The Stretch is not so bad. At Flower Day 1 they are 81, 73 and 59cm big. At Day 14 are on 99, 97 and 70cm big. I look at the tallest Branch Watering daily with 1 to 2 Litres. 0,5ml of Calmag per Liter. But last Time go up to 0,8ml Run the Deep Red again to get a better Flower Production I don’t want to stress them much until Day 19. But at the Bottom of the Plants there is no Airflow and i had so much Leaves that falls off. So i make a little lollipopping Session yesterday. One Day before i gave the bigger ones 10ml PK 5/8 again with a bit of Bactrex and the shorter one 14ml. I guess she is the big Eater in the Corner. Just have a look if she like that. Forget to check the PPFD Rate since the Flower began. Good that i do it. On one Main Branch i‘m at 1700 😅 and the shortest Bilbo don’t get much. So i build her up and now have regular Canopy again. They all have 1000 PPFD now One Week left and then we see what really hangs on the Ladies 🤩🤘🏼

Germination (4-6 to 16-6) Melonade Runtz Feminized - Dutch Passion. Genetics: Melonade (Lemon Z x Lemon Tree) x Runtz. 20-25% THC, 50% Indica, 50% Sativa. Flowering time: 9-10 weeks. Aroma and Flavor: Pungent, lemon and tropical fruits with creamy, pastry-like notes. Effects: Powerful, euphoric high with a strong narcotic-like effect, suitable for experienced users. 4-6 Today i put the seed into a wet coffee filter to germinate. 6-6 After 48 i checked on the seed and the root grew really long! A bit longer to my liking so i should have checked sooner. I put the seed in a 0.5L pot filled with some Plagron Lightmix, it stays in the dark till she is above the ground. I made a feed with 0.5 gr Calcium and 0.2 ml Rootstimulator per liter. EC: 0.4 PH: 5.8, and watered the pot a bit. 7-6 After 24 hours she is above the ground and i removed the plastic foil covering the pot. 8-6 Temperature: 19.5 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 41% to 70% Watering: 20 ml. 9-6 Temperature: 18.8 to 23.4 degrees Humidity: 62% to 74% 10-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 23.9 degrees Humidity: 60% to 74% 11-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 25.2 degrees Humidity: 43% to 71% Watering: 25 ml. 12-6 Temperature: 21.2 to 25.4 degrees Humidity: 44% to 60% 13-6 Temperature: 22.2 to 25.9 degrees Humidity: 44% to 71% Watering: 15 ml. 14-6 Watering: 40 ml. A week later and today is the last day of the germination phase. She is a bit of a stretcher, as she is growing taller then the other plants in the pre-grow cabin.

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Nice! Topping has stopped her to grow and strech too much which is good she is more chubby type strain so i expect some thickness lol.... Pre flowers and pistils are out so just waiting for the fruit lol ;) Really nice all good. Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Day 1 - Popped into glass of water. Will leave in dark warm place for 24-48 hrs till they sink. Day 2 - seed sank, now decided to place in paper towel, in a bag in the cupboard. Will wait 24 hrs for tap root to emerge and to 2-3cm this time. Day 3- transplanted into final 3gal fabric pot. Water only pH balanced. Day 6- still nothing to see, first time using fast buds... But the name is not doing this seed justice 🤦‍♂️🤣 hopefully she'll break through by end of weekend 🙌✌️💚 Day 10 still no sign of her. Marking it as failed to germ 🤦‍♂️💚

