🌿 Woche 15 – Mentha de Croco 🇩🇪 Die beiden Mentha de Croco entwickeln sich weiterhin hervorragend! 💚 Die linke Pflanze hat inzwischen 172 cm, die rechte sogar 178 cm erreicht 📏🌱. Beide wirken ausgesprochen vital und gesund. Bis jetzt gibt es keinerlei Probleme mit Schädlingen oder Mehltau, was für die Robustheit dieser Genetik spricht. 💪❌ Mit den aktuellen Wachstumsraten werden beide Pflanzen schon bald die 2-Meter-Marke knacken 🚀. Das Wetter spielt dabei perfekt mit: tagsüber etwa 30 °C, viel Sonnenschein und ideale Bedingungen für kräftiges Wachstum ☀️🌡️. GrowerBaal hat es in seinem letzten Kommentar perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht, als er schrieb, dass die Pflanzen wie Wolkenkratzer aussehen 🏙️. Genau so wirken sie – sie wachsen unglaublich geradlinig und säulenförmig in die Höhe. Eine beeindruckende Wuchsform! Und ich muss zugeben: Jeden Abend sitze ich mit meinem Vaporizer auf der Terrasse und bewundere einfach ihre Schönheit. 😊❤️ Es macht unglaublich viel Freude, ihre Entwicklung Woche für Woche mitzuerleben. 🌿 Week 15 – Mentha de Croco 🇬🇧 Both Mentha de Croco plants continue to perform exceptionally well! 💚 The left plant has now reached 172 cm, while the right one stands at an impressive 178 cm 📏🌱. Both are looking extremely vigorous and healthy. So far, there have been no issues with pests or powdery mildew, proving this cultivar to be highly resilient. 💪❌ At their current growth rate, both plants should break the 2-meter mark very soon 🚀. The weather has also been perfect, with around 30°C during the day and plenty of sunshine ☀️🌡️—ideal conditions for explosive growth. GrowerBaal perfectly summed it up in his latest comment by saying the plants look like skyscrapers 🏙️. I couldn’t agree more—they’re growing almost perfectly upright, with an incredible column-like structure. It’s a truly impressive growth habit! And I have to admit, every evening I sit outside with my vaporizer and simply admire their beauty. 😊❤️ Watching them develop week after week has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Appreciate the response I got from them after replying to one of their spam mailers in dm... lets me know everything I need to know about their company... I'll continue to plug breeders/vendors that I feel deserve the advertising. I won't EVER plug a Seedsman bean! How time flies... Start of week 6 is it?? I feel I've put these girls a week behind, but then again I'm sure they'll bounce back just as hard as they have already. I just keep stressing these bitches out 🤣. so far have ive topped both, supercropped TF out of em (should have tied em down again too), swazz'd (to an autoflower point I guess)... what else can I do to hurt these girls feelings?? I can tell anyone that actually reads all of this I am going to drill their main right before harvest with the 48hr dark period.. Just put the net in today to keep a hold of em for now. Have another to use for when they need support. I plan on scooting this one up a bit as it stretches and branch them out some more. These branches are pretty stick like, so no more bendy bendy to those or snappy snap will occur. Day 35- nothing special that hasn't been mentioned already. Running the GHE wk 1 bloom feed at full strength (1237ppm total). Will continue to adjust strength depending on how much TDS drops in 12/24hrs. May update later with a vid to show how thick the main is. BTW I forgot to set timelapse for day 34, so the carnage and immediate aftermath won't be added to the week unfortunately. Day 36- i accidently farted while working in the closet tonight... i think i may have to burn everything in there now and start from scratch.. it was THAT bad!.. i dont think a million apologies will make up for making these girls inhale THAT, nor flush it out of their systems. damnit!! Day 37- woke up to a puddle in the catch tray!!! couldn't find it so i ripped out the net. didnt really want it in there yet, but was helping with a few branches. ended up being the silicon light protector pad in the back directing splash from the dripper next to it right out a LST hole i drilled in the bucket. easy fix.. RES change tonight. same week 1 bloom medium strength since its the same as week 2 formulation. ended up being 1327 after PH corrections. water started off 300ppm calmag and started using hydroguard again since the h2o2 did the trick a while back and we're in the clear. plants looking awesome, and have another 19 days before another major defol. uploading vid of a new system im working on as a teaser for the next grow... its far from finished... but the final product will be showcased later on. Bigger version of this waterfarm and its upgrades. Plus something a buddy wants me to try, but I'm waiting on the plated titanium mesh to show from China to finish that piece and bring it to show and tell for everyone to see. Day 38- PM RES change due to TDS drop from 1327 to 902 in 24hr. WG starting her droop letting me know. She sure does pump right after a fresh change. Must have went light on my measurements cause I ended up in the 1100's. As long as the ratio is right, that's what matters. I don't know exactly WHAT they're eating, just that they are. Adding anything could risk a lockout. Looks like WG is trying to tell me to back off on the Nitrogen?? Maybe dialing it back a bit on accident worked out for the best.. Mild defol tonight to open up those bud sites. supercropped a few more fresh stretch limbs on GC. Day 39- selective leaf plucking tonight. Bare minimum to keep things opened up. RES change later in their day, tomorrow for me. Will be lowering the nitrogen a hair since 2 or 3 of WG leaves are curled downward at the tip. Will update with the breakdown after the fact. Day 40- WG has been looking hungry since yesterday. Don't blame her cause RES is down from 1100's to mid 7's. Even with topping off with 300ppm calmag'd water around 2.5L a day now. Changed RES before they woke from their nap. Modified week 2 transition GHE "medium". Breakdown as follows: 2 gal calmag'd water - 300ppm Micro - 11.6mL Grow - 11mL Bloom - 14mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1253 @ 5.54. Day 41- WG looking hungry again... RES was already down 200 from its change not even 12hrs ago and down 1.5L. top off, PH adjust. changed RES during their night, right before "sun rise". same modified formula as yesterday. need to bump it up so EC doesnt drop as fast. GC need to pick up the pace, cause i dont want WG getting full on amber by the time GC is done. random plucks here and there to keep things kinda opened up without taking off too much ATM. few leaves on GC showing small brown spots, calmag def?? hmm.. already using 5mL per gallon to get to 300ppm.. *edit* looks like the start of a calcium deficiency. Odd, cause I'm adding 5ml/gal now as per the bottle. Raises ppm from 80 to 300. How much is too much?? Going to try 7mL per gal for a few days and see if we can nip this in the butt. As always. Hey everyone 🤗. This week they both continued to develop very well. Flowering day 35 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and the plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 36 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 37 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 38 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 39 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 40 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 41 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. So I decided to drop a berry cookie into DWC for ol time sake. Trying to squeeze one more grow in before the summer. Anyways she's been in her basket for a week now and she seems to be digging it so far. No roots showing yet but she's young yet. New growth coming in for sure so the roots are definitely growing just a long the basket and the clay pebbles. Probably getting adequate water for now but I'm sure by next week we'll be seeing some nice beautiful white roots!

