Didn’t really get any good photos of the plant while transplanting this week but the transplant was somewhat successful but the plant need something to lean against so I cut a cup as wrapped around the plant next week I will check the results, still haven’t added nutrients yet but I did mix the soil with remaining fox farm ocean forest (30%) and a new soil fox farm cream of the crop 50/50 mix (70%) in the 5 gallon fabric pot mainly because I like the aeration properties of this and the Less likely ness of overwatering and having more control of the nutrients being added at a given time.

There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

They’re growing well. Some lower leaves fade so I just pluck them off. The buds are all maturing at this point. Cannacheese is the largest lady and she drinks 2 L of water every other day, it’s almost hard to keep up with her. All the others are forming nice healthy buds. Pink kush is turning out to be the smallest of the bunch but her color is so nice! Her buds are still a little smaller than what I’m used to but I’m not surprised tbh I knew she’d likely be a smaller yield. Can’t wait to harvest!!

Hola 🗿 Time to start counting days. 1. Lazy is still lazy. Have to change it for sparepart if doest stand up soon. Edge Drop first root to water but doent yet have first leafs. Green and Purple chilling and growing first leafs. 2.5 lazy changed to spare. 2 have already roots in water. Lets hope spare catch them up quickly. Edge has some problems but new leafs growing. 3.5 Spare growing nicely. 3 others have roots at water. All off them Big enough to be seen in one picture. Purple nutz have wide leafs compared to Green. 4.5 roots branching nicely and everything goes like dance. 5.5 spare have now roots also in water. Nice catch up. 6.6 growing fast. With High Hopes 🍀

Pfff, explicaros que estas green ak xL son una variedad bastante difícil de cultivar, los cambios ambientales le sientan fatal, y hay que tener cuidado con la alimentación ya que se Sobrefertiliza fácilmente así que ojo, eso por un lado. Por otro si eres un cultivador con varios años de experiencia y todo te sale bien, es probarla, porque el sabor de esta cepa compensa la dificultad de su cultivo. Thc hasta 18% , sativa predominante. Genéticas: Afghan x Colombian x Mexican x Thai Landrades.

Hi all another week done strawberry banana still hanging on ill chop her tomorrow though and hang to dry for 5 to 10 days but other plant well thats a different stroy i chopped that bitch down and dried it all lasted 6 days drying between 16 &21 degress a few warm days but nothing to mad and 55 to 62% humidity now its curing in cvault containers no smell of hay at all jst pure sticky and opened container to weight it and wife screams down stairs about the smell of house I wouldn't say it was out of container and on counter top for more than 3 mins and she roaring over smell so hopefully that a good sign 🤣🤣66 grams dried. Now to my one criticism to myself the buds are a bit airey compared to what I was aiming and hoping for did I do anything wrong or will they dense up in curing process or do they come out same way they went in either way tho im well happy with my first run at this plus strawberry banana a much bigger plant buds look much denser and frostyer so dying to see what grams she gives out when all done Thanks again all Keep grow and blazing.

Hello, OK so this girl has been Flushing for 9days and will continue to flush for another 5 before I chop her down 🤟🙌🙏🎉🎊 She looks and smells amazing 👏 so 😍😋👌 will be back to update a harvest

Hey now, this week went pretty good, she is stretching but not too much, she went from 28 to 34 inches, but the past couple days she seems to be slowing down with vertical growth. I started the transition today over to bloom nutrients, so I gave her half Veg and half Bloom nutes today, and I will have her all the way switched over by the end of the week. I figure I will probably get a couple more inches which would put her at 3 foot tall. I am definitely seeing pistils start to form all over her. I have been defoliating her about every other day, but I will stop this week and pretty much let her do her thing. I now have her running under a Mars Hydro 300 watt, and a Vipar Spectra 240 watt light. My planl was to fill a 4X4 with a single main-lined plant, and she has almost done that as she is touching the walls on all four sides. There are pretty many tops on her, so hopefully they turn into alot of flower but I will find out soon. I hope everyone had a nice weekend, stay safe, and Blaze On!

BAM 💥 Exploding with buds, way nicer plants then on my first try with these gorillas. Even tho they are in the shadow of the ginormous green cracks, that have vegged for over a month longer, these baby’s are doing magnificent. Huge frosty buds that look like they are gonna get a whole lot bigger in the coming weeks.
