~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. I anticipate that it will be harvest time any day now, weather permitting. 10/11- After doing a final check of the trichomes on the Papaya Sherbet this afternoon and checking out our weather forecast, I decided that I will be taking her down early tomorrow morning before the sun comes up. 10/12- Today is CHOP DAY for the Papaya Sherbet Fem Photo! After checking over the flowers yesterday I decided that today is the day as I wanted to avoid any further chances of Boytris ruining more flowers. I got up early, before sunrise and took her down branch by branch which were then hung in my 'drying room' to begin the drying/curing process! This has been a interesting and educational journey for me and I hope that my experiences may help someone else in their garden... great 28 days, went very smoothly :) The girl looks healthy and strong :) I can already see that next week will be the week of the beginning of flowering :) The girl drinks 1 liter of 6.3 ph water every two days, adding Biobizz nutrients every 2nd watering :) Day 28, plucked the frond leaves for better air flow :) good luck to everyone :).

Day 29. SPA#2 is flying, #1 still curly a bit. Misting, tucking, tieing - thats all i do now. Monday - first feed ! Day 30. Girls are showing sex like crazy and i think SPA#1 has some sort of genetics mutation, all leaves are patchy in colours and generally unhealthy, but she is FLOWERING already !!! I blamed myself, improved envoirment to almost perfection and girl still looks not right... First feed - done ! Next feed - Silica Acid ! Happy Growing !

well I overfed boom and veg dry amendments waited 2 weeks instead of 4, by accident. I now have a K potassium toxicity which will always express as a magnesium deficiency. The salts side would flush the pot at this point, However, I am organic and instead I am going to give the plant the magnesium it is looking for allowing it to process the K faster. This should resolve the issue without flushing. If you have to flush an organic soil then its pretty much just wasted mix it into fresh mix at least 50/50 and start again. Basically flushing is not an option in organics.

Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !! Primera semana - Germinación en Placas de Petri sobre un invernadero calefactado, utilizando papel de cocina y pulverizando agua. Entre 24h y 48h después germina el 50% de las semillas y a las 72h el 95%. Mientras espero a que germinen, preparo el sustrato; · Coco-Kaya by BioBizz and Julian Marley 75-25. Utilizo macetas altas de 1,4L que riego con abundante agua, antes de plantar las semillas. Cuando germinan las planto bien etiquetadas y pulverizo agua, sin regar. Así evitamos movimientos indeseados de las semillas. 18h de luz 6h de oscuridad. Los balastros ajustados a 250w. Durante la semana, van saliendo los cotiledones de todas las plantas.

Guava Runtz – Week 4 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) Perfect weather continues, so Guava Runtz is now fully outside 24/7 and soaking up every bit of sunshine she can get. She’s clearly thriving in the natural environment. I stabilized her with some simple sticks for now (still searching for a better support method). She’s reached about 7 cm and has that rich, healthy green foliage I love to see. This week I gave her a gentle dose of BioBizz Fish-Mix and BioBizz Calmag. After dealing with calcium/magnesium problems last grow, I’m preventing it early this season.

Bud sights are building! Starting to get real existed about the next few weeks!! Had some drought issues around oct 21 from my lack of watering, shocked how much they drink! Starting to fill in a lot, will do a little trimming & tucking next week & do it's first feeding.

Las amnesia están malitas. Ns exactamente por qué es. El único fallo que creo haber cometido ha sido regar de más, supurando por abajo un par de veces. He regado cada 4-5 días (muy poco) así q ns si el sustrato está muy compacto y por eso no traga ni como airearlo

Day 21: They did grow a bit. The weather continues to be bad. It's like 10 to 12 degrees at night and daytime it is like 15 to 20. It will stay like this for another 2 weeks. There is not much I can do for now like LST because they are not stretching, neighter the newer branches. Hopefully they will grow larger but I don't expect them to be maximum size at week 2 of flowering. I expect them to pre-flower in like 7 to 14 days. Until next week!
