Webacca This time I'm using some peroxide in the water to moisten. Let's see what happens.

Webacca Nach dem Umzug in die Erde scheint sich alles stabilisiert zu haben.
Nach dem Pikieren der 🌶️🌶️ habe ich sie zur Gesellschaft mit ins Zelt geparkt. Licht will man ja nicht verschwenden.

Webacca Start of the second week.
Increased PPFD from 300 to 400. Rising over 3 hours and then holding for 8 hours, then decreasing until the end.
Parameters seem to be stable. I'm happy about that.
There hasn't been any really massive growth so far.
And as always, everyone is naturally different. But that's how it should be.
Lemon Wonder needed a bit of support. Maybe it was too little light for the temperature?
It should get better now.
From week three then 700 μmol/m²s or what do you think? Too little? Over the top?

Webacca Starting in week 4.
There has been quite a bit of growth. They’re starting to look like real plants. And the Solar Fang has a super symmetrical appearance. Absolutely vertical. Love it 😍
So far, everything seems to be okay. No need for that to change.
Changed the lighting to 30 DLI at max 700 PPFD.
Let’s see if they can handle it, welcome it, or react negatively.

Webacca They are developing. Very nicely stable, bushy, awesome.
Also the sherbet, which I of course broke off at the LST (such an Otto. The noise is really disgusting), just keeps growing cheerfully.
Solar Fang is still compact, but has cranked up to 25cm.
I hope it all continues like this, especially since the first flower buds are showing 😍
And it also smells now.
Time lapse of the last week, today with stutters, at the end of the image series. It's due to working in the tent, where I bumped into the camera and the image got misaligned.
It's Thursday and I can only say: wow, what a jungle! Must be something to defoliate.
Spoke and let the scissors do the talking. Removed a good handful of large leaves. Should definitely help.

Webacca What can one say? It's practically foresting. All the ladies have gained well and are now visibly in bloom. Apparently, I'm not doing too much wrong.
The sherbet that I naturally snapped off at the LST doesn't care at all. The bending point is thickened and the madam continues to grow cheerfully.
In between, I defoliated a bit, but you can hardly see anything of it again.
It increasingly smells in the tent and even the chilies are showing buds. Wow. Love it.
Light unchanged, stays like this now. Slight moisture issues, but the exhaust fan is working now too.
Video clip from last week as always at the end.
After all, there's 8 - 21 cm of growth on it.
Update: defoliated again. Everything that gets little/no light or too much shade.

Webacca Sherbet shot up with a solid 20cm in the last week. The others are a bit more restrained at around 10cm/week. Some plants are hardly distinguishable in the huge tent, but that's actually a good thing. Even if it might cost a bit of light.
Time-lapse of the last week is on the way.

Webacca Sunset Sherbet, moving very quickly again.
Madame is setting water and nutrients at a good 20cm/w. Respect.
Constantly defoliating and staring at the flowers. Not much else to do.

Webacca Well, an uneventful week goes by. No growth to report. Only the buds are getting thicker and showing trichomes.
The smell while defoliating is really nice. Can't quite place it, but very nice.
Watered, did a bit of defoliation, and now just waiting to see what happens.
They might move to the greenhouse in the next few days. The Ice Saints are being a bit calmer this year.
The last time-lapse is at the end. I don't think I'll run another one. At least not outside anymore.

Webacca There was growth, but only very slow with the Sherbet.
But the buds are getting denser. I think it's slowly time to check the trichomes.
Seems to be going well.

Webacca It's almost lonely in the tent, the little one. The sisters have been harvested.
But it still looks very beautiful. It makes a robust impression and the flowers are, in my opinion, also well-formed. Just not yet ready for harvest. Trichomes cloudy, but almost none discolored.
Patience is the grower's virtue!
What can I say? Suddenly the trichomes are not just amber, but really brown. It was about time.
Thick sticky buds. Smell is not specific, but fruity.
Now it's time to rest in the net.

Webacca The end was like the whole grow. Easy.
Trichome test says harvest day, so let's get to the stems.
Intensely sticky and fragrant. Cool.
Strong plant, nodes a bit stretched, but already some thicker buds.
Fruity smell, sticky fingers and scissors. Good sign.
Now a break in the net and let's see what's left.

Webacca Trichomes clearly signaled that it's harvest time. 82g isn't the most, but it's already been lightly trimmed. Just wait and see.
It was time. The Solar Fang turned amber and was thus "due."
Grew great, almost too good to slaughter.
Enchanting scent, but not specific. In any case, very pleasant.
So this grow is finished.
More info, of course, after drying and curing.
Interestingly, there were no comments from Zamnesia here. After all, this is the first post about Solar Fang.
They usually write something under almost every grow...
Anyway, I'm a bit proud that it grew so beautifully. Completely problem-free, and the strain is already recommended because of the unbelievably cool grinder!

Webacca Very positively surprised by the amount. It will show what remains afterwards, but one can be excited.
Off to the net and chill into the dark.
More later.
@WeedleyScott, those times are unfortunately over for me. I'm totally tech-savvy, but that would mean too much learning for me until it runs the way I want. So I ended up with a finished product instead. 😅
@Webacca I think everyone feels that way. And then not constantly snacking while drying and curing is really the ultimate challenge for the impatient 😈😅
