Off and running with some flowers starting to show up and swell. Had some nutrient deficiencies I had to address but looks like all is dialed in now. Started using Fish Shit and some Grow Big to help with deficiencies and this seems to have helped, but I will continue to monitor and update. 🌱🤙

Still only giving water, 3 weeks old

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. Looking good so far, got a little bit of light burn at beginning of week but not to bad. Plants are really starting to shoot up now that the roots have hit the water. Topped all 4 at beginning of week 3 for LST prep. AC unit in tent is keeping it around 21 Celsius and water is keeping between 18-20 Celsius naturally so far. When the lights go up from 600w to 1000w though my tent will hit 25+ Celsius so I am currently testing a new water cooled thermoelectric peltier reservoir water cooler I built and I will be installing soon. So far testing it I can bring a 5gal bucket of water from 25 Celsius to 10 Celsius in about 6 hrs. So we will see what it can do with about 20gal of water in my set up once my lights get turned up. I will be posting pics/video once I get it all figured out. So far it’s way cheaper then a commercial water chiller and seems to work good.

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams pheno 2. She's typical light, airy fluffy buds. Wet trim and then vacuum sealed and into the freezer. Experimenting with this strain, freezing before turning into bubble hash. Will update with some sort of weight in the future.

Hey everyone 🤗. This week they both continued to develop very well. Flowering day 35 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and the plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 36 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. It has been very difficult keeping the temperatures down due to the hot summer weather. It has been over 90 degrees 3 weeks in a row here and I'm running lights during the day... bad combination. These plants haven't slowed down though...
