Cropped on Sunday evening as scheduled, a few days before complete ripening. I'm not worried about that as this shit plant has the hardest and frostiest buds I've ever seen. The complete pre-harvest defoliation made me understand a few things, stem rot. What I believed was a lack of nutrients instead was some rot at the base of the stem which I did not recognize because this plant was too leafy. This is probably the reason for the buds rot spots, considering that the weather was still dry until now. The loss is few grams so far. The plant has a fantastic skunky and fruity smell and is very easy to manicure.The buds are so resinous that seems to have slime in my hands. See you soon for the report of the harvest. I've decided to do a wet trim and manicure to check out for eventual hidden rot spots, this has required 3 days of work and a lot of spliffs and simply I forgot to weight wet plant. Estimated wet weight is 1,5/2 kilos.

Great week, plant hit it's stride and the time lapse shows it. Upping the EC to 1750 and letting her rip now. Should be seeing pistils soon.

Time sure goes by quick, It is already week 6. I sure hope they chunk up near the end :P Plant "2" has a really strong creamy/doughy smell, plant "1" has like no smell so far. Moved a clip on fan to blow on the ballast of the LED, and have a oscillating fan down below, which got the temps down a few degrees, and the plants seem to be enjoying it. Gave it a top dressing of nutrients last week, so I should not need to add any more, and just keep watering as normal, with a little bit of epsom salt like every 3rd watering.

Harvest was quick and painless!) At this point, the plant hangs upside down and dries slowly.

1/10 Week 10 Both are in flush and from the looks of the tricones these are the most potent plants we have grown to date. Drinking has really slowed down but keeping the un-PH one gallon daily flush since tap water is cheap. Annie doing very well under the LED lamp, TS-1000 plenty large enough for one plant in flower. This is encouraging for plans to replace the HID with either a TS-2000 or TS-3000(preferred) this spring before the summer heat. What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. These 2 seem a little slower coming along than the others. I had to do a little defoliation to open up some space but other than that not much to update. Have had some high humidity the past couple days.

She is getting bigger and fatter. Her 6 main colas are shaping up beautifully. They're getting massive! The heat is bad and she is suffering. All her upper fan leaves are dying. We've gota a couple of weeks to go, so we'll see how it goes....

I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

This week went well, I topped her and am hoping to get the final toppings done this week. She is going super vigorously and I have high hopes for this one. So far seems like a perfect auto strain for mainlining. Thanks for stopping by, be safe and blaze on!

So everyday for the last week I've taken off at least 15-20 yellow leaves. Looked up some info on here and saw that it maybe a nitrogen deficiency. So I ordered raw nitrogen and mixed it with the food I give her. Hopefully this helps my baby. And I got a question why aren't the buds fattening? What can I do to help this

Week Three im happy with the random seed, I see not much of a difference yet, they all look indica or indica-dominant. one plant is most vigorous, all but one are all growing nice. I also popped one seed of fastbuds fast flowering seeds: gorilla cookies, orange sherbert and gg4 sherbert. Everything going nice in week three, seedlings coming along. they will need transplanting soon, but I'm still hoping to see some sex before that, so I can sort out male plants. I am also not sure if the random seed are autos or photoperiod. I still decided that I will top all plants to give the seedling a little time to catch up some more. this week was feeding time. I feed the plants with a biotabs alternative. im not 100% sure with this, but the biovin is used as the startrex, colonize as the bactrex and the bottled nutrients are the orgatrex. two tabs in 11l / 3 gal pots. these nutrients take some time to work. I use biobizz allmix and we transplanted around one week ago. maybe that's a little bit early, but I think it will be fine. in the End of Week 3 I can't see any burns. some nice fungus formed, so I think the nutrients doing its things. i plan to level up my LST-Skills with the random seed plants and probably don't do a lot on the fastbuds plants to even out the difference in lifetime, so that will mean I maybe get less harvest from the fastbuds plants, but that fine for me. we will see how it turns out. thx for checking out my grow, im a first time grower, but I feel like I have earned some knowledge In the last years by educating myself, so I hope the grow is interesting for all the nicely growers here. I don't aim to do everything perfectly, at least I don't monitor everything but I do my best to keep the plants happy and in a good place to grow and flower.
