End of week 5

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de crecimiento de estas FBA2506 de FastBuds. De las 5 plantas, retiré una y me quedaré con 4 , preselección. La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 48 horas e intentando mantener la humedad un poco alta al principio. Para la próxima semana seguro que las 4 empiezan a florecer. Las próximas semanas vamos viendo cómo avanzan. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Unfortunately the very top buds look like they have got too hot and don’t seem to be fattening up as I would expect especially the main cola on each plant. Debating if to remove the main couple of inches of the main cola or to just hope reducing the temp will allow them to develop as normal. Any advice welcome.

Those colas are gigantic and so damn dense, this is a very resinous strain with Amazing smell. Im sure she will give me goosebumps. The waiting game is very difficult. She's a 9/10 weeks strain.

When I open the tent in the morning, the first thing I notice is the absolutely overwhelming smell that hits you in the face like a baseball bat. Every neighbor can probably smell it, with no filter to contain it. The buds have become so heavy that they're now bending the stems. This might be my biggest harvest yet. I'm visiting my girlfriend over the weekend, so I won't be home until Sunday. However, I'm fairly certain I'll be harvesting on Sunday.

Start of week 9! The buds are really starting to swell and look more spectacular every day! The smell is intensely fruity too! I reckon about two more weeks and it’ll be time! Last feeding before flush!

Day 8: Woke up and checked on the ladies, they were bone dry. Hit em with 70 ml of AN Coco Grow diluted in my mix. Day 9: Got the new lights in today and hooked up. Girls are looking pretty good I think. Still letting em dry out a little. Gonna add a shot of Great White on next water. No nutes will be in this shot. Day 10: Still looking good. Had to stack some loose Coco around a couple as they had a good stretch going and were leaning pretty good. Also noticed a couple of brown spots on the leaves. I am led to believe after asking questions and researching, it is more than likely nute burn? No more nutes for these girls for a while. I also got a humidifier to raise humidity as it was pretty low. Day 11: These girls almost double in size every day! They would probably be a little bigger if I hadn't of tried to give em a drink of nutes earlier on! Lesson learned!! Not bad for 6 days out of the ground regardless though, I think. Got a humidifier in the tent and it stays around 50% now. Other than last night it got up to 73%. I need to get that fixed. Day 12: Nothing new to update other than they look healthy. Think I am gonna let them dry out a touch more before watering. Day 13: Gave the girls 1 cup of ph 6.0 water this morning. Thermostat battery went out and lucky my girl caught it in time. Temp got to 86° for a couple of hours. Opened the tent for an hour to get the temp back down. Humidity has been hovering around 50% for the most part. Minor fluctuations here and there. Girls are looking good for 8 days out of the earth though!! 💪 Day 14: Looking like they need another drink, dry down to around 1" deep. Gave em 2.25 cups with super diluted Coco Grow and a touch of Great White. 😳 They are doing great! 👍 Looking forward to see what week 3 has in store! Going to build a support to add my 2 CREE lights back in along with the Mars lights.

Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. This week the plan will be to continue LST by tying down new shoots to encourage new flower sites. I am starting to see some hairs so I am going to call this week 1 of flower. I had hoped for a bit more of a pre-flower stretch on the girls, but hopefully they get a little taller during the flower stretch. At the same time, with continued LST, hoping to increase bud sites and increase overall light penetration. Keeping an eye on the water PH level as mine switches a bit in the winter vs. the summer time. Same system of watering thoroughly when dry, also adding water to the bottom of the fabric pots to be soaked up, to encourage lower soil moisture for root stretching. The Low Ryder genetics in the AK74 seems to be keeping to squat. Hopefully some of the AK47 bud structure comes through in some of these phenotypes. I've taken out measuring the plant height, as it is slightly hard to accurately describe that with the constant LST. I've also highlighted HST as a grow technique, but this is mostly just some simple Super Cropping on some of the bud sites that are a bit more awkward to tie down with soft ties. At the end of this week or early next week I plan to amend the top soil with some more Gaia Green Power Bloom, as the nutrients used during initial planting will be starting to be used up and we are entering flowering phase with more need for the bloom nutrients. I will likely also add a little bit of the 4-4-4 All Purpose as well, in case the plants still have a bit of nitrogen requirements for vegetation. Otherwise, things are green and things are looking healthy to date. I have some moisture gnats, but not enough for it to be a pain. I will be adding an additional dehumidifier into the environment as we progress into flowering, to make sure to discourage mold or mildew from forming. Additional fans are being added as well for better air flow.

Es ist der Beginn der Blüte, viel gibt es noch nicht zu sehen und auch kein ausgeprgter Duft ist vorhanden. Trotzdem habe ich sie stärker vertäut und werde in ein paar Wochen, wenn die Buds anschwellen auch ein paar Haselnussstangen in den Topf setzen um die Blüten zu stabilisieren. Ansonsten geht es noch zwei Wochen so weiter wie bisher, mit etwas höheren Phosphorgaben durch Fledermaus-Guano. Noch passt sie unter das Tarp ebenso wie die Blueberry und die Fruit Bomb Punch. Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. Just About DONE! Probably gonna chop halfway through the week! Trichomes look great!!! This was very excited that it finished a week earlier than my normal grows!

She’s looking much much happier in flowering! I’m not sure how but I’ve grown her bigger than she is rated for maximum height. The end of this week she was 60” or 152cm tall, her rated maximum height was 39” or 100cm so I’m a good 50% taller than rated!!
