Our Karen Kush Automatic #1 is the biggest lady of this autoflowering series, reaching 130 cm (5.2 ft) tall and boasting a large yield. 12/4 first day of her 4th week. Nothing much changed. 12/6 LST bent her over to 90 degrees. 5 hrs later she pointed herself back at the light. 12/7 gave her first feed since the repot. TPS regimen for week three at 800 ml. Runoff 830 tds 7.1 ph

Melonade Runtz got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

Working on getting these girls a bit bushier to fill up the pots a bit more before bloom. Tried to top them both the same, but one grew two new stems (as expected) and the other grew 4... No idea what I did?

First pic is showing off some of the stretch that has occurred. We start “Above the Stakes”this week. -Sun 10th; it looks like the R plant is making a solid effort in its Stretch, which has just begun & is really happening. The L plant is flourishing and nearing the end of its own stretch. There is an image of the pair with 3’ showing on a tape measure as reference. Jan 11 Good things are happening as the circle of branches starts fill in ! ** as a side note, the Uv-B is going back on for 6hrs a cycle (3+3) after some more reading and the recent stretch action from the plant on the R. Nothing wrong with a weeks delay in nature between sisters & UV-B sounds like solid tech. Power is on again ** - Dinner-time after 4 days. - Hole drilled in overhead corner-bracket, to help Centre the Light. - Plants have been rotated a bit, LST (lashing-some-timber lol) re-positioned a bunch of branches/stakes, meshing the two plants together, in the middle. nuf snapshots. details as the week-ends. -Nutrient ratios are Max’d as the volume will continue to climb for 2 more big feeds. -rapid-start & cal/mg have already been dialed back a bit. My watering volume per/24hr now shows my water use in metric. That # is based on the last 2 meals and I’m now looking at 5 days without nutes... 14th, Steady progress all the way round. Moving lights and supports as needed. Reach continues on the Right plant, while the Left continues to look amazing -molasses in next feed (Sat), TDS to be updated 15th -the volume of water my plants have been receiving, has been larger each of the last 4 feedings. Extra time between feeds has been allotted and watering based on Pot weight/dryness is keeping the plants Full and Green. -The next feed will be half the volume of the last one. The goal tomorrow (day 5 since last feed) is to immediately satisfy the plants nutritional needs with a small meal (7 litres/2), but then it’s going to scream for more food. This time I will wait only 2 days and return to the larger volume and a 4-5 day cycle. That’s the plan. Goal was to raise both the volume and demand for more nutrients. (Without creating a swamp) It’s been kind of patchwork getting the numbers-up, and this is the first pause in that steady climb. Both plants seem to be firing in all cylinders. Sun Jan17 - adding Molasses to each feeding from Week 5 on in to harvest. - 2 days since last half-feed. Big feed tonight and 5 day gap next. -Reached my Max H2o volume with solid Nutrition #’s. Plan is to hold levels for week 5/6 and then begin to taper nutes & volume slightly in 7/8 and hold till flush (11) & harvest (12/13) ** this grow is my best effort yet, if anybody sees or feels it’s getting “sideways”... So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). Over all i am extremely impressed with the Alibaba lights i ordered. These 800w draw from the wall have beat a previous record of mine that i had with 1000w HPS ran at a boost setting of 1100w draw from the wall. The outcome dry was actually 1.87p

Pretty good week, no problems. Added a dehumidifier yesterday (Saturday). And also bought a new light. The light should arrive on Tuesday. Looking forward to that because then I’ll be able to spread them out further so they’ll all have as much room to grow as they need. I believe they’ve started flowering, that happened like day 24 when I first noticed the white hairs coming out of the bud sites. They really took off growing mid way through the week. Like twice the growth as the prior week. I haven’t been defoliating per se, I have been tucking & tying leaves down. Many of the secondary flowering nodes have actually surpassed the main cola’s of my plants height wise. Those that did I tied slightly back down. Really wish I could cut a few branches off them without stressing them out. Oh well. Such is the bane of autoflower growing. The new light I bought is a Colofrog 2021 CF 2400 LED w/Samsung LM301H Osram Diodes. From what I gathered online, it’s a better light than the Mars hydro tsw 2000 I currently own. I’ve got my ts 1000 in the tent currently just to get through until the new light comes Tuesday.

She is going to the end, leaves are fading yellow. Overall i am happy with my first Cannabonsai. In 10 daze i will kill her !!!

Day 30-had some electricity problems for 12hours so put them front of the window so they had some little daylight without sun :( guess this will not be so big problem since is autoflower. I hope... Day 31- i freaking love how they explode... they grow like 3+cm every day :) and biggest plant is lke 6cm every day lol... i belive they are now full in flowering stage cus alot pistals comming out ! Oney like 40 more days till harvest jeeeej :p Day 32- saw some brown spots on leafs i foud out is calcium deficiency,so i made calcium from egg shells..i boiled for 20min then baked for 10min and mixed in fine powder (1g/350mg) calcium and add 0.1g/l into wather ...also did some extra LST... Day 33- Some flowers hight info ... biggest plant is now 62cm then 52cm,39cm,37cm,35cm......they are in diffrent size of pot so i expected something like that.... well 50cm plant is in smallest pot,alot higher but 2main colas and alot less side stems then others plants(also made pic week 5) Day 34- I was looking and thinking and i noticated if plants keep growing like this i will have to make tent bigger so i going to make width and length of tent bigger for 20cm, from 100=120...biggest plant is alredy 65cm so i start bend her down slowly so doesn go to close to light....also i raised small plants so they are all olmost the same height. Owerall all is good did tons of LST little bit deformatiation and had little bit of calcium/deficienty also alredy made tent bigger so looks all good now :) !!!till next week!! Goodbye :)
