Looking great. Continuing to defoliate and un-shade some bud sites, but with a light touch. On 2/6 Top dressed: 1/2 cup bokashi, 1/2 cup build a flower, 1/2 cup fresh ground malted barley, 1/4 cup BAS craft blend, 1/4 cup alfalfa meal. Split this between the two containers. The worms are loving it and the soil mites are feasting.

Getting bigger and bigger, I’m expecting big yields off the ScrOGed plant. The plant in the big tent is beginning to fatten up, especially the bud that was pollinated... both are still shooting new pistils everyday. The mother plant was cut around day 70 but I’m thinking these could go further than that, only time will tell!

Note: we flipped lights on day 37, saw hairs on day 44.

UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. Feb. 2020 - 88 Days - Grown from Seed Smell of Berries; Pink & Yellow tips; Lots of long curly brown hair; Pink tiny leaf tips on top of buds. I’m in love whooooooooooaaaaaaa. Chop on 13. Overall a giant disappointment, the Fast Flower FF was an Autoflower AF, Its put me off fast flowers and really whats one week when you grow indoors for an early harvest. Not something that's in my list of things I need. The smell of the plant is nice, basic weed scents, nice and sticky and full of crystals. Will see what happens in cure once it finishes drying. It made a weird nub of plant at the base of its stalk. have not seen that before, IDK what it was/means. Just waiting for some of the flowers to fully mature . she's swelled nicely now most of the hairs are light brown some deep red, some white. Smells diesely yet fruity. Should harvest by next week.

The Sky is the limit

Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and Green Gelato enters the pre-flowering phase 💪. It can already be seen that she lags far behind her Hulkberry roommates in terms of height, so I will have to lift her closer to the light soon😬. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high😓. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light, great MIGRO, that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits😀. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. The distance between the branches is also significantly smaller than in the Hulkberries, so the branches are much denser and with much more leaves. Green Gelato develops more in width than in height. Due to the higher temperature, she didn't drink as much water as I expected. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. All in all I am very pleased with how it is progressing, the plant looks satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml / L. Also in the third week of vegetation she showed her gender. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box. I added BioBizz as scheduled for the last week of vegetation, Bio-Heaven, Fish-Mix and Acti-Vera 2ml / L each. P. H. I regulate with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 09/07/2020. Day 21. Photographing and measuring plant height. After taking regular photos in the box, I take a few more photos on a black background. Vegetation is over, starting tomorrow I will change the light regime to 20 hours of light and 4 hours of darkness. Given the temperatures, I will put it dark in the middle of the day when the outside temperature is also the highest, I hope that in this way I will prevent the temperature from rising to an undesirable height. Plants were watered on day 4 of week 9, as follows: Lucy: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.27, Height: 22 in. Herbert: 1.25 gallons water, pH: 5.77, Height: 24.5 in. ***Both fed nutrients - 5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 7 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 1 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) Plants were watered on day 5 of week 9, as follows: Thin Mint Sr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.76, Height: 20 in. Thin Mint Jr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.50, Height: 19.5 in Notes: Thin Mint Jr has nutrient burn and so was NOT fed nutrients today. Thin Mint Sr was fed nutrients at 50% strength 2.5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 4 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 0.5 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) (both plants still in nutrient distress - in process of recovery but have some new growth that is greener so improvement is being observed; slowly but surely!) ***Plants ideally would have been transitioned to the flowering phase this week, but due to nutrient deficiencies and nutrient burn on Thin Mint Jr., we are holding off on this transition for 1 week to give the plants a chance to recover from stress.
