like a snowstorm made of resin. Animal Mints is absolutely covered, from the tops to the sugar leaves, and every day the flowers seem to gain a new layer of frost. This week is a very calm but very important phase. We are not “pushing” plants anymore. No heavy feeding, no forcing, no chasing numbers. Just water with Pure Zym, observation, patience, and allowing the plants to naturally finish their cycle. Last week we transitioned into this enzyme-and-water-only approach, and honestly, the reaction has been beautiful. The plants are still drinking, still swelling, still stacking weight, while the fade slowly begins to paint the leaves with those late-flower colors we love to see. And this is exactly why these plants look different from many traditional grows. From the beginning, this run followed a simple philosophy: let the plants work efficiently instead of endlessly forcing growth. 12/12 from seed creates a very unique structure and rhythm. The plants stay more focused, more direct, and instead of wasting time building oversized vegetative structures, they channel energy into dense flower production early. The result is a room full of productive spears, compact stacking, incredible resin coverage, and surprisingly efficient use of space and light. Morphologically, they really tell the story of the run. Tall but controlled structure, clean vertical development, excellent penetration, and flowers forming all across the plant instead of only at the top canopy. The under-canopy lighting deserves special mention this week because the lower and middle sections are performing way above expectations. Despite a few small LED burns on buds that grew a little too ambitious and got too close to the light, the overall effect has been amazing. Lower flowers are dense, frosty, and actually worth keeping instead of becoming forgotten popcorn. That alone says a lot. This stage now becomes almost meditative. Every day is inspection day. Checking flowers carefully for bud rot, airflow issues, hidden moisture pockets, stress signs, or anything unusual. Thankfully, everything is looking healthy and stable. Buds are getting harder, heavier, and more resinous by the day. Some pistils are already turning orange and brown, calyxes are swelling beautifully, and trichomes are slowly starting their transition. Right now we still see a lot of clear heads, with only a few amber trichomes appearing here and there. The goal remains the same: waiting for that beautiful mostly-cloudy window before making the final harvest decision. And honestly, this is where patience matters most. At this point, harvest timing is no longer measured in weeks on paper, but in daily plant evolution. Maybe next week becomes harvest week. Maybe the one after. The plants will decide. For now, they are still packing weight, still evolving, still teaching. Environmentally, temperatures may not follow the “perfect textbook grow chart,” but the plants clearly did not read the textbook either. They are happy, praying, resin-heavy, and productive. Sometimes the best approach is simply reading the room instead of forcing strict VPD perfection. Stable plants matter more than perfect charts. The macros this week also tell an incredible story. Frost coverage is reaching extreme levels, trichome stalks standing tall, resin heads clustering together like tiny crystal forests. Some of the close-up shots almost stop looking like flowers and start looking like another world entirely. This is one of those weeks where photography becomes part of the grow itself. Bringing plants into the studio, documenting the late-flower transformation, capturing the fade, the resin, the imperfections, the beauty — all of that becomes part of preserving the journey. And finally, massive thanks to everybody involved in this run and in this journey overall: Zamnesia for the genetics. Plagron for the support. The sponsors and equipment partners. Grow Diaries for providing the platform. The community following since day one. The new growers arriving every week. The experienced growers sharing knowledge. The skeptics, the lurkers, the silent supporters, even the haters — everybody crossing paths here contributes something to the energy of the project. From grower to growers: thank you for being here. Now we keep observing, keep learning, keep respecting the process, and let the Frozen North finish writing its legend. 📡 DELETED @ 1K Please stay tuned.we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@TheDogDoctorOfficial NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support. This week both Special Queens showed clear flowering signs. The larger, light-green pheno stretched faster, while the smaller, dark-green plant remained bushier and drank less water due to its recent transplant into the 35 L AutoPot. Both were top-fed with Biobizz nutrients (about 75 % schedule, EC ~1.0, pH 6.3) and continued to receive RO water via the AutoPot reservoir. The plants consumed around 3–5 cm daily from the 47 L tank, which was refilled and stabilized with CalMag. Several defoliation sessions were done to remove shaded fan leaves and open the canopy. The larger plant was slightly trained under the net, while the smaller one was carefully thinned out. After these steps, humidity improved noticeably inside the tent. A new AI climate controller was installed this week, which now keeps VPD stable around 1.0–1.2 kPa, even during the night phase. Overall, both plants look healthy and vigorous, with many bud sites forming. The setup feels stable, and the time-lapse footage shows daily leaf movement and recovery. The differences between phenos are striking, but both appear to be on track for strong flowering.

