Another quiet week, plants are slowly loosing lower shaded leaves as expected, luckily they aren’t growing any taller anymore. Will be surprised if no foxtails appear as the par is 1300-1400 around some of the taller colas. My lights in total are using 810w, as I have had to dim the light at the front down by 30% a couple weeks ago. DWC really is a breeze during flowering, barely any work to do, kinda miss having a reason to go in there for anything other than observing 😊 Happy growing all ✌️

17.3.25: So I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with 4ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids. I have really overdone the nutrients, I got carried away 😅 To try and rectify the situation, I've cut everything out except Cal-Mag amino acids. I will try to just stick to this with some Biosys, but I'm running out of that now, too. Anyway, with Or Without, I'm sure it'll balance out. Fingers crossed 🤞

This baby is thriving right now. Nugs are swelling, the smell has a hint of citrus and it's starting to smell really gassy. Good stuff.

Woche 3 der Blüte ist rum. Insgesamt sind die Ladys jetzt 42 Tage alt. Jede Lady fängt langsam an ihren typischen Geruch zu bekommen. Bei der StrawberryBanana musste ich einen Trieb wegschneiden, da er drei weiße Flecken, zwei davon auf den Blättern und einer auf dem Trieb hatte. Sonst wurden hier und da ein paar Fanleaves entfernt die andere Triebe verdeckt haben. Die GorillaZkittlez hat drei Mainbuds entwickelt und hat die bis jetzt dicksten Buds mit den meisten Trichomen. Unter der Woche habe ich einmal ca 400ml je Lady gegossen. Das zweite mal war an Tag 21F. Hier gab es für jede Lady ca 600ml. Zusätzlich gab es 4g/L BioEnhancer von GreenHouseFeeding, 1ml/L PureZym, 1ml/L PowerRoots von Plagron und 2ml/L StickyFingers von XpertNutrients. Es hätten etwas mehr Sonnenstunden sein können aber da kann man nichts machen. Dafür musste ich nicht so oft gießen und das Substrat hatte eine gut gleichbleibende Feuchtigkeit. Put to 12-12 schedule during the end of last week ( week 15).

This week I added a new controller to handle up to 8 functions. I installed a new heater, my old humidifier and some LED strips to the controller. Targeting a VPD at 1.0 day and night. Trying to keep the nutrient ppm under 900 and ph at 6.0 in the reservoirs. Ordered a second ph pen because I don’t trust my readings. Will be here by Thursday. Friday: Checked the ppm in the reservoirs and it’s at 1,000. Added more RO water with extra nitrogen to bring the ppm level down to 925. Saturday: I installed an updated AC Infinity controller 69 Pro Plus (controls 8 pieces of equipment) which allowed me to add a humidifier, corner LEDs and a heater to the controller. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this AC Infinity equipment. My VPD is within the range I want to achieve (.8-1.1). I programmed it to maintain 78 degrees and 67% humidity during the day, 73 degrees and 63% humidity at night. Charts posted also show the impact of an open tent compared to the closed environment. The heater is constantly pushing fresh air into the tent, so I don’t need to cycle the exhaust fan often. Rewired the tent again and moved the controller later that night. I mounted the controller on the wall. Added Mars Hydro UV/IR lighting to fill out all 8 slots on the controller. Sunday: I checked the ph in the reservoirs (6.8….i had filled it with 6.0 ph) and the ppm (1200 ppm…I had filled it with 900). So evaporation and possibly a mismeasurement of ph. I topped ff reservoirs with slightly stronger nutes and adjusted ph to 5.8 in the reservoirs. Poor magnesium absorption could be driving some leaf yellowing. Effective tomorrow, I’m switching over to Heads Formula which consistently feeds GH Flora series nutes at Micro (6ml/g), Bloom (9ml/g) and cal mag (3ml/g). Turned on the UV/IR lights for 3 minutes every 8 hours. I’m easing the plants up to 5 minutes every 6 hours which will provide the recommended 20 minutes of IR per day. This will help the plants stretch a little more. Monday: checked ph and ppm in reservoirs. 6.1ph and 880ppm. VPD remains stable except when I open the tent. Tuesday: checked ph (6.4) and ppm (880) in reservoirs. Added .5ml of ph down to two reservoirs. Still see slight yellowing between the veins but it’s not getting worse (might be improving). Adjusting ph down to 6.0 target might have solved this. The plants grew by 1-2” last night…..is the infrared light working already? Decided to mix up fresh nutes for the reservoirs following Heads formula. 6ml Micro and 9ml Bloom per gallon of RO water. Added 5 ml of CalMag too. Ending ppm was 1080 which is too high, so I diluted down to 880 with RO water. 6.0 ph. Wednesday: plants grew another .75 inches last night. I topped above the 5th node. Thursday: added RO water with heavy cal mag to reservoirs to increase amount of CalMag available.

