Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! Can't wait till harvest time

After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

Just a quick vid up this week

* Just tap water PHd with the EMs. ~ We overwatered the stressed s stomper. ☆ Transplanted at day 9 after sprout ( except sodk). ~ Foliar sprayed with snake poison.

Outside of issues that were due to my learning curb definitely happy with the results. The plant that is actually dolato has such a wonderful scent. If it was certain that I would 5 of 5 dolato plants instead of 2 out of 5 with a Gelato I would do it again

Mental rainbow F1 the development and the complex colours of buds forming is interesting and looks/feels dense the plant is mainly focusing energy on side branches as well as main branches bud development they are definitely fattening up and thrichome are sparkling in development too looking forward to seeing her fatten up over next few says till flush

fortunately.......................these 4 still look like PLANTS to me..................or maybe i'm hallucinating??? it is possible

Training again. I spread out all side branches so the plant will now collect about 4 square metres of sun. It looks pretty crazy with central branches 6 ft up and side branches flat to each side. Did some defoliation as well. Still very healthy but I had to go through carefully to remove some annoying inch worms.

The seed popped out of the soil at day 4. Day 6 she had her helmet removed with some assistance. Day 7 she shows 3 leaves, I’m guessing 1 didn’t make it do you the shell staying on too long, but this has happened before, so no worries! She will be moved to veg tent as soon as she does some stretching.

11/10 - empezo su quinta semana de floración. Se encuentra perfecta, su olor es muy fuerte y esta muy resinosa. No tuve ningún problema hasta el momento. Su evolución fue muy rapida en comparación a otras geneticas que cultive. Aprox le faltaría un mes mas para ya poder podarla, los pistillos se encientran muy blancos por el momento.

It was hot last week outside

Day 15 since seed touched soil. All is going amazing. Yesterday topped them up a bit. Stems looks lanky, would expect stronger by now, but generally girls fly ! Off course i watered them straight after goodies were rubbed into top soil. Great White - 4 g sprinkled around for each plant BioSys same amount. Ecothrive Bio Blend - 200 grams added to each pot. Devil biggest, nicest and is happy camper at the moment. Lights are still on 40%, Mars as always has great products for growers. Think this week i will start some training. Day 19. Yesterday girl got 800 ml of 6.3 ph water. She is flying 4sure, thinking to train her tomorrow. Day 20. First LST. Watering straight after, plus Biobizz Leaf Coat shower. Approx 2.5 liters went in, first big saturation. Happy Growing !!!
