~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Those lessons are keeping me on my toes and I’m learning more everyday. Thank you to those who have been influential to my success, much love! I can honestly say Grow Diaries is the best! 02/08/25: We are entering the last few weeks of flowering and the smell is getting really intense from these two ladies! The Indica leaning Pheno gives a strong spicy/earthy aroma while the sativa Plant has a more subtle but super sweet fruity smell to it. So far i am really pleased with what I am seeing here, just need a few weeks more patience! 🤞🏼

Loved Ricky’s hash plant so much I got 2 more pack and 1 pack of bubbles

This week the plants got very bushy and wide. Stopped using Root Juice and Used Recharge microbes for the first time one day out of the week. LST also began this week. I noticed separate issues on two of the plants on their 21st day; the girl on the right showed some yellow color in some of the tips of the new growth at the top of the plant, while the girl in the middle had low hanging leaf tips which look burned / discolored. I think I might be over-watering. I'll confirm all of their soil is completely dry with my a moisture meter before watering next time.

End of week 6, came across a bad nute burn in my opinion. The grape pupil looks like it has a cal-mag problem from looking up the damaged burned leaves online. Also still having a height problem but gonna keep pushing forward due to not having nothing to rise my leds.

Solo regados antes con agua de la lluvia y con un poco de botella, sin nada solo pH controlado por última vez antes de proceder al te de compost. Luego de la lluvia al segundo día de sol procedí a preparar el te de compost aireado. Basado en 10l. 60g compost de estiércol de caballo 190g hummus de lombriz Cucharada de harina de algas kelp Cucharadita de humico fulvicos 47ml de melaza Aireado por 24 horas ingredientes sólidos en una bolsa de tela así asemejando una bolsa de tela gigante. Lo demas en el agua melaza y humicos. Remover bien disolver melaza luego encender bomba de aire. La tierra usada de base es una tierra en base de tierra antigua limpiada con agua de lluvia trabajada con humus compost y polvos kraken.. La idea es nutrir la tierra darle vida. Rociado y regado les ha sentado genial. La idea es para todo el jardín un mismo riego.

Esta semana, aumentamos a tope la potencia de los balastros, 660w. Realizo la segunda y última poda baja en toda la sala, así nos aseguramos de que las plantas concentran los nutrientes en la parte alta, que es donde reciben más luz, además de facilitarnos el riego y el control de las mismas. En los riegos alternados entre abono y agua cada tres días, eliminamos Bio Vega. También realizo un segundo tratamiento foliar de Propolix, justo antes de que se apaguen las luminarias.

Weekly Update on the Runtz 🌱 Hey everyone! Just wanted to share how the Runtz is coming along. She's thriving under the care of the Plagron nutrients 🌿, reacting beautifully to every feed. Heute wird die blüte eingeleitet und ein paar Fotos folgen noch. Zu sagen gibt's nicht viel nur das sie sehr gut aussehen, alle Tops auf einer Höhe sind und die seitentriebe auch bereits neue seitentriebe bilden. An 2 Stelle ist mir vor n paar Tagen ein trieb abgebrochen aber innerhalb der paar Tage sind schon 2 dafür nachgewachsen aus dem Stück was noch hing. Wie immer würde ich mich über Tipps freuen ✌️🍀

They did amazing Soaked for 12 hours, they were already starting to show taproots when I put them in the paper towel 16 hours later, they went into solo cups, sprouted soil the next morning🔥

Blackberry is chunking out and dripping with resin , just feeding her up and letting her go . I should give her a defol the next few days for airflow as these flowers look to phat up . Same same next week

These videos are from yesterday and we’re on day 5 of flower. Been MIA trying get this girls back to being healthy. I think they’re pretty healthy these days for sure. I did a bud leaf strip yesterday and some super cropping as well. This strain takes 8 weeks to flower completely. Looking forward to seeing how they turn out! ✌️🏾

I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

I've discovered this week my timer that was powering the 600w LED had developed a fault and was turning on roughly an hour early, explains why Holy Punch has been taking a while to kick in to full flower. Has probably put the grown behind by about 10 days which is a bit annoying but these things happen. The Holy Punch is getting pretty thirsty and I have to say she's looking very nice. I've taken the 600w led out and replaced it with 2 x 300w leds either side of the hps to spread light more evenly.

Day 36. One girl is shooting the sky other still have that unhealthy look, made my mind - its genetics and i can't do anything. Girls got second feed, looks happy and hopefully will bring some nice flowers. Took some leaves down, spread a bit, but most of work will be done next week, if i will dare ;))) Last time used Root Juice, added Acti-Vera, increased Bloom and Heaven. Day 40. After last feed, girls got small rusty spots on 4-5 leaves total, cut out cal mag for couple weeks. Heavy training, its always tricky to decide what to do with Autos and i have almost no knowledge, but i have SPA Queen and Midget aka Margaret ;))) both different, but bushy, had to clear Midget really heavily and still loads future airbuds left, but maybe ... ;))) Girls drink 3 liters every day, highest rate ever, but i relate it to most powerfull exhaust ever. Some leaves on both plants got strange mutation, like leaf tries to branch out ... Never seen anything like this. But by height i presume it happend on first feed, late Root Juice aftermath ?
