Today on day 17 from date of birth Iam preparing a worm casting tea. In a cheese cloth bag ,Made up of 2 cups of worm castings 2 tablespoons of unsulfured molasses,2 tablespoons of mineralized phosphate (bat shit) ,2 tablespoons of soluble seaweed extract . 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 2 tablespoons of all purpose 4-4-4 all Gia green products other than. I also sprinkled in some great white premium mycorrhizae inton2 gallons of water. Tea will brew for 24 hours before applying.

I think the pro emit UVA do an awesome job...but i have to lower the length...some plants have a slight burn...right now they're on for 8h a day, will lower it to 6h 1 week to go Now it's flushing time... only water till harvest

on day 21 of flower the 2 lady have got a new Haircut. Also some composttea on day 22 of flower. Light hits the plants with around 850 PPFD. Both plants look very similar (same leaf shape and structure), but one is about 15% larger than her sister. They both look healthy and vigorous.

Just letting them grow , still just water at ph 6.5 , I put them on a towel for a while to suck some of the moisture from the soil after watering , I find it helps grow roots faster.

Peyote cookies Week 6 Plants took a hit with auto pot trays getting little unclean , washed out trays and flushed plant with cal mag water and then left to dry for a day Feeding at 1.8 and 5.8 High humidity outside , dehumidifier capturing lots of water . Flower sites are starting to widen out and climb , massive resin production , smells awesome . Temp lowered , purple starting to show on flower Relocated dehumidifier and times changed to run intermittently during light cycle to keep heat down and runs in the off cycle to keep heat up and humidity down ( obviously lol ) Relocated Air intake vents Raised fan and also place some bamboo sticks behind in screw holes to have the fan even spaced away from tent wall making fan perform even better at lower speeds and really pull the air from behind n below the fan Intake fan speed reduced as it was also pulling in too much cold air too quickly and not diluting with warm air enough , adjustments made and leafs are reaching for the lights now Lowered second net to move the taller branches outwards to get more light down to lower sites There’s a video at the end of pictures for yall x

Last week of flowering, since couple of days we are only giving water but the last shot of ultra PK did some great work here, she swollen up and got really fat the last weeks. wonderful strain, really generous and easy to grow, vigorous and a really nice old school smell with a sweet mango like touch!

All plants that I didn't know the sex of are female. I have six female plants in total, I know there are too many for my grow which measures 60x60x140, but I'm sorry to discard them. I'll keep doing SoG, to learn about it. But i have one question about defoliation, do you think I should do it or leave it as it is? Thanks guys

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Day 89 - Harvest day has finally came for this lady & I beyond impressed, to only be in a 2 gallon pot she has put off some massive rock solid buds that smell amazing! Very strong stable genetics that’s can handle really anything you throw at it, would highly recommend especially to first time growers because this strain is so forgiving! Had to isolate one of the ladies due to being a week+ behind the other which involve putting in her own resvoir other four are starting flush. Also had to remove and clean the connection "T" as the roots were plugging up the "T" and restricting flow back to the res. The buds look amazing and am really looking forward to the pay off.
