Start of week 3 blueberry is flowering and the stretch is almost over. The seedlings are growing nicely.the box got up to 100f this week during mini heat wave had to put ice blocks in rez to lower temp down from 80f. I look forward to the 3 other new strains I’m running. My GSC seedling is looking a little pale I should have waited longer to change rez over to bloom nutes. I have top dressed some organic fertilizer near drip line of nutes 4-6-4 one month release. I applied to all seedlings except blueberry. I reduced blumat on gsc, ww, and ch until surface dried a little bit as my gsc was showing signs of overwatering. Gsc is starting to green back up. My bb had to nanners i plucked them I hope these are all. It could be from the high temps or the one night I had a light leak. BB larger plant receving 1000 ppfd.i turn light back down a notch Gsc leaves started cupping now she’s getting just 550 along with other seedlings.will continue to monitor for improvement and ramp lights up a little later if needed as plants should grow into light.

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

Hi guys, sorry if I posted this week so late, but I was sooo busy! This week, I began to give two first doses of Flawless Finish, to start clean the soil (and unlock Indra from its nutrient burn). Aurora is growing really great, has a powerful smell and a white color when I get photo of her at night 😍 Indra began to grow again, after the use of Flawless Finish, the flowers are getting bigger and the smell is growing day by day, I will post her trichomes the next week! Hello. This is the end of veg and the first week of flowering, starting tonight. Man what a cold spring around here. We had a week of over 21* c through the day. But the last couple of weeks have been cold, barely getting over 13* c through the day. I didn't open the tent till noon because it was raining here. So, these plant will be going into flowering tonight. I'll be lowering my bamboo type of net later this week that will hold up the big BlackMoon buds. Got 2 males to work with this year. Panty Punch and Pinoal Kush (my own cross) These males should make some good seeds this year, they are "FREE" if you want to do a diary on them. I use a 3 dollar international stamp and a Christmas card to get them to you, I just want a diary done in return. The plants inside will be put into flowering a week after the ones in the greenhouse. I know it will take me a week to harvest the ones in the greenhouse. The plants in the greenhouse all got a big drink of rainwater last night and all had their first overflow into the reservoir. I'll be mixing up some flowering nutrient for the next watering. Well, that is the end of the FFFB comic book. Hope you enjoyed it. He's one of my favorite artist. The plant continues to grow bigger ... it has remained low compared to my normal standards, perhaps because I had given it too much water however many branches full of flowers ..... now we start with the end of fertilization and then start the flush but we evaluate next week O.T. :someone will ask but MiniMe where is ????? caught !!

Week after week the flowers are developing very good

D32 - The first day in the first week of flower. D34 - I gave her 1.2-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. I'm not sure yet, but I suspect that the thrips in my other tent have made it over here. No definite proof, though, so I might just be imagining things. Yesterday, I turned on the UV on my light. It's a bit early for this girl, but the other girl in the tent is three weeks further along and can use some UV. D35 - It looks like the thrips have made it into the tent :( The good news is that there's currently only damage on one leaf, so I removed it. Let's hope the predatory mites do their thing. D38 - The last day in the first week of flower. Not much to report. She must be stunted, considering how small she is. I have no idea why, as she looked happy and healthy throughout the grow. Maybe I screwed up when I transplanted her, or maybe there's something with the soil after all.

May 15: later start as a replacement for my failure on Durban Poison. Have wanted to fit this one in for a while and should be an easy and reliable grow. Top tip for germination stage is get a heating mat. My house is usually about 18 C but cannabis, tomatoes and pepper all need it warmer to start properly. So, get a heating mat. i usually keep it at about 26 C. Next germination tip is to expose the newly sprouted seed to ethylene gas just before it first reaches light. This is a huge tip for all growers. Seed ‘priming’ using ethylene gas in dark before seedling is exposed to light. https://scitechdaily.com/accidental-discovery-how-a-whiff-of-an-unusual-chemical-transforms-seedlings-into-super-plants/ Seed priming works. I tried it last year on peppers, tomatoes and cannabis. 😎 This is as big a tip as my standard “get a pH meter”. Seed priming takes minimal effort (use a ripe apple or banana) and it certainly seems to pay off big time as shown by my last two seasons. I’ll be doing this every single time now.
