Little defoliation

One gelato, the back left one has nute burn somehow despite having recieved almost no feeding recently, Second blue gelato 41 that was transplanted to grow bag later has caught up, going well, this gelato is growing like a complete boss, overtaken the other gelato that suffered nute burn from the new soil Day 40, going well after being defoliated yest, at least one plant showing female preflowers 😎

Beginning a 2 week flush, just tap water from my bathroom.. nothing special lol smell is getting very dank

Day 19-26 (May 10th - May 17th) (Day 21) Stretch is almost over and the plants still look like they’re in veg. I’m seeing almost zero trichomes and when compared to my other room it’s laughable. At least the sites are starting to fill in a little. One plant is super leggy and stretchy. I’m guessing it’s Jack Herer but won’t know until late flower or harvest. The plant in the far left corner has great structure and thick pistil clumps. I’m guessing it’s either blueberry or the white og. Blueberry has a pretty distinct smell so differentiating all the strains won’t be that hard actually. (Day 24) I’ve been rearranging the plants once in a while just to get all sides exposed to some decent light. I never realized how much I value my LED until this run. The only way I would ever use another hps for flower is if it was one of those 1000w DE lights that all the commercial grows use. Sites are starting to fill in quite a bit now. Trichomes are still non existent though. Even on the archive genetics which is really surprising. (Day 25) Pots somewhat dried out finally. Tomorrow I’m going to leach everything with another 2 liters each and top dress with 15ml of nature’s pride bloom, 10ml of Destiny launch and 5ml of kelp meal. I’m starting to see minor N tox on some of the plants so I will probably give them a full gallon. This tent is largely experimental so I’m going to fuck with these plants pretty heavy to iron out some theories and try some new techniques. (Day 26) When I was watering today I noticed that slurricane, Puro loco and guava cake all hermed. The archives just got too stressed out in early veg I think. When I dug up both plants they were still being choked out by the sponge aerogarden plugs. Puro Loco was leading by far in the trichome department too. The guava cake was from a hermed bagseed so it’s not surprising at all but that kind of pisses me off about the “elite” Archive genetics, especially if you paid 200$ for a 10 pack. Then again, it was still my error and not their genetics. Luckily I didn’t pay a dime for them. Running those was a complete waste of time and space. With proper environment and no seedling stress I’m sure I could have grown some amazing looking stuff. All the European and Canadian genes look fine though. I’m sure they would have filled out a lot more if they weren’t being choked out by hermies. No signs of bananas anywhere else. Hopefully the 4 slurricanes I have outdoor this year will pull through without herming.

The tallest pheno is ready and being flushed for a couple of days now, rhe others are close but still consuming nutrients at a strong rate , I think they will take at least 1 more week. They smell very much like gelato as a group but are all very different from one another .

Hi all Here we are ar the mid 8 week flowering point and the ladies are finishing up nicely. I have expected a 10 week end but looking at #1 , she won't wait too much longer I don't think. They are not the biggest of ladies but do smell so sweetly lemon now and I am hoping the final weeks swell them to a great finish. The buds are nice and airy looking and i don't see any signs of mould anywhere so far. The positions in the room during this cold winter have made an impact on the foliage colours and it has been hard to keep a constant temp above 19°c with the energy costs ect. I can see how maybe only 3 of these girls in the same space would have been a great producer too. Their is plenty to work with in side branching and growth so a s.c.r.o.g would work wonders for this strain. I did cram them in with 5 ladies and another strains plant too so perhaps more space would have given each a way heavier final weight. I can see 4 of them Mali g the full 10 weeks but the #1 does look so close together finish now.

Day 81 Time to feed the lady again plus added more ffof soil with perlite and clay peebles Day 82 All good, no nutrient burnt @ 1810ppm Day 83 Had to expand the net, added scrog plus some other features, she's a monster it's Giving me a lot of work to do but I'm really happy with this huge lady growing up!! Change light, tender and nutrients.

