my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

hey growmies I decided to switch to flowering, I am using ADV nutes with the dosage recommended by them and they seem to me in great shape, tonight I will do a defoliation in order to breathe better and get as much light as possible. I'll keep you up-to-date. good growth and happy day 💚🌳

She has been a beast and very easy so far. She does like it warm at least 80 and she happy. Using her as a mother plant to gets some clones.

Day 1: I got two of these Sweet Gelato seeds free from @Zamnesia. I’m only planting one at the moment . I’m really excited about growing it. I’ve really loved any Gelato I have tasted. I have my substrate prepared and my veg space is ready to go. I have put the seed in Ph’d water for 24hrs first and I will add to the soil tomorrow night. I’ll wet the soil down tomorrow morning with Ph’d water and I’ll put it the veg space with the lights on to warm up the soil before adding the seed. Day 2: Seed has been moved into the substrate and pot is now in Veg Space under 40watt CFL bulbs but once the seed germinates I will switch on the 200watt CFL. This is my least favourite part of growing, the wait for the seedlings 🌱 to break through the soil. I’ve planted the seed to one side of the pot as I find this makes LST easier. The plant will be spending it’s first 2 to 3 weeks in this veg space while I wait for my Purple Punch to finish in my main grow space. 72hrs Later: Houston we have lift off 🚀 The seed first started to peed through the soil after only 48hrs. That’s the fasted I’ve ever seen, hopefully it’s a sign of things to come. Leaves still haven’t opened but it’s fully above ground now.

Welcome to week 5 of flower. Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate. My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4. I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11 👽👉7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme. 👽👉9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves. It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity 👽👉10/11 Waterday* ml/L change from last watering - to this. 50th day of flowering behind us Purple Punch X Do-si-dos # 1 and # 2 ripen trichomes are milky, at the end of 8 weeks they will go under the scythe. Zombie Kush has a moment too, it looks unbelievable, the resin is fluffy and the velvet splendor. And bananas hopefully they will be good .. We are looking forward to the harvest! Haven't updated my grow diary for a little more than two weeks due to a severe back flare up. Yup, bad back strain, which has made it hard to sit, lay, stand for any duration of time. Suffice to say, much has happened since last update. The PBCRbx has undergone a growth spurt after a bucket change and upping nutrient (ppm) levels as I transitioned her to flower. And in that time, she received one defoliation in veg and a recent (and last) defoliation in flower. At this point, I just need to maintain healthy roots, consistent environment, and proper water levels with feedings. She's due another bucket change soon as ppm levels dropping and ph is adjusting upwards every reading. This is good sign from my understanding as a first time DWC grower. As far as feeding, lowered grow big (veg) and upped both tiger bloom and beastie blooms along with a splash of big bloom and cal/mag. Topping off buckets with about 1100+ ppm, which helps maintain ph in bucket at roughly 700-800 ppm. But it's getting harder to maintain those levels in flower, so that's why I believe a bucket change is in order. Here are photos spanning the entire 2-3 week period since last update.
