Week 15 of Ms. Hindu - Day 99 😍 The week started with trimming the dried stem that broke off and had been drying for 6 days now, see photo. The dry vs. wet difference had me shocked a bit, also my buds seem to be very fluffy, I don't mind, I'm beeming 😇 She has cured now for 2 days and the smell is amazing. We also tried a little each day now and she's brilliant and improving daily, so rewarding 😍 Day 100 - The chop While preparing her for a last photo shoot in the morning light, I found a little spot of dark mould in the middle of her dense main cola 😱After processing the shock with a strong coffee and a little smoke (of her), I chopped her down. Not all of her, but everything except a little young bud, that still wants to grow. Some bugs fell out, a green little guy (see video) and all sorts of nature. I decided to wash one part of her. I love science 😍The other half I will wet trim (also a first, the other bud was dry trimmed) and then let dry in the dry box as well. What a day, pure rollercoaster but smiling and grateful. Growth remains measured and intentional, exactly as expected under this approach. All plants look healthy, lush, and stable, with no signs of stress. What stands out this week is the difference in growth rhythm between phenotypes: • One plant is clearly leading, already showing fully developed true leaves with three fingers, moving confidently toward the fourth. • One plant is developing at a slower pace, still focusing on building structure and leaf mass. • One sits right in between, balanced and steady. For plants that were run under 18/6, the PPFD progression looked like this: • Week 1: ~300 PPFD • Week 2: ~400 PPFD Once we transitioned and aligned everything under 12/12, the light intensity was gradually increased to match plant maturity: • Week 3: ~500 PPFD • Current: moving between 500–600 PPFD, depending on plant height and development From here on, the approach is simple and intuitive: the plants grow toward the light, and we allow the PPFD to rise naturally as the canopy gets closer and stronger. We don’t force intensity — we let the plants tell us when they’re ready. This progressive increase helps avoid stress, encourages healthy structure, and allows the plants to adapt smoothly to higher light levels over time.

Alright. 5th week just started. FIMming is done on the Purple Punch with Today, it looks so good and big. I think it is growing wider than taller, even her "hands" with the fan leaves are bigger than mine, and now it will be wider because of FIMming. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is also fine I started LST yesterday. I will continue the same way of fertilizing this week on Friday 2x, Saturday in the morning, Monday 2x, and Wednesday 2x. I raised up the water quantity so from today I will give 75ml per plant 2 times (Morning, Evening) so 150 ml per plant, altogether 300 ml. It also applies when I fertilize the plants, but the only difference is that the water is with bat guano and acacia honey mix. This Friday ( Day 32) I did not water them to not to be overwatered. I just sprinkle now for the night. This Sunday was fertilization day also, Saturday I did not water them. Gelato Cookie D'ohpe started flowering this week, pre flowers can be seen. When it is harvested, I will set the light schedule 12/12 for the Purple Punch to start flowering. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is autoflowering, the Purple Punch is feminized. What a mix yeah, but it is my first time growing. Tuesday update: Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stretching rapidly, flowering time started. Purple Punch is growing also very well new shoots are coming. End of the week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 40cm, it started stretching so quick due to flowering. Purple Punch is 26cm.

I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

I’ve been dealing with an undiagnosed issue presenting with discoloured leaves. The buds however do not seem bothered as they develop happily or at least they appear to. On day 77 of WW I noticed cloudy trichomes! This is strange however as they are only in week 6 of flower. Not sure how long the cloudy to amber transition is but crop king notes an 8 week flower while growers report 8-10 weeks.

Left these ones out a bit to long and not nearly enough love, so they suffered a bit but that's ok. I am going to experiment and try water curing the buds. First time ever using this method and I think it will make a good little project. No idea how to it will turn out, been reading it will remove most of the smells and that sucks but the smoke is very clean and light. Only time will tell. take about 7 days to fully water cure. bud washing helped get rid of a lot of extra that stuck to them outside.

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) Still cruising, everything has been running very smoothly and the smell is just undoubtedly off the charts. The ladies are showing off some colour and are fading naturally bringing out hues of orange and purple. I also noticed that the leaves and buds closest to the lights are showing significantly more colour that the ones that are further away. The colas are also getting heavy and there are some side colas that are hanging and needed to be reinforced to keep them upright. (This is a good thing obviously) I know I said I would start the flush (not giving any more nutrients/top-ups) but I decided to give them a small dose of Boom Bloom just to give the ladies that final boost. I boosted them in the middle of the week and the flush has begun after that. Only water from now until harvest. Pest Report: None Smell Report: HEAVEN

26/10/20 - The mutated plant topped itself and then recovered. Shame to see this touch little girl go, but there's no room in the tent :'( Some slight pH issues, sorted with a new pH pen. 01/11/20 - Rearranged space to get better access to all plants.

This was a week. The drama at the beginning was one of the fans falling down onto my gorilla cookies. It snapped a branch off really bad but the girl hung onto it by threads. I duct taped her up and somehow took. 😎😢 I defoliated and did a little lst on a couple of the girls. Nothing major. Also increased the light to 80% now. I think I'll stay there until late flower when I switch to 12/12. I also added blocks to a couple of the girls to make the canopy level. That put the light at 15" as recommended by Medic Grow. Purple Lemonade is slowly making a comeback. I will say, even though the buds are small and the plant has struggled, the smell is already there. Which excites me. Day 28. Girls are looking good. Definitely got a good gnat population I’m dealing with. Girls are getting dripped for 2 mins every 2 hours. Pots are definitely on the lighter side so plants are drinking normal. Back left plant is fading pretty good already so been going a little harder on the Cronk but still no complaints. Keeping an eye out for anymore sacs. The frost is coming in EVERYWHERE so we’ll see 🤞🏾. Other than that they’re rollin!

🌱 Grow Diary Update — Sour Diesel Week 4 | First week of flower (12/12) This week, the spotlight is on Sour Diesel, because she clearly stood out from the rest of the room — and when one plant speaks louder than the others, we listen. ⸻ 📍 Quick recap (so everyone is on the same page) • Sour Diesel just entered week 6 / first week of flower • She was running on Autopots with mineral-only feed • Organics and amendments were removed from the Autopot system • The rest of the room handled this change fine • She did not She started showing: • Droopy posture • Loss of vigor • Early deficiency-type signals • A general “I’m not comfortable” look Important detail: 👉 She was the only plant reacting like this. ⸻ 🌿 Why this happened (the key lesson) Sour Diesel is an old-school genetic, and not all strains respond the same way to abrupt system changes. In her case: • She was previously thriving with organics + minerals • Removing organics reduced: • Nutrient complexity • Biological buffering • Availability of secondary elements • This happened right at the transition into flower, when demand increases sharply On top of that, we had environmental pressure: • Outside temps: ~4°C • Outside humidity: ~98% • Room stabilized at: 21°C / 58% RH Those conditions are acceptable — but combined with: • Feed change • Flower transition • Genetic sensitivity …it was enough for her to react. ⸻ 🚿 Why we took her off Autopots Autopots are great — but they’re not universal. At the moment the buds are getting bigger and getting more and more thc, i dont think that a lot of time is left so we gave some extra food this werk and we will stop soon feeding to start with the flush and give only water the last week.