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... *Disclosure: The mother has was flipped into flower 3 weeks ago - Veg weeks now are only for the clones* 03/08 - (M) - Since transplant into 4x4 she has doubled in size and cleared pre-flower accordingly - Nute feeds increased from once to twice a day - One week will be only nutes the following will be clean water. 03/08 - (C ) All clones are rocking out accordingly - All 7 were topped this week - I will only top once and let them run as is - slight increased nute feed for them to provide supplement for the topping - currently still in nursery (2x2). 03/12 (M) - The mother is just coming out of pre-flower and rocking accordingly since moving into the 4x4 - offsetting feeds (3 days - 1 feed every 12 hrs for 1 minute - 3 days no feed) the offsetting feeds seems to be giving me positive results in balancing wet and dry. 03/12 (C) - The clones are coming along accordingly as well - Since topping the off shoots are coming in nicely - all 7 have been moved into the 3x3

Week 12 and we're still not there yet! However, the ladies are growing thicker every week. #2 & #3 are growing so thick, they can barely support the weight of their own buds. Really have to be careful when handling them, the risk of snapping a branch by accident is way too high right now. The reason for that is probably due to the crowded space in the growbox, in which there isn't much airflow despite having the little fan running nonstop when the light is on. Looking at the trichomes they can all take a few more weeks, just have to be patient now! This is plant #2/3. She still got the thickest buds, which are also the most delicious smelling ones! They developed a really strong acidic aroma, very close to sour apples. Apart from that, she is still ripening up and needs a few more weeks, just like the other ones.

Day 6: Into week two of stretch (technically day 6) and they are stretching like crazy, stems are fattening, and fan leaves are growing huge. Considering the shape and canopy I’m starting to think using a scrog will help but the benefits may not outweigh the risks. Risks being watering issues where I can’t lift the pots, annoying that I can’t move the pots. Also they may stretch so much that they are just too tall for a proper scrog, in which case I could use a trellis for some spacing and support. Anyways, put the scrog net in! Day 9 of flower: Just Working the scrog. Ended up snapping a beautiful top by mistake. Have the feeling this scrog was started too late and maybe will reduce my yield. But I could be wrong and they may just be getting over the stress and will continue to stretch and fill it in nicely. Time will tell Day 12F plants are looking a bit stressed out. I did a lot of bending and tucking and put them through a lot. A lot of big fan leaves were tucked under the screen. Like a tonne and they are all layered on top of each other under the screen. Not sure what would cause less stress... to cut them or layer them.. I’m assuming the latter

Bit of a crazy week so I changed her nutes 8 days later instead of 7. 12/22- 3 gallons, did 1.5 ml/gal of micro instead of usual 1.9 ml/gal bc I know she's sensitive to nitrogen so we'll see how she does. forgot to write down ppm. I think it was 600-650. Looking healthy. RIP Ellie. I love you.