It is a very cool strain :) It is a bit difficult to raise, it likes the best conditions which unfortunately I can not create. Lighting betrayed me the most. The worst light bulbs that exist in the world folks are Quantum

Add a second net for support and spacing buds. Lamp at 75% 150 W.

Had to trim some because of a tiny bit of powdery mildew. Harvest next week! I’ve already sampled the Banana Daddy after 6days of drying and it’s awesome already! Forgot what I was doing for a few hours! Can’t wait till it cures!

Gorilla Jealousy F1 is growing good. She did have to get neem oil treatments 4 days ago, and today. There is a mysterious critter in my space. I am not sure what it is. Treatments are to stop ot and break the breeding cycle. Hopefully I eliminated the pest in the course of this. In about 2 weeks she will be moved to a tent to flower on her own. She is a bit ahead if the rest in the room. She was trained, and treated today. She is ready for another week. Gorilla Zkittlez was a nice easy plant to grow. Coated in trichromes! Love the smell and taste. Probably one of the best tasting bud ive had. I give it a 8.5 all together. Once I get some more grows under my belt I’ll give it another shot and see if I can improve it.

This week, my Titans are sleeping in a cooler dark room until harvest. So for your viewing pleasure, I've loaded some videos made of the Titans during there time with me. I'm wondering what to serve at my Queens Tea Party... I made some butterscotch pistachio bars and modified the recipe for less sugar. 😋 We experimented with topping the bars with black cherry spread, orange marmalade and a mango jelly. All are very tasty as the bit of sour/tart enhances the butterscotch sweet. A few solar eclipse pics.

I made some kind of homemade provisional cage this weekend, following your advices. I used optic fiber, net, and bambu sticks, that i had in my home. I know is not the best in the world, but i was seeking utility and low cost. Ms Black Domina progresses well, but as my FIRST GROW i am doubting when she will finish,(I thought about not giving her nutrients last 2 weeks, but is hard for me to know when to stop giving more) I WILL APPRECIATE ALL ADVICE :) Nutrients same as last week, Sugar Royal 2ml/l 1 time per week and BioBloom 4ml/l 1 of 2 irrigations. As insecticide i use a mix made by me, 3 ciggaretes per litre and flush 1 time per week or so.

The plants were so crowded I decided to put them into a Larger tent to allow some light to the lower bud sites and to help lower the humidity amongst the plants. I'm sure they will love the extra space. The light has now been raised 20cm (20cm taller tent) Allowing me to turn out right up which is 45000 lux in the centre right below it. I will up the bloom to 2ml/l this coming week.

Day 29. Girl is going , a bit slower than Ice, i was hoping Chocolopez will be same big runner, still very nice plant is forming. Mars TS1000 - Light is solid and does job. For last week output is on max . Still rotate a lot, but am happy with development. I miss more good wind inside, but i live in shared house ;)))))))))))) even really silent air system is still loud on desired speeds ... Hope next week ill send her to flower. Will top up with Worm Castings and Mycorrhizae during training in few days, when girls will be watered next time. Rhythm is good, every 3 days pots are light. 1.5 liters to each went straight in after photo shoot. Day 31. Applied BioBizz Leaf Coat when lights went off. Loads of training was made today too. Day 32. Now girls are trained daily. Top shoot twisting, leaf tucking, rotation around axis , changing positions inside of tent and so on. Always wash hands before any training, it is a must. Still havent made mind, scrog or lst ... Think tomorrow will be watering day and i have to decide which way to go , i am fliping them at next watering 100%, otherwise again rush to harvest before late spring holidays ... Happy Growing !!!
