I left on vacation for 2 weeks and had someone top up my water. When I returned i noticed temperature was not dropping inside the tent properly due to a plugged carbon filter. Removed for now to get temperature in check. Replacement on its way.

7/7: Transplanted plant to final pot! Roots showed out of tray. Accidentally pulled a root off during transplant 😢. After transplant I top feed/watered medium with a half gallon of treated water. I mixed 2ml of Rapid Start in 1 gallon water hub. Poured half in half gallon jug then poured half gallon over medium. Added 2 gallons of water into reservoir (1st white line) to promote root growth to bottom and to begin capillary reaction. 7/8: Bumped light intensity dimmer to 30%. 7/9: Left for Vacation.... Praying for my baby!🙏🏿 Going to be gone for 4 days. 😅 ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

May 9th - began today replacing the CMH lite that kicked-off during the night (new bulb is done!) MARS HYDRO to the rescue with a TS-1000 hanging above the kids now. Fine-tuning as we speak - began mixing a Tea for tonight/tomorrow’s dinner - LST to begin with a few of the plants this evening - Defoliated some of the large fan-leaf pairs and now the plant structures can be fortified and shaped - grabbed 6 clones from the Panama Reds and 2 each from Fighting Buddha and Pine Tar Kush !!! Into the LED Dome (And i’m out of cubes… profanity) - some branches get tied down tonight; let the games begin 10th, - Nutrients fed for breakfast - how to say this: things are so steady with daily progression - raised lights again to maintain 2c difference between Room temp / Top-Leaf temp. My Phlizon 4500 is almost topped out in the room, and its running at 50% power. This last blast of growth and transition within the plants, tells me this set-up is going to last Just long enough !!! Just big enough - 2 more weeks come on! - a few more clones taken last-nite; cloudwalker / black tuna / lsd / alaskan purple etc etc PurpsBerry will be last clone taken - no foliar misting on Food mornings like today; every other day is still the target here in mid-Veg 11th, - while rummaging through the crop early today, I found what is certainly a Male Panama Red plant. Action taken and trying to secure that new home. Picture 11, 12, 13 - Panama Red #2 removed - Foliar Misted the Tent at lites-out - clones treated to a Foliar Misting. Feeding them through their already developed Stomata on the leaves; when they have no roots to uptake nutrients yet. “Thanks Andrew at LegacyMarketFarm for that detail” May 14 - the one plant i took real pride in FIMming successfully, has also raised the Kilt and declared his Gonads; dammit. So, he’s gone lol. 2 males out of 38 plants… (txerri bilbo haze, the very first of many seeds produced alongside killer bud to show Male) - 2 LSD clones appear to be doing well May 15th - Foliar Misted after Lites-out

I believe my plants are finally getting acclimated to the medium and recovering from transplant shock. New growth is looking much healthier. Just as a preventative measure, I picked up some Botanicare Hydroguard to use in an attempt to supplement the roots and bring the pH of the soil down to where I want it. Personally, the pH remains just a tad too high for my liking this week. I would like it more in the range of 5.7-6.5 but I'll give it a week or so to see the reaction to the Hydroguard. I've continued with more LST on all but the Glookies #2. On this plant I simply did a topping. It was a risk, considering the plants isn't vibrantly healthy, but I need to maintain it's height. I also did a second topping to the American Pie #1. As can be observed from the photos, not all of the plants were shaped the same way. I got creative with the fabric pots and I decided to LST a few plants a little bit differently just to see which technique/style I liked the most. So far, I am digging the way the Jelly Bananen #1/#2 and American Pie #2 are shaping up. They are going to have a beautiful, wide canopy when they head into flower. I'm considering transplanting into 5 gallon fabric pots within the next week or two so I can flip them to flower two weeks later. My intuition is telling me this has been a pretty lengthy vegetative stage, thus far. I'm expecting all of my plants to double in size during the flowering stage, which should be anywhere between 65-70 days long. I made sure to select strains with similar flowering times (60-70 days). These plants are doing quite well in these one gallon pots. I believe I could run a sea of green set up this way

I grew her in a skull, and I made her suffer. Left outside in heat, then cold, dragged back inside, forgotten more often than cared for. Spidermites gnawed at her leaves, yet left the flowers untouched — as if even they sensed something sacred in her final work. When she bloomed, it was not despite the struggle, but because of it. The flower is always a farewell, and every grow is only complete in death.

Lollipoping/defoliation completed at the very beginning of the week. Some will argue that’s too late. But I find I get better yields if I wait till the last minute. They will be left alone for the rest of the grow. Started mid week bumping up to 1250ppm as the stretch has stopped. That caused a little nuit burn, so dialled back to 1150ppm.

Wasn’t planning on updating this diary until after the cure, but why not. She was harvested on August 10, and placed into an empty grow tent at 60F & 55% RH. By August 17, the outer buds were dry enough, so I had used a wood moisture meter to measure the moisture content of the inner buds and they were ready to jar. I didn’t measure wet weight as I hung the entire plant whole and didn’t want to account for the weight of stems & fan leaves on the plant, but dry weight was 90.45 grams For my first grow, I don’t know if I did everything right… I will know by the end of cure, but so far I am more than content with the way she turned out. I have another Bourbon Berry Twenty20 outdoor grow I might post on here soon which is currently curing, & Chocolate Haze by RQS which is in week 2 of flower.

Straight water for the past week. A little bit of defoliation. Strong smell. More amber showing up on the buds. I think it’s about done. Will probably harvest tomorrow morning. This plant has been a test of patience since I’ve mostly grown autos up until now. Looks and smells like it will be worth it.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures.
