Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. Really happy with how she’s turning out with massive bulking in this last stretch! GC is an amazing strain that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for something very unique! Flushes are all done and we have about a week or two left, trichomes are all still very clear under the microscope want to wait for some borderline ambering before I chop her.

The plant got very little care this week as I was away for work. I installed a automated drip system 2 wewks prior and it had been working a treat...until I leave that is as I suspect after the first one or two scheduled waters the timer flipped out and reset itself🤬 I have no idea why. Eitherway the plant got no water at all for 4 days., about 1.1 litres to be precise, well under 1 days requirement . As I have a remote cam setup I could see what was going on, I could see the plant suffering from underwatering but I could do nothing about it. And as this like all my grows are stealth grows because of the kids and wife I couldn't exactly have mates drop by to do🤣 Super painful it was to watch anyhow, captured for my suffering in the video. All ended well after a feed and everything is back on track. Maybe the plant thrived from the brief period of underwatering as the growth was crazy immediately after. As far as temps were concerned this week, there were 2 hot days where internal tent temperatures would've reached 30+ and cold nights just over zero. Honestly I've given up monitoring as there's nothing I can do about the heat when growing in a tin garden shed and when cold the bar heaters easily increase the temp by close to 15c from what it is outside. Good news is the cold days out numbered the warm and helped alot especially with the lack of watering. Thank you gunja gods 🙏 A beast this thing has become! Way bigger than I hoped for, way bigger than I need but I'll accept it's offerings eitherway when the time is right.

Day 36 of flower and looking great all in all. I’ve been watering her every 2-3 days and watering her about 1.5 gallons of water per watering and alternating between full feeding schedule and cal mag only watering. She’s showing some relatively minor calmag deficiencies on some of the oldest leaves but nothing too bad. I’m guessing she’s needed just a little bit more calmag than I’ve been giving her. I feed with calmag every feeding and give 5 ml per gallon. I’d say around a month or so left although the pistils, calyxes abs trichomes will show me when she’s ready. The smell is one of primarily a citrusy smell mixed with undertones of gas/diesel. Maybe 80% citrus and 20% gas/diesel.

This week is looking good and the babies are coming along great, I'm loving the way pheno 1 is so symmetric, large and in charge! I started out this grow with a bit of a hick up because of the pandemic but I tell you one thing, foliar feeding saved my plants! I foliar feed my seedlings at around 200ppm I use some micro nutes, along with amino mix to foliar feed. The foliar feeding definitely makes the plants more robust, they end up feeling hard and strong! I Usually foliar feed until I flip to flower then no more!

Week 8 Day 5 Hello GD Fam 🖐️🏻 Plants are looking SWELL They have packed on a lot of weight and some pistils are turning but there is still a lot of new white pistils. Trichs are still pretty clear too. Was going to use Dragon Force in week 9 and flush with plain water for week 10 but now I'm wondering whether to push an extra week through them, what do you think GD community? How do you all predict when to prepare for flush? I find it difficult, it's easy enough to spot a plant that's ready based on trichs and pistils etc but how do you predict it 2 weeks early to know when to start using your final additives followed by just water in the final week? I know dragon force and similar products push the plant to do so but if I can get more weeks out of a plant then I shouldn't I do so for a benefit to yield?
