🌱 Zamnesia LSD — Week 10 (Week 6 Flower) 12/12 from seed | No veg | Full bloom expression ⸻ 🔁 Quick Recap — The Journey So Far From day one, this run has been about intention and rhythm. 12/12 straight from seed pushed these girls into early maturity, building structure while already preparing for reproduction. What we saw through the early weeks was a balanced hybrid behavior—but now, in full flower, they are clearly leaning into a more sativa-style expression. Vertical stretch held longer than expected, apical dominance is evident, and the architecture speaks for itself: a strong central spear with secondary sites orbiting around it. No unnecessary stress, no over-handling—just guidance. This allowed the plants to self-organize into efficient light-capturing structures. ⸻ 🌸 White Hairs (Pistils) — What’s Happening Now At this stage, the explosion of white hairs is the plant fully committing to reproduction. These pistils are not just visual markers—they are active receptors, designed to catch pollen. In our case (sinsemilla), they remain unpollinated, which triggers the plant to keep pushing energy into flower production. That’s why you’re seeing: • Rapid formation of bud sites • Increased stacking along branches • Fresh, bright white pistil growth at the tips This is peak “build phase” energy. As long as pistils stay white and vibrant: 👉 the plant is still actively growing flowers, not finishing them. ⸻ ✨ Trichomes — The Beginning of Resin Production Now we enter the real magic. Trichomes are the plant’s chemical defense system—tiny resin glands that protect against pests, UV, and environmental stress. But for us, they are also the carriers of: • Cannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) • Terpenes (aroma & flavor) At week 6 flower, what we’re seeing is: • First full coverage forming on sugar leaves • Early frost development on calyxes • Sticky texture beginning to build Right now, most trichomes are still clear → early cloudy, meaning: 👉 potency is developing, but not yet at peak. This phase is about production, not ripening yet. ⸻ 🌬️ The Room — Same Recipe, Bigger Presence Nothing changed… and everything changed. We kept the environment stable because the plants told us they were happy: • 🌡️ ~26°C • 💧 ~60% RH • 💡 Strong, consistent light But the room itself evolved: • Bigger biomass • Denser canopy • More transpiration • More microclimates forming inside the canopy That’s why this week’s move was key: 👉 selective defoliation (room-focused, not plant stress) We opened airflow channels, improved light penetration, and reduced moisture traps. This isn’t about removing leaves—it’s about guiding the environment through the plant mass. ⸻ Nutrition — Feeding the Demand At this stage, the plant is no longer asking—it’s demanding. Our current stack is perfectly aligned with this phase: • Terra Bloom → Core flowering nutrition (PK-driven development) • Green Sensation → Flower hardening + metabolic boost • Sugar Royal → Carbon allocation + terpene precursor support • CalMag Pro → Structural integrity + metabolic stability under high demand • Power Buds → Supports rapid bud formation and site activation EC at 2.0 shows they are eating confidently without stress. ⸻ ⚖️ pH Control — Precision Matters Now Now more than ever, nutrient availability is everything. • pH: 6.5 → Sweet spot for soil-based bloom uptake • Lemon Kick (pH Down) → Bringing solution into range naturally • pH Plus → Fine-tuning when needed At this stage: 👉 Incorrect pH doesn’t just slow growth—it limits flower development and resin production. You’re not just feeding nutrients… you’re unlocking them. ⸻ 💧 Water & Environment Synergy • Water temp: 18°C → ideal for oxygen retention and root health • Outside: ~10°C / 84% RH That external humidity is actually helping stabilize your internal environment, reducing stress on your system and making it easier to maintain that 60% RH sweet spot. This is one of those hidden advantages: 👉 working with nature, not against it. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect — Week 7 Flower ✅ Expect: • Increased bud stacking and density • Pistils still forming, but starting to cluster tighter • Trichomes shifting more into cloudy territory • Stronger aroma development (terpenes waking up) • Plants focusing less on vertical growth, more on mass ⚠️ Don’t Expect (yet): • Significant amber trichomes • Final swelling phase (that comes later) • Major fade in leaves We’re still in the construction phase, not the finish line. ⸻ 🤝 Shoutouts & Gratitude Big love to: • The GrowDiaries platform for giving growers a space to document and share • All the growers on here, from beginners to masters—everyone adds value • The OG followers who’ve been here since day one • The new ones joining the journey • The skeptics and critics—you keep things sharp and honest And of course: • The genetics behind this beautiful LSD expression • The sponsors and supporters who help make these runs possible ⸻ From grower to growers. We observe, we adjust, we learn—and we share. Week 6 flower is alive, active, and full of promise. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Hello everyone! I promised to track this grow very closely this time and ufortunately life got in the way. Here is a quick sumup of the grow. First of all- One of the sour stomper plants unfortunately didn't make it. It died at about week 4. The main stem somehow had rubbed/broken down. That's why it was falling down. It was almost like a mini beaver had chewed it off at the point where the stem touches the riot rooter. At first I thought nothing much of it, maybe it hasn't been rooted in quite well yet or something. And I was constantly touiching it when watering, that made it worse. Soo the leaves were dropping and the plant looked very weak. Then I decided cut thr rapid rooters top layer and found out the severity of the problem. Tried to tape it up and other things, but it was too late. At the end it appeared all good as the remaing plants got so big the I had some space issue so I wouldn't have been able to fit another plant in anyway. At that time I finally made my self-draining saucers. I took me a while and a lot of effort, but finally they were ready and working well. I also installed the self watering system and flowering was starting. Pretty soon I started noticing weird leaf symtoms. Brown spots, different kind. Some plants had it more, some less. Sour Stomper looked pretty good throughout the grow. Mango smiles seemed sensitive and Strawberry Nuggs were pretty strong until the end. The grow was basically me experimenting with the setup- changing watering schedules , changing ppm, ph and all that stuff to keep the leaves looking healthy and it was very hard I have to admit. Probably my hardest grow in that regard. But somehow, the bud leaves remained healthy and the buds really fattened up good. I got away with an amzing 700G dry bud harvest which was def a new record from one grow. And the bud quality is very good too! Next time definetly no more than 4 plants as they got pretty big and I thought it was a little overcrowded. I was doing some good defoliation too. I should have defolited strawberry nugs more tho. Sour Stomper got some amazing bud development from top to bottom because it was was growing next to strawberry nuggets which were really small most of the grow. They actually took the most time to harvest even longer than Mango smile. Mango smiles were ready quite early. Sour Stomper was just in time! I topped sour stomper and both Mangoi smiles, left SNs both normal. Looking back at it, the way I grow them, Should have topped SNs too. Would probably have more space in the middle and longer side branches. Probably wouldn't have been as bushy! I followed the full Terra aquatica feed chart until the end. I was supplementing with CalMag a lot as I thought the symptoms could have been from a CalMag deficiency as this was my first grow with RO water. Overall a very challenging but good grow at the end. First time no mold problems. A record breaking yield for me. Basically surpassed the upper limit for all plant probable harvest sizes. Got good smelling quality bud. Very happy overall and will continue experimenting with Mephisto beans in the future for sure! I guess what I like the most about Mephisto is how close to description the plant is, very stable genes in that regard. Next time I will also have to start feeding plants higher PPM feed faster at the very start. and during flowering. But still not 100% sure what caused the leaf symptoms.