👉With each day it grows a noticeable amount. Its staying short and the leaves are actually touching the media on the lower set. Its actually on its 3rd node, and i will probably top it on the 4rth. I lowered the light from 36 to 24". This week i will lower it again to 18". The plant is short but its growth is still vigorous enough. under the leaves there is vegitation emerging as well. I like the fact that its staying short, I will probably need every inch of of my tent so the longer its stays short and grows like a bush, the better. 👉Im doing the week 3 nutrient schedule for another week because week 3 is the highest levels of grow nutrient. My EC target is 1.7 and is near the high end of the recommended range. I usually start with 2 gallons and then mix and pH the batch. If the EC is high I then ad pHd/calmag/ArmorSI water to lower the EC to the desired range. Im feeding 1 liter of nutrient solution and the runoff is an average of .6l. I give this 2x a day. The EC is slowly creeps up over 3-4 days and when it gets to 25 to 30+ EC I use a liter of rinse solution before the next fertigation. the rinse solution is same water source as the nutrient mix, (RO water at 5 micro-Siemens from a medical grade RO unit) with Armor SI and Calmag pH's to 5.9. The machine isnt at my house so I mule the water in 6 gallon water carriers. Eventually the plant will be big enough that more solution is needed at each feeding. During the Critical Purple and Hindu grows, the EC would actually never guild up because the plants were absorbing a lot of the nutrients. I will gauge the needed inflow volume of nutrient solution by the amount of run-off. Currently 1 liter is what I determined is the minimum needed to keep the coco wet and buffered. As the plant absorbs more water the drain off will decrease. I will target 20-30% run-off from inflow volume. EC value also determines inflow volume but to save on mixed nutrients I like to precede a feeding with the rinse solution if the EC is too high. 👉I disinfect the water jugs 1 time a week with 1% bleach. I disinfect my nutrient solution dispensing jugs at each batch mixing. My watering can and measuring vessel, I rinse with the H2O2 spray at each use. 👉To help keep the grow clean I have a 1 gallon garden sprayer filled with water and 60ml of H2O2. The recipe is usually just 30ml/gallon, but I wanted it a little stronger. I spray the exterior of my cloth pot once a week to rinse of the build up nutrients and prevent mold, mildew and green fungus. I also use the spray to disinfect the drain trays as I swap them out after a feeding. I have a couple dozen white wash cloths that I use to help clean and dry things. I use fresh wash cloth each day, and keep everything as clean as possible.

Hey everyone 😃. Both phenotypes are beautiful, the Pehno 1 is of course the more beautiful due to its red color 😍. Both smell really delicious 😃. Now to the weekly overview. Days of flowering 42 Since the water was only poured on day 41, both were only checked for their health today. Flowering day 43 Today both were poured with 1 l each, completely without additives as they should use up their remaining nutrients :-). Flowering day 44 The tent was cleaned and the humidifier refilled. Flowering day 45 Today both were checked for health and sprayed. Flowering day 46 Today everything in the tent was tested for functionality (fans, etc.). The humidifier has been refilled. Flowering day 47 Again today it was poured with 1.2 l each time, and the tent was cleaned. Flowering day 48 Both plants were checked to see how wide their trichomes were (70% milky, 20% clear and 10% amber). The plants are really extremely fast 👍. Everything was cleaned again and the humidifier was filled. That was it pushed with this week, and I have to say the Fast Version lives up to its name 😳😃. Week 8 Hi everyone 😀 I am so delighted with this little grow. Finally upper growth slowed down and buds are getting structure and weight. Have adjusted nutrients and increased watering to approx. 2 liters every 2 days. The aroma inside this cabinet it's very strong. It's smells a little bit fruity. 2 kg active carbon filters doing the job perfectly and nothing is coming out. Will update progress of this week every couple days. 12/09 Day 51 Buds on 2 most developed girls are getting frosty and gaining weight. Due to extreme fast flowering time on this strain decided to start applying final nutrient - Green Sensation from Plagron. Today only 0.5ml per liter but will increase to 1ml on next watering. 14/09 Day 53 Girls got so bushy again and decided to apply selective defoliation and tied some branches to netting. Not easy task if you have only frontal access and can't remove pots out 😅 17/09 day 56 Its the end of week 8 Everything is going well, buds and leaves are covered with lovely frost now. Thankfully have no major issues accept the humidity which can't be dropped below 50%. Stay tuned for upcoming updates. Peace and love ✌️

The flowers are starting show a build up of crystals, I’m shocked at the speed this plant is producing flowers. They are filling up fast from the top down, as you can see still some time to go before all the main flowers are fully developed. The leaves show signs of heat damage and over watering but that’s ok. The heatwave has passed but it’s still on the warmer side. The cutting is flowering normally and is receiving light directly so hopefully it will produce a small flower or 2.

All good except that fact that i still didnt buy a fan 🤦‍♂️🏻 hope it wont cause troubles with plant and them have enough of air Very happy with mars hydro, much better than HID that i used before.

Vegetation over end of week 8 I'm really happy with how these look I've ended up with 8 I'm happy to put into flower they are all different strains and range in size from 90cm to 120cm the strains are Barney's farm Wedding Cake Pink Kush Mimosa Evo Runtz Muffin Divine seeds Divine Indica Opium Anesia seeds Banana Kush Pink Starburst The feed I've used is great I really like this range and would recommend it to any grower and its all I will be using along with the Monkey Nutrients range these for me are the best European and UK Nutrients well worth anyone's money I will be defoliating and lollipopping them soon so I can get as much exposure as possible Also some of my cuttings have rooted so I can help my friend out I switched to Clonex rooting gel and have had some luck so I'm really happy (see pics) Thanks for the help along this journey and thanks always to my sponsors @HydroproWashington @anesiaseeds @Divineseeds @monkeynutrients See yous all next week with some better photos of each plant before and after some much needed defoliation Peace out

This week I alternated watering from plain RO and RO plus calmag. Clones are showing roots and I will transplant into solo cups tomorrow. Trellis net for flowering tent is set up. Just a waiting game now :)