So a whole lot has happened in the last 2 weeks. My main goal has been setting up for season 3 outdoors in my new garden where I will test my theory. I went a little hard on the plant ferment I made and have been feeding because the Whiskey Zulu and the Girl Crush because have a few spots on some leaves so I guess they might've briefly locked up a little. No problem with the Ogreberry though. The Whiskey Zulu smells like purp—like GDP, the Ogreberry smells like fruitloops with some funk and a little like Northern Lights. The Girl crush smells like a sweet diesel og—and I've just switched her over to 12/12 not long ago. For season 3: I've ordered seeds from DDA who owns Boneyard Seeds Norcal on Dagga.garden please check him out before it's 2 late. Please checkout his fantastic selection of cultivars. He goes by Mr. Toad on youtube if you have any questions. The man is a fantastic breeder and educator. [With my order of Roberts Creek Congo × Space Cheese seeds he sent 10 free The Ghost of Toadally Haze and 7 of a cbd/cbg strain for breeding called Holy Ogre. In the package was also brown rice ocb papers, a soil inoculent, boveda packs, terploc curing bag, stickers, and arugula seeds.] I met DDA through a future cannabis project live, he was in he comments spreading killer knowledge and I asked him a few questions about my ideas and he educated me for a long ass time simply because he's all about it. That's a breeder whose genetics I want in my garden, (and then he sent me all the freebies without even knowing me.) The man will have my buisness for as long as he's selling seeds because he values education and fosting the next generation of growers. He gave me some tips about rooting clones and now I've rooted my 1st clone for this next season. I think the temperature wasnt consistent enough before... I've started 3 Roberts Creek Congo × Space Cheese and they all popped within 14 hours with a 100% success rate. DDA — look him up.

She's still "clawing" a little but the new growth looks to be normal..we've raised the LED a few inches to accommodate her size..she's touching each side of the tent at this point..we removed a few of the more burned and curled leaves so we can better track new growth..we think her flowering stretch is over (or at least very close), bud sites are forming fast and with really great spacing ..not too much else to report at the moment, thanks for dropping by and my husband and I thank you @Seedsman for selecting us in your 420 contest , you guys rock! 🤘🐱...much love everyone and for my U.S Growmies, have a safe Memorial Day weekend! ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

👋I am happy of the growth of my 4 seedlings, I can't wait to see the buds appear. I continue to do defoliation, I make cuts in different places on each plant, I experiment ✂️ 🌱Genetics of this limited edition : Hawaiian Snow x Wedding Cake x Gelato 33 🌗Switching to flowering this week, I reduced the length of the day by 1 hour each day until reaching 12 hours night time / 12 hours daylight on the 33rd day!🌞 🌺On the 33rd day I apply a layer of organic nutrients mixed with a little soil that I add to the top of each pot. I added 35 grams of BioBloom to each of my pots🌺 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water each pot with: Day 29 : 0.5 L Day 33 : 1 L with 0.8 grams of bio enhancer/L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 65-80%) Night : 14-17°C (Humidity : 75-85%) Outside the tent it is around 16°C with 70% humidity The humidity is a little too high, I hope it will drop a little 🙏 ------------------------------------------------------------ 🚀Equipment of the week ⭐️ : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent. Each on for 30 minutes then off for 1 hour. this rhythm repeats itself in a loop I'm removing my heat mat this week. ------------------------------------------------------------ 📜Links : USA x Landrace LE Seeds : 👇 (Seeds of this Limited Edition is in restocking) https://shop.greenhouseseeds.nl/feminised-cannabis-seeds/usa-and-landrace-limited-edition/ Mars Hydro : 5% off with my discount code "houstone5" 💪 https://www.mars-hydro.com/?acc=hou-stone 👨‍🚀My Instagram❤️️: https://www.instagram.com/hou_stone420/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Thanks for your visit😀💚

Health and prosperity to all those who read me. It is very important for me to feel your support and approval. If you follow my progress, you know that earlier my partner and I prepared more than 20 plants, part of them we planted with the guerrilla method in the outdoor. The other part of the plants remained in my friend's tent. And one plant I decided to take to his home to put on it experiments with different techniques of training and grow it from the parent plant making it a few clones.

Week 7 down! both crows seem to be having some kind of deficiencies. I also found mold on one of my plants. I wanted to clipping that off and separating it from the rest of the girls. I also saw some of the tips turning brown on some of the plants so I resorted to finding the Advanced Nutrients watering schedule. the website stated for me to give to liters per plant of water and food every other day. This caused my plants to become waterlogged oh, you can see the drooping leaves. I'm going to let these dry out and then feeding water them.

I added some soil to reduce the length of the stems and make them more stable to the fans, sprayed once with mineral water after the lamp goes out and put some sticky traps because as usual there are some gnats in the soil, nothing to worry about so far.

Day 61 of flower 🌼 today. On Day 59 I used koolbloom one last time along with a dose of recharge. Going forward I'll only use the Ripen this week and allow the flushing out to continue. Rainbow cake is almost finished and looking great. The listed flower time is 68 days, so we're definitely getting close. The fan leaves are really green still so there's definitely some more flushing needed. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate than the other 2 plants. I recon it's the size difference. Flower time is listed at 56 days but it's not showing finished yet. Buds still have a lot of white pistols and a lot of clear tri. Hopefully she'll be good in around 10 days. London mint cake is doing well. Flower time is listed at 60 days. Tri is 50 percent cloudy and 10 days of flushing out will put her ready right on time. Thanks for checking my diary everyone. See ya next week!
