Ran into a a light stress issue but all is under control now

Week 2: VEGETATION ...oh man, what a week.🤧. On Monday, the weather was still halfway decent. But what followed was just plain “crappy weather.” It was cold and rainy. I have to admit I brought the plants inside onto the windowsill for a few more nights. I hope the next few days will be much better. Otherwise, this is starting to feel like a full-time job.😆 Saturday was finally a ray of hope. And the little ones🌱 could finally soak up some sun again. Even if, due to the orientation of my balcony, it can only ever be about 7 hours. Bottom line: I’m a bit worried about the growth. It’s only moving at a snail’s pace🐌. You can tell the plant is lacking warmth and light. But that’s just how it is, and I’m sure it can only get better. But basically, I’m pretty satisfied... because they’ve been handling the mediocre weather quite well so far, even if it certainly isn’t conducive to their development. Also, the gize’s leaves are drooping a bit. But I assume I’ve just been a bit too generous with the watering.🌊💧

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

Nice growth of 11cm this week. She seems to be doing very well. 💪 I've not done a thing to her apart from feed/water and turn her pot 180 degrees through the week.

I'm a little bit late with starting this grow because the plants will finish around end of december or so, so i'm basically counting on a warm december :) This grow was supposed to start earlier, and I did germinate 11 seeds last month but only three of the lot sprouted out, it was totally my fault and i did abort that grow so we could start with a clean slate and at least four plants....so here we are ;) All three seeds popped after 36 hours in a glass of water, but thanks to my thick awkward fingers only two seedlings came out after planting in rockwool...my fingers are killers to most of my little sprouts :/ We were gifted Moby Dick seeds by Romy from Seeds Mafia to take part in the competition they are running. Day 32: Girls look very dark green, some clawing, and sides sticking up. These girls got too much N and maybe a little light stress. I have rearranged my gilrs in the tent, so these a getting a little less light. I have also flushed them again with some plain ph'ed water, and gave the half-strength nutes after

Day 78. Girls are my pride and joy ! Everything going well, even supercroped branches are recovered well and hopefully i will push that grow to the end without any hiccups ;))) One Kalini Asia shows some potency for funky colours ! Maybe will defoliate at the end of this week or at the beginning of next one ... Hope everything will go smooth .. Day 82. Happy 420 !!!! And for me it really HAPPY !!! Just check todays video .... I did her second tie-down on day 22 actually. Day 24- I’m okay with the fan leaf laying on the surface for *now.* Just because I live in a high, dry desert with a consistent RH at around 20-25%. And also, because the top quarter inch of soil is dry. However I will probably be propping it up with something tomorrow morning. Day 25- finally I decided to fold down the rim of the pot for more light!

La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 5 ejemplares seleccioné los 3 mejores para completar el indoor y trasplanté directamente a macetas de 7 litros y aplique de manera foliar tetra 9, también cambien el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento. We enter the second full week of flower. I went and got some nutes to start adding in sparingly to the watering sessions. Mild mix from Foxfarms of their Tiger Bloom formula. I didn't catch that the large plant's leaves were curling pretty tellingly so I didn't realize I was about to overload the nutes for that plant when I should have been flushing for a week. I had supercropped this large plant as it was 6" taller than the others but it bounced back so quickly. Five colas snapped and turned 90 degrees, bounced back in a day or two. It did allow the others to catch up a bit. I find that the one potential male I removed was 100 a male as it now had well developed pollen sacs. I had this plant outside alonside the other two potential herm/males. I put the two questionable ones on the roof and chopped the male down.

Harvest Report by Zuppler - End of Week 9 Yo, what’s good fam? Zuppler comin' through with that harvest report, Week 9 wrapped up and it’s time to bring these queens down. The buds are lookin’ fat, frosty, and sticky – they ripened up just right, with that perfect mix of milky and amber trichomes. Real proud of how this run turned out. I learned a lot in this grow, no doubt. Dialin' in them nutes, catchin' the burn early, and lettin' them heavy buds stack properly. It’s all about leveling up, ya feel me? Next grow, I’m excited to be poppin' some Cherry Pie and Fruit Cake beans – gonna take everything I learned this round and make the next one even better. Zuppler out.
