She’s almost ready for harvest, just one more week of watching the weather, a big flush, and then it’s time. She’s looking incredibly frosty for a CBD plant; the buds are more like what you’d expect from a high-THC strain. Can’t wait to see how she tastes and what the effects are like in the next few weeks.

the weather is just wonderful at the moment. i'm happy to be growing them so early in the year. they took to the topping really well, and they also coped well with the breakage last week and have healed.

Temps were hard to control this week due to a heat wave and the fact I'm in a basement with no AC. I put the fans in the tent on too high a setting pointed right at the plants and they ended up with some wind stress which can be seen in the pics affecting the new growth. Bought a 6 inch inline fan to beef up the exhaust for the tent and this seems to have helped a lot. I moved the tent to its final location to allow access to ventilation so I can pipe the smell outside when the flowering starts. I started low stress training on both plants this week. I decided not to top either plant but I will for the next grow to see how it affects yields. I also fixed the other viovsun tent that had a broken zipper track and only one slider. Hopefully I can use it in the future for flowering photoperiod plants.

Radical Juice – Week 4 of Flowering The Radical Juice is looking amazing! 🌿 The buds are starting to form beautifully, and the scent is becoming more noticeable with every day! 🌸 The plants are doing great and are getting more and more frosty as time goes on. The first trichomes are appearing, and I’m already excited about the upcoming harvest! ✨ The stretch seems to be slowing down now, and the plant is focusing more on bud development. Everything is progressing as expected. I’m still only using water, and I’m letting the soil and the microorganisms do the work. 🌱 As for the clone trial, the clone that received my homemade fertilizer with every watering is noticeably bigger and healthier than the other clones that didn’t get it. Both are clearly in mid flowering. Starting to grow fast; every 24 hours I can see a difference in the bud size in both plants. I turned the light up to 100% now that it's using as much energy as it can.. I'll be checking for light burns daily.. so far so good. Both are very thirsty as well at this point.. went from feeding every 5-6 days to every 2 days tops. Doing a nute/nute/water feed.. these pics are day 2 of week 5 so taking more pics in a few more days Update: at 100% light burn started to occur. Caught it early tho. Put the light back to 80% and just brought a couple inches closer.
