The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. 16.01.2026 – BT 75 Zu guter Letzt stand die Zoap Rose an. Gegen Ende der Blüte fiel mir leider auf, dass sich in einigen Buds einzelne Bananen gebildet hatten. Zudem habe ich vorsorglich fünf Samen entfernt. Beim Ernten selbst kamen mir jedoch direkt extrem intensive Terps entgegen: sehr fruchtig, mit einem leichten Hauch von Kaugummi. Von allen drei Pflanzen hatte diese definitiv das beste Terpenprofil. Kommen wir nun zum Highlight des Ganzen. Auch diese Pflanze wurde – wie zuvor schon die Apples & Oranges – mit der DryRocket getrocknet. Dieses Mal habe ich die Pflanze jedoch nicht komplett austrocknen lassen, sondern sie drei Tage nach dem letzten Gießgang geerntet. Anschließend kam sie in ein 40 × 40 × 160 cm Zelt. Ursprünglich war geplant, mein 120 × 60 Zelt zu nutzen, doch nach Rücksprache mit DryRocket wurde mir empfohlen, ein kleineres Zelt zu verwenden. Der Grund: In kleineren Zelten lässt sich die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit oft besser kontrollieren, da sie dort natürlicherweise schneller ansteigt als in größeren Räumen. Also gesagt, getan – die DryRocket bekam eine weitere Chance. Und was soll ich sagen: Das Ergebnis war Bombe. Nach der Trocknung lagen die Buds bei 62 % RLF in den Grove Bags und die Terpene waren weiterhin krank am Start. Zum Vergleich: Die Clementine Slush wurde parallel in DryFerm Bags getrocknet. Hier habe ich aktuell noch einen eher heuartigen Geruch, was sich erfahrungsgemäß jedoch meist während des anschließenden Curings legt, bevor die eigentlichen Terpene zum Vorschein kommen. Das Zelt selbst wurde zusätzlich noch mit Frischhaltefolie abgedichtet, sodass wirklich alles luftdicht war. Ich musste mich während der gesamten Trocknung um absolut nichts kümmern. In der App wird eine Raumtemperatur von ca. 19–23 °C empfohlen – in genau diesem Bereich war ich durchgehend. Ich habe kein einziges Mal manuell ins System eingegriffen. Die Trocknung verlief dieses Mal spürbar langsamer als beim ersten Durchgang. Auch das Granulat der DryRocket war am Ende vollständig gesättigt, was sich deutlich an der grünen Färbung erkennen ließ. Fazit: Der Test ist definitiv bestanden ! Ich kann die DryRocket hier guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wie schon in meinem anderen Beitrag erwähnt, wünsche ich mir für die Zukunft allerdings noch ein paar Verbesserungen: Eine Möglichkeit, das RocketFuel (Silica Gel) selbst zu regenerieren oder zur Regeneration einzuschicken Eine erweiterte App mit mehr Parametern und Einstellmöglichkeiten Der aktuelle Preis liegt bei 299 € inklusive RocketFuel. Ob einem das den Preis wert ist, muss am Ende jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Que pasa familia, ya estamos de vuelta, estás skunk huelen una barbaridad 10/10. Ya entramos en la recta final, se ve bien en el color amarillo de las hojas, que la propia planta chupa el alimento. Ph controlado temperatura y humedad están dentro de los parámetros, son una variedad con un porte Indico pero una floración algo más lenta, vaya puntas amigo, esas flores van a estar ricas. La semana que viene os vemos fumetillas, y sobre todo buenos humos.

На этой недели была проблема, маленько напутал с удобрениями, и получился дефицит питательных веществ, поэтому видны жёлтые листья внизу растения. Поливаю каждый день по 2.5 литра, 2 дня поливаю чистой водой, на 3 день даю удобрения, 5 мл на 2.5 литра воды, PPM получается 730, PH держу от 6.0 до 6.8. Трихом мало на растении, возможно такая генетика, есть молочные уже. Думаю что ещё неделю покормлю и на следующей неделе сделаю флаш и переведу на воду, если есть рекомендации по флашу, прошу в комментарии, спасибо.

I got a smart plug for my humidifier and modded the button with an Arduino so that it turns on automatically when powered. Now I have events in my home Assistant on raspberry pi which will keep the VPD within a specified range. Every since then, the plants have been SO much happier and I have piece of mind now. I'm hoping these plants can pull through the stress, but I planted 4 more bag seeds just in case, they will sprout soon. I did some LST because why not. Accidentally broke a stem but I squeezed it together so now I have to pray.

Always dry trim. The leaves come off more easily when dry and it preserves more THC with the longer drying time. Will weigh up in 7-10 days. Smoke report. Tastes like strong grape juice when you hit it. Very smooth and easy on the throat. Pretty much gave me instant relaxation and relief from my depression. Seems like a good morning smoke which I love. An amazing week 7 is about to start Sunday

Wasn't able to top until day 26. Took 3 clones (max in IL is 5 plants over 5 inches) while topping. Will probably start working on another 3x3 tent this week. Day 28 I super-cropped the new main branches and trained down.

Day 48. Very busy week for me, this weekend I'll make a plan and we will see were each girl is ... Till then only pure water all week. Girls are starting to pump up and maybe I'll have 2 ounces from half of the plants, that's a lot better than my first view after holidays was ... There is one problem too, as seen in photos, one Lemonade OG in stucked in veg mode, her sister is second biggest plant in all tent after FB Strawberry Pie. Hope she will catch up others soon .... Had to upgrade dehumidifier just wasn't cutting it couldn't get below 75% . Now down to 47% but it has pushed the tent temperature up 3 degrees

- Day 49 Did a flush today with 20 liters of water (I did put smaller amount of nutrients in the water as you don't wanna strip all the nutrients out of coco when flushing. Got pH back up to 6.0. overshot the target a bit, but that's fine. Will check run off pH again with the feed tomorrow. Day 50 Last days flush worked! run off pH today was 5.8, perfect! Starting to build down the grow amount in the nutrient feed from now on. Day 54 Been giving her 3 liters everyday but might have to give her more, barely getting any run off now. The buds are bulking up really nicely right now though. Day 55 Gave her a 6 liter feed today, first 3 liters with a lower nutrient amount to flush out the pot a bit. had to tie up some side branches to the bigger oens because the buds are getting to heavy for the thinner stems to carry.

Week 6 from seed day 42 auto blue cheese

63 days!! The girl is still not blooming for reasons I don't understand :D this is the first auto girl that spends so much time in vegetation :) the problem is that I have to go on vacation for 3 weeks in August, so I don't know how I'm going to get out of this situation :( other FastBuds varieties always bloomed +- 5 weeks and here it is already 9!!!!

Hi guys, This girl had a slight nutrient lock out. So I used ph at 6.5 and 60ml of flash clean for 20L water. Let the products do there thing and hopefully the plant will pick her self back up. She has alot bud sites and would be a shame if I couldn't save her. However she is drink the water and nutrients so I'm she will j8st pick up. Adios growmies. Peace ✌️ ☮️
