One of the watering tubes was clogged..the plant (PC) didn't get water the full week :( i hope it will recover.. Will start to reduce the feeding now... Trichomes started to get milky 1 week to go...

Good bit of growth this week, plenty of bud sites forming and she is drinking alot of juice. I think she is doing really height wise, I only vegged for 4 weeks to keep her height appropriate and I don't want her to stretch too much towards the light so she's growing accordingly. I accidentally split the topped stem during transport when I forgot she was attached to the grow bag but she seems fine and getting on with it. As soon as all the budsites have formed I'm going to defoliate and get some light on them lower budsites and make her focus on growing some nice colas. Next time I will leave the LST on until about now cos she's straightened up a lot and it's a bit more crowded lower down than I would have liked. Back Again , well the FBT09/Sour Diesel plants are looking fine . The normal plant is looking really good and has very distinct spiked leaves . It also has a slightly tighter internodal spacing than the its sisters all except for Tester 2 which is the bushiest. The other plant (polyploid) is also bushy but in a mutant abstract type growth pattern , It has two heads even tho I never topped it . 👽 This is a Freaky plant hope it produces some freaky Buds 😝 I gave the girls a feed of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom Mix (third of a cup per pot) and a qtr tspoon of Great White. This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

UPDATE - Saturday 13th March This week has been ok but I need to take it easy on the nutes! Especially with the soil one. Ooohhhhh 😵why did I use soil. It’s really annoying because it’s at weedy little seedling stage and iv obviously over fed it. I added some worm castings to the one on the right in the hempy bucket though , along with ecothrive biosys They should break down fairly quickly given how packed with microbes and micorhyzae to buffer the ph of my hempy buckets to where I need them to be. I don’t even bother with my ph pen now. I’m glad I didn’t spend £69 on one but it would be good to get a decent one at some point. It’s not top of the list though. Grow space number three is looming and this time I actually have the equipment. Only problem is I don’t want to use my old converted wardrobe. It’s too small and pretty pointless. If I’m going to have a tent in my studio flat space where I have to hear the fans or rather the varispeeds hum. I’m very tempted to take the big grow tent out of that room and then paint the walls bright white and just vent the room. Instead of the tent. The ductings already there. Then I could move the bigger tent somewhere else in the flat. The thing is - I started growing to provide me with my medicine,however, I’m in prohibition-land. So far I haven’t had the space to be able to get a monster harvest. My last one was the best so far I think it was 2.5oz between three plants. I have decided to turn it into an auto tent (shout out to fast buds for sponsoring me) They are just so easy. At first I was worried because i thought the lights were on longer but they finish so god dam quick from seed to smoking. I’m f surly sure curing autos must take longer than growing them. That fastberry is coming along nice but It’s such a non bushy plant. Like lanky but in a good way. A lanky green stem with these random bright purple buds on the tops. This is the first grow I’m going to use a proper magnification device when I need to check trichomes. I think iv been harvesting too early. Well actually just last time because I was scared the police were coming. LOONG story. Anyway, I’m looking forward to being able to see those thrich’s get cloudier and cloudier. Will make some nice source photographs for my art also. I nabbed these awesome plant holder uppers that just poke into the soil in the pot and they are round and have sections to put cola’s through. They look really perfect for auto’s final bushy look once trained.

The first week of flowering went well, no defects or anything. I put up a second trellis with small compartments. And a dehumidifier to keep the humidity between 50% and 60% I have also started the flowering nutrition , including the New 'powerbuds' from plagron. Does anyone happen to have any experience with that? Now it is waiting for the plant to stop stretching. Around day 20 I will defoliate the plants one more time

Mar 10th Week 13 CDP # 2 is doing awesome Some LST required and possibly some more defoliation this week CDP # 1 is picking up a little bit from last week but still far behind it’s sister plant Mar 13th Fresh nutrients today More defoliation CDP # 1 is still lagging behind CDP # 2 is healthy happy filling out nicely It is the biggest plant in the tent Mar 14th Defoliated CDP # 2 big time. Took me an hour or so. This is an experiment with defoliation for me. I want to see if this will help provide the stimulus to produce buds instead of leaves. All in an attempt to get the biggest nuggets I can.

We are currently working on the recovery from the initial stem split on plant A. She's almost all the way recovered with only a slight crack still remaining. Hopefully that split and the overwatering won't disrupt or stunt the growth of this lady too much. For the sake of experimenting I pulled off the first set of fan leaves that were stunted and discolored in hopes the energy used by the plant will be directed more towards the new growth. Plant C is looking great and loving the increased Par values from our light as we are getting good vertical growth and the main stem is looking super healthy. As we get through to the end of the week we will start transitioning plant A for LST in the form of tie down. The fan is currently applying pretty good stress to the already week stalk of plant A, but she again is almost 100% closed back up. The whole purpose of the fan is to strengthen the stalk with very light stress. Plant C will see LST beginning in 2 weeks as she is 1 week behind Plant A. Many people ask me about the LL on the guage and I will remind everyone, I live in a high climate desert around the 49th parallel so it's cold and dry. When the tent is closed I usually see rh values near 40% where the normal RH (Relative Humidity) is around 10%. It's just dry here. That said the grow community here and the quality of bud is top shelf as it gets. Rh doesn't necessarily impact the end results. End goal is still 360g harvest out of this tent we will see if we get it.

Fun week in that i felt like I watched the buds swell. My girls are all healthy again and my anxiety is once again subsided (for this part of my life). I have stopped all LST for my plants and I am getting a more consistent grow.

Green House Feeded one is enjoying life and growing big health buds. She received her last lollipoping. Advanced Nutrients one is still struggling. I am increasing the feeding per Advanced Nutrients supports suggestion. Let’s hope she recovers.

8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. Amazon - Trimming Tray - (somewherr brand pictured above) Amazon - Nitrile Gloves Amazon - Trimming Scissors Drying Plans and Tools: Once I'm done trimming, it's time to dry the buds. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." She went from about 900 at the beginning of the week to about 330. Now she's back up to 500ppms. We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. After my experience with the Amnesia Haze https://growdiaries.com/diaries/256489-fast-buds-amnesia-haze-auto-grow-journal-by-hinterhofgrower#weeks/1485085, I'm adding some Dolomite Lime to the soil as a preventative measure to avoid the CalMag problem. I watered the dolomite lime into the soil with 2 liters of 2ml/liter Supermix, also to give the upper roots more NPK. What she can draw from the reservoir through capillary action doesn't seem to be enough yet. As an Indica dominant, I didn't top her but removed the bottom two branches and try to keep the central branch under control by removing leaves. In total, I now have 5 main branches.

*Increase PPM from 850 to 1000 over did it oh well. *Transplanted from 1 gallon to 5. * Might wait a week to let them recover to put them in flower.