King tut is foxtailing, I had two hours where the temps got to 90 in the tent three days in a row. I've seen some others mention foxtailing on king tut in general. With the ROI-E680 a few people complained about foxtailing on the first couple grows. I turned the light down to 60% from 80 and the dehumidifier set on low so it would stop spiking the tent temp and keep the humidity in the 50s as best I can. Fingers crossed!

Day 141 10/06/25 Tuesday Harvested the Orange Apricot Glue XL today! This run of autos I haven't done any dark period before harvest except, I managed to catch them just as lights were coming on. She has performed amazingly in consideration that she was only in a 2.5L pot. In hindsight, I now know I am able to do a SOG with small auto pots. Making for an exciting next run. Upon harvesting the OAG XL, The pungent smell of citrus, diesel and fruity twists is intoxicating. The buds are dense and compact, with formed calyx's boasting with trichomes. Wet weight on this was 427g of buds. (All wet trim gets dried in hangers and used for making butter later) To my suprise a super easer one to trim as she was mainly buds and fan leaves. She is now hanging drying in a 80x80 tent , with a small fan on low @ netted window entrance, facing down to circulate air from bottom to top. An exhausting fan with carbon filter also runs 2x a day for 1 hour. This lasted for 8days before humidity dropped to 49%. I have now put into containers to allow inner moisture to pull through now. After 3-4 more days she will have final trim and placed into Terp Loc Grove Bags to cure. Once curing I shall do a smoke report, dry bud weight, and update journal. Thank you to everyone who followed along for this one, the comments and support! GROWERS LOVE TO APOLLO @ SWEET SEEDS, for allowing us to play with these fun genetics 💚🤜🤛

Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia Week 5 | The Lone Survivor Begins Her Journey Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! Every diary in this project tells a different story, and today’s update belongs to one of the most unique plants in the room. Meet Passion Fruitz. The only survivor from her seed pack. Sometimes growing reminds us that nature doesn’t always follow our plans. Not every seed germinates, not every seedling makes it through the first few days, and sometimes a single plant ends up carrying the hopes of an entire variety. Fortunately… She chose to fight. And she’s proving that determination can be every bit as important as speed. ⸻ 🌱 The Journey So Far For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed method. Instead of giving the plants an extended vegetative period before flowering, every seed has remained under a constant 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness since germination. The objective is simple: Allow every phenotype to reveal its natural growth pattern while comparing how different genetics respond under identical environmental conditions. Every plant receives the same room… The same lighting… The same climate… The same care. Yet every single one develops its own personality. Passion Fruitz is certainly doing exactly that. ⸻ 🌿 Small in Size… Big in Character Compared to some of the larger ladies sharing the room, Passion Fruitz is definitely taking a slower approach. At around 25 cm tall, she’s currently one of the most compact plants in the entire project. She’s a few days behind some of the other genetics, but that’s perfectly normal. Every cultivar develops at its own pace, and this one has clearly decided that patience is part of her strategy. Rather than stretching aggressively, she’s building herself from the inside out. Short internodes. Dense branching. Compact growth. Everything about her suggests she’s focusing on creating a strong foundation before making her move. Sometimes the slow starters become the biggest surprises later on. ⸻ 🍃 Beautiful, Healthy Growth One thing that immediately stands out is the quality of her foliage. Her leaves are absolutely beautiful. Rich green colour. Excellent turgor. Compact node spacing. Healthy new growth continues to emerge from every growing tip, giving the plant a very balanced appearance despite her smaller stature. Looking closely at the newest growth, it’s easy to see she’s gathering momentum. She’s quietly preparing for the next chapter. ⸻ 💧 Feeding for Steady Progress Although she’s smaller than many of her neighbours, her feeding strategy follows the same philosophy used throughout this project. The nutrient solution has been carefully balanced to support healthy root development while providing everything needed for vigorous vegetative growth. Current feeding includes: • Terra Grow • Power Roots • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal • pH adjustment for optimal nutrient uptake Rather than pushing rapid growth, the goal is consistency. Healthy roots always build healthy plants. ⸻ 🌡️ The Environment Behind the Growth Like every plant in this room, Passion Fruitz benefits from a carefully controlled environment. Current conditions include: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67.7% • Solution temperature: 25°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 636 ppm Maintaining stable environmental conditions allows genetics—not environmental stress—to dictate how each phenotype develops. That makes comparisons between plants much more meaningful. ⸻ 📷 This Week’s Gallery This week’s photographs document every stage of her development. Studio portraits highlight her compact structure and beautifully symmetrical canopy. Close-up images reveal healthy new growth emerging from every node, while overhead shots showcase how dense and balanced the plant has become. I’ve also included updates from the grow room itself so everyone following this adventure can continue seeing not only the individual plants, but also the environment they’re growing in. Even though she’s currently one of the smallest ladies in the room, she certainly doesn’t lack personality. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead I’m genuinely excited to see how Passion Fruitz develops over the next few weeks. I have a feeling she’s simply operating on her own schedule. As her roots continue expanding and the plant settles completely into the container, I expect her growth rate to increase significantly. Sometimes the most rewarding plants are the ones that ask us to be patient. I’m not judging her by where she is today. I’m looking forward to discovering where she’ll be a month from now. And something tells me she still has a few surprises waiting for us. ⸻ 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Every diary tells a unique story, and that’s exactly what makes this project so rewarding to document. A huge thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing a fantastic platform where growers from around the world can share knowledge, learn together, and celebrate the journey. Zamnesia for providing the genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrition supporting every stage of growth. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the light powering this entire project. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable, carefully controlled environment day after day. And finally, thank you to everyone following these diaries, leaving comments, sharing advice, and joining me throughout this adventure. Whether a plant becomes the biggest in the room or the smallest survivor fighting her own battle, every one deserves her own story. Growers Love and Passion Fruitz has only just begun writing hers. 🌱💚

Dia 8: Hoy he encontrado una pequeña seta!!!!! Le he puesto a sacar esporas a 3. Como estaban creciendo mucho por los lados he decidido sacar el pan y meterlo en un tupper grande, pero se me ha roto por la mitad, espero que no pase nada. Dia 14: He cosechado 2 setas 6.16g totales. tambien las he puesto a sacar esporas.

Start of week 3 of flowering. This GG#4 girl is hungry! She's needing more feeding each week, now up to 6 liters per feeding. Bud sites are developing nicely, added B52 to the feed this week too. She's yellowed more than her sisters over the course of the week, hopefully the extra feed will stop that from spreading further.

She’s growing well but less than the Zkittlez Auto from my other diary. She’s in pre-flower, shape is good, i’m waiting for a few advanced nutrients products since more than a month, i hope i’ll get these products quick but ain’t much stress because no nutrients deficiencies, but would be great to give them a boost, ✌️ 🍃
