Fractal week 18 & 19. 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring the ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. I wish I would of taken pics of them before I trimmed them up because they were a massive bush!!! At this point im satisfied with the number of potential cola's and size of the branches. I can already see preflowers coming from some of the nodes which is crazy because i've never seen any of plants in history doing this. Its also the first time i've taken veg past 3-4 weeks but mainlining does extend the veg time some. Today i've switched to 12/12 so next week will be the first update of flowering!!! quite excited to finally get to this stage.

Almost there ..... 4 weeks to go... a little strange because I switched my super loud noisy ass metal 4 inch inline fan for a plastic 4 inch VORTEX brand inline fan and its great for being stealth but I noticed I developed a rust spore problem which is an air circulation issue I have my ph perfect and nutes dialed in I even started cleaning my roots with cannazyme its a dead roots nutrient that enhances the breakdown of old roots and keeps things regular. Now I am just dealing with strange orange colored rusty leaves but the bud development is great and stickier and stinkier than ever .... 4 weeks left for these baby's to swell up and puff out looking forward to this dry chop and trim then the final cure.....

Recently had a gnat issues from what I read it’s something you can run into using build a soil or growing organic so I got some neem oil to handle it it help a lot still have some but a ton less other than that this is where I am with these two everything seems okay so far

Day 64 - the hulk is here! a. this plant has really surprised me and exploded everywhere b. Pumped out the DWC and installed 15 litres of my explosion flower blend. Adding liquid KoolBloom and keeping the Diamond Nectar flowing for this lady c. Ive noticed that continuing Diamond Nectar throughout flowering in strains that contain OG Kush make the buds much more dense. Day 65 - flowering really well a. I think she loves the new flowering blend! she drank 3 litres overnight! b. Im going to push this plant very hard to the finish c. keeping the PH 6.5 throughout all of flowering Day 66 - The sative genes are shining through! a. I wanted a super sativa plant for this grow, I want a mind numbing head high, this will do it b. it looks and smells alot like White Widow, probably due to the Myrcene terpenes. c. she is drinking 3-4L a day right now, Im dumping in the above chart mixed 1:1 right now. d. tied the larger side branches back a little to open her up, she is thick Day 67 - a little more guidance for the branches a. added in 2 ties for the large side branches to give space, there are many tops here b. she is drinking so much, it is crazy! c. the resin is already being produced, and is very sticky and strong Day 68 - explosions everywhere a. the buds are expanding vigorously, the stigmas are huge and very strong b. she is still stretching upward its amazing to see c. the plant is consuming 3-4L a day right now Day 69 - continue to grow a. drinking alot, 4L overnight, stretching like a giant b. lowered the light just a ilttle to get some more penetration into the plant Day 70 - growing like a weed!

This cultivar has been an absolute pleasure to grow. Her buds are looking beautiful and frosty and her terps have really gained some complexity over the final two weeks. The density of this flower is phenomenal! Even the lower buds on this plant are incredibly dense. I decided to harvest her on the morning of her 59th day of flower. It's seems that both will go full purple 😁 absolutely love it 😍 On Mar 17 Selective defoliation, training on branches and watering with bloom nutes. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Small runoffs with perfect 6.5 ph. Didn't notice any signs of stress. Girls bounced back within an hour. Second watering on Mar 21 7ltr beetwen both. Light dimmer at 65 watts. Humidity at 45% on avg when lights on and 50-55% when off. Really enjoyable grow this one. Almost no work around as no issues at all.
