She was harvested this week day 73 from seed week 11. All pistols went amber and trichomes 90% cloudy. As you can see from pics and videos, she is FROSTY. I will put the harvest under next week because i want to give dry weights. She is hanging drying out now. I flushed for 1 week using mollasses and tps signal with ph water. The last 4 weeks of her flowering was done outside in the green house. I cannot wait to try her out. Smells awsome. Good job OSSC!

The Scrooge has really impressed me! Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Dear diary, Week 4 almost done, but posting a day in advance as I will need help from the community! Something terrible has happened, and I am not sure what, so let’s jump into it. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 25: Away from home so the flatmate is feeding them from the premixed bucket. ⏰ Day 26: Back home! As they have doubled in size I am transplanting up from 3liter to 20liter airpots. The 75/25 coco to perlite mix was first run with 1.23ms 5.8ph calmag water followed by 1.33ms 5.8ph nutes before transplanting over. Light was about 305 so also upped it to 320-330ppfd. G.C #2 still is showing the weird marks and deformation, but she is growing quickly so having real issues figuring out if its something else than some genetic oddity. ⏰ Day 27: Feed the girls at 1.36ms and 6.0ph. Today was also the day where the mainlining begins! This was done by topping above the 3rd node, removing any growth below the 3rd and tying them down to start the manfold. Aiming for 8 or 16 tops for each plant depending on how the grow. ⏰ Day 28: Feeding at 1.36ms 5.8ph and adjusted ties. ⏰ Day 29: Checked in on them in the morning before lights off, and something is very wrong. All the older leaves show all kinds of issues like curling, brown and yellow spots, drooping etc. Might just be from the chock of mainlining and the lights being to strong so lowered them to 230ppfd. Later when lights turned on again, their state has not deteriorated during light off, so I’m fairly sure it is light related. But to be sure I also gave the girls 2 liter each of feed to make sure there are no dryspots, 1.36ms 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: I was away all day so they were watered by flatmate with 1.35ms 6ph. When I came home later in the night the spots and yellowing is still happening on the older leaves but much slower than before. I also checked runoff and it’s fine at 1.46ms and 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: Gave a feeding of 1.46ms 6.3ph in were I increased A and B nutes to 2.5ml/l from 2.0 and calmag to 1.5ml/l from 1.3. Someone suggested that it might be magnesium deficiency so that is why I changed the ratios and increased the EC a bit. Lastly I also gave a foliar spray of calmag water at like 12ml/l at 6.3ph to see if that helps so we can head into a smoother week 5!

I cut Banana Mash Autoflower down today. She got super frosty under the Viparspectra P4000. Was a good grow with a crazy frosty finish. Amazing smell as well. Can't wait to try it. BLUE CUSH 35 Days from sprout. Light training. Leaf tucking and pony tailing. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching. She is genetically a small plant I believe, but she might be smaller then expected.. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok. Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.
