Day approx 30 since seed touched soil. They are good, on last day before holidays i visited them, all are growing, a bit overstretched, but the lack of good light on such low level is blocked by surrounding, they should be better when i will return. One month of holidays ;))))) Happy Growing !!!

9/29/2024 The plant is looking extremely healthy! There are tons of flower sights and they are starting to bulk up with nice frost development as well. Daytime air temps and humidity are slightly higher than I would prefer, but working to control it the best I can. Lights are currently at 90%, planning to increase to 95% in the next few days. Stretching looks to have stopped or slowed to a crawl at this point. I am continuing to defoliate large fan leaves and any areas of overgrowth/overlapping of leaves to open up the canopy and promote airflow. 10/1/2024 Raised light directly over the plant about an inch. Starting to put some thought into support as the branches are already putting on some weight and swaying from the fans. Have some 4-foot wooden dowels on standby and plenty of bunchers twine. Small issue with roots in the drain line causing the water level in the bucket to rise. Removed the roots and the issue was resolved. Working to maintain 800-900 PPM in the reservoir. 10/5/2025 Overall pretty stress-free week. Continued to add pH-adjusted water only to maintain 800-900 PPM when needed. Still defoliating a few leaves per day to continue to open things up throughout the canopy. Flowers are developing nicely and the frost is everywhere. The smell in the tent is wonderful and quite pungent! Arm hair is getting sticky from reaching in to grab leaves!

Out of the 155 plants one room is starting to get a whole bunch of yellow leaves. And yellow plants. It started after I used the fish emulsion. :S The other two rooms are looking very green and bushy. Continuing LST on most of the plants. The leaves grow in every week or so.

Week 4 (3/14/22 - 3/20/22) Added a 3 gallon reservoir and set up 2 pumps. One to oxygenate and mix the reservoir and the other to feed the plants through drip irrigation. Also drilled a hole on a corner of the tray to drain the run off into a cup. Originally thought of recirculating the water but rather not deal with pH and PPM fluctuations.

I'm excited to report that the flowering phase has officially begun, with only T-55 days/60 days left to go! 🌸🌿 Currently, my lights are set to 50% intensity, but I plan to gradually increase them to 75% over the next few days. 💡✨ I'm happy to say that everything is looking great in the grow room, as I've managed to dial in all the necessary parameters. I will continue to tuck the tops for the next two weeks to ensure optimal growth and yield. 🌱👌 As for my latest consideration, I'm thinking about purchasing exhale CO2 bags. One of my fellow growers, who is cultivating the same strains from the same pack as I am, encountered a distressing situation. One of his Queens unexpectedly hermaphrodited during week 3 of flowering. This revelation has placed me in a difficult predicament, causing me to question whether I should continue with the identical strains or abandon them altogether. 🚫⚡️🤔 Currently, there are four of us involved in this collective venture. Two of us, including myself, are in the initial week of flower, while the remaining two are at week 3 and 4 respectively. Fortunately, the last individual seems to be progressing smoothly with their plants, as everything appears to be thriving in their garden. 🌿👥💚🌱 Let's see how this situation unfolds and continue supporting one another through the challenges of our growing journey. Día 22. El estirón ha frenado. Las plantas están empezando a llenarse de flores. Se me hace extraño tener las plantas con esta forma, dado que siempre he usado cortes y LST. Se ven bastante bien, aunque cada vez que las miro, me dan ganas de cortarle alguna otra rama. Pero no quisiera mermar el rendimiento. Ya a esta altura sería más.contraproducente que otra cosa. Pero creo que debí haber sacado más ramas de las que saqué. Día 24. Fui un iluso al pensar que el crecimiento había frenado. Hoy ya las plantas tienen 5 cm más que hace dos días. Voy a tener que doblarlas si siguen a este ritmo. Tuve que hacer un video, ya que no tengo lugar para sacar fotos en contra picado. Veo que se están llenando de flores y empiezo a imaginar el resultado final. Día 26. Las plantas crecieron otros 5 cm en estos dos días. Ya estan 65 cm. Me empieza a preocupar, por lo que supongo que voy a tener que doblarlas un poco. Seguramente solamente doble las dos mas altas cruzadas entre si. Vengo ilusionado, pero sospecho que van a ser necesarias entre 7 y 8 semanas. Tuve que agregar solución, ya que había bajado mucho el nivel del depósito, y agregué un poco de bud blood. Voy a seguir usándolo hasta el momento del PK. Seguiré actualizando.

These funky mutants continue to surprise and amaze with their one-of-a-kind growth patterns. While the colder weather has introduced a few challenges, we’re adapting and thriving together. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers.