🌌 Cosmic Noodles — Week 7 (12/12 from seed) Reading the plant, not the panic First of all — welcome to everyone new joining the diary. Quick recap below so nobody has to dig through old reports to understand how we got here. This is a 12/12 from seed run, which means there is no clean, universal “flower week.” Each plant decided on her own when to flip, stretch, and settle. That context matters for everything you’re about to read. ⸻ 🌱 Quick recap — Seed to Week 7 • Germinated and flipped 12/12 from day one • Early structure built with air training + metal clamps • Focus from the start was: • Structure over speed • Roots over tops • Stability over chasing charts • Plants developed strong internodes, upright posture, and open architecture • No rushing, no forcing — just guidance By Week 6–7, structure was locked in. Which brings us to now. ⸻ 🌡️ Room conditions (current) • 🌡️ Day temp: ~28 °C • 💧 RH: ~65% • ⚡ EC: ~2.4 • pH: ~6.5 • 📏 Height: ~40–80 cm • 💡 LED lighting On paper, some growers panic at 28 °C in flower. But here’s the difference between growing by numbers and growing by understanding. ⸻ 🍃 LED, leaf temperature & VPD (the part most people skip) Under LED, room temperature ≠ leaf temperature. LEDs don’t radiate infrared heat like HPS. That means: • A wall sensor can read 28 °C • While leaf surface temperature is often 2–4 °C cooler And plants don’t feel the room — they feel their leaves. That’s where leaf VPD comes in. If: • Room temp = 28 °C • Leaf temp ≈ 24–26 °C • RH = 65% 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants confirm it: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing, no stress-praying • Strong internodes • Uniform uptake across phenotypes That’s real data. We’re not ignoring numbers — we’re letting plant behavior be the final authority. Stability beats “fixing” something that isn’t broken. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — why it was heavier this time Let’s be clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional defoliation. Context matters: • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, humidity pockets, and light distribution scale very differently Sometimes a single plant wouldn’t ask for defoliation — but the room does. Why we defoliated: • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Let photons travel into the canopy, not just hit the top • Reset apical dominance • Refocus energy toward flowering sites Yes — I went harder than initially planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Roots are dialed • Feed is stable • Plants are healthy Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. These girls are clearly the first category. ⸻ 🌿 Plant-specific notes (this update) 🌀 Cosmic Noodles — air-trained plant • Fully defoliated • All metal clamps removed • Structure is now self-supporting • Training phase is complete • She doesn’t need guidance anymore — just space This was a key moment: We built what we needed. Now we step back. 🌿 Sister plant • Also defoliated, fairly deep • Naturally bushy, jungle-style growth • Needed opening to avoid future congestion • Likely will need another light defoliation later — purely structural Same treatment, same feed, same environment — just different expression. ⸻ ⚖️ Nutrition note — slight Cal/Mag signal We did notice very mild Cal/Mag-related signs on some leaves. Nothing alarming, nothing spreading. Important context: • We’re running Terra line, not Coco • Terra Bloom doesn’t supply as much Ca/Mg as Coco A+B • LED + fast metabolism = higher demand We’re adjusting calmly and watching how the plant responds, not reacting emotionally. This week is about observing recovery post-defoliation. ⸻ 🔮 What to expect (and not expect) Expect: • Short recovery window • Faster vertical focus on flowering sites • Improved airflow and light efficiency • Clean structure heading into bulk phase Don’t expect: • A “stall” — these plants are too healthy • A hard flush — we reduce EC gradually, we don’t starve • Identical timelines across plants (12/12 from seed = individuality) ⸻ Final words This diary is not about perfection. It’s about learning, observing, and adjusting with intention. Thank you to: • Everyone following quietly • Everyone asking questions • OGs, newcomers, lovers, skeptics — all of you • GrowDiaries for being the platform that allows open sharing • Sponsors and supporters behind the scenes • And the plants — always the real teachers This week we focused on structure, airflow, and understanding, not fear. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. I really couldn't be happier with how these have grown as it's an easy one not being to temperamental. I've kept the ppm/ec around the same between 900-1100ppms. Still feeding 16oz daily and all in all Happy Growing.

Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Hi! Wao this is what I can say and luckily stoppe streching.... All LST has been removed as the plants remain the same so no need to keep them in "chains". Those Original Sensible girls 3 of them (Gelato, Runtz Gum, Do-Si-Dos OG)went crazy, except Black Ghost OG she did not strech much typical little indica lady. And the THC crystals alrady on the leaves on the Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG just simply beautiful. Buds are coming getting thick they are gorgeous only I can see some some sort of deficiency on Do-Si-Dos OG a bit on some leaves. The fertilization schedula isnthe same every 2nd day and happens with the mix and ratio above. Wedding Gelato is beautiful also I hope the nice purple colour will come out as well in late flowering stage. :) The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

- Genetic: Zamnesia God Feather F1 🌿 - Lucilu Shuttle 6 240W LED 💡 - 7 Liter Kunststoff Topf ? Let IT grow 🌱 🌿 💚

Week 11 and the ducks look great. Especially at direkt sunlight, they smell wonderful. The flowers get bigger and more round every day and so far, none of the pistils get brown. I guess they will have another 3-4 weeks to get ready. The main colas are impressive (for me). Only a little damage occurred because of thirps and leaf miners but nothing serious. I can’t wait to see how they develop further. Keep in touch ! Cheers HighZenBerg

Hello everyone, Another week has passed and the three ladies are doing well, the water runoff is under 850 ppm. The plants are drinking more after watering 5 liters i don't get the 10% runoff so of tomorrow i will raise it to 6 liters per plant each day. Next week i will raise pk13/14 to 0.5ml per liter now i am giving the ladies 0.25ml per liter. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice week.
