Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! Seed were put In a cup with water and after 72 hrs it germinated. It was put in soil and after 2 days sprouted.

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

Zwischenzeitlich musste ich schon das ein, oder andere Blatt entfernen, sodaß die unteren Triebe schön Licht bekommen und sich gut entwickeln können.

I am still figuring this out, but I am now watering this by holding her over one of my larger flowering reservoirs and pouring nutrient down the top till it comes out the bottom, I am doing that quite often during they. I am surprised that she is still growing. From the side she looks very sparse but from the top the leaves have arranged themselves to get the most light so she looks more bushy. Flowers are developing their purple colours and as you can see from the close up shot, the trichomes are many but very tiny which is interesting. I still do not know if there is going to be much of a result or if she is just a pretty little bonsai plant only good for decoration. Time, as they say, will tell.

Flush week! Actually she was flushed for 12 days, I want the best from that strain, so I'd like to avoid any nutrients left in my buds. Finally coming to a close. I started this thing almost 5 months ago in the middle of the woods... the nugs are the densest I have grown so I’m excited to see how it finishes. I also have this northern light auto next to it with a nice layer of trichomes

Stretch is finally rounding out and it’s time to start stacking buds. They loved the little defoliation.. light is at 400 watts it’s too hot for full power and probably too much light anyway

My overall impressions of this strain from MSNL: Ive noticed that MSNL genetics tend to switch to flower earlier than all the ther autos i've grown. The initial growth on the plant starts out small headed into flowering but then explodes during flowering. Because of this I start my feed at week 3 and I used the full NFTG advanced feed but only at 1/2 the recommended amounts of the early veg schedule they made. This works out well with these plants and by week 5 they can handle the full Nute schedule. A proper flush was needed at-least twice a week during the flowering period. It is a lot of work to maintain PH and soil PPM but its essential with the NFTG and if you do it right you WILL get rewarded with Danky goodness. Last time around I grew three plants and tried 3 different training techniques to see which method worked better for this strain. I learned that LST with minimal defoliation is the best route and I stuck with what I knew and im pretty sure it worked out great! I got nice uniform growth growth and 4 truly massive main bud stalks with very dense growth even below the canopy. I virtually had no popcorn nugs, I think I had one! I also contribute that to my NFTG nutrients and Spider Farmer sf2000 202 W qb, that thing kicked some serious ass during flowering, although it is relatively strong and some of my other autos seemed to be affected by the intensity but this Purple Hulk was very heat resistant through it all. Overall I would definitely recommend using LST to some extent with these genetics because of the small initial growth you will get at first. Start the nutes sooner than later. maybe week 3, but at half the strength. Feeding the soil would be a good idea right from the get go . Mammoth P is a cool microbe that targets phosphorus directly and recharge will slam pack your substrate with beneficial microbes and ive noticed a very clear difference after incorporating these into my NFTG feed. Another thing I did that seemed to help was weekly epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) sprays on top of my bloom khaos foliar sprays. I didn't deal with any deficiencies at all this time around following this feeding regiment 👌 I do not have taste/aroma info for this specific plant just yet but I will update this frequently with new information when I get it including dry weight, taste, and aroma, more photos, and overall impressions of its medicine. so please stay tuned!! His week was great! Lots of growth minus the light brown spots on the leaves 🤔... The structure on the gorilla punch is kinda funky with only 3 leaves and it's stacking weird as well but hey it's purple so we can complain about the mutant.

I cutted off the main cola of GG accidentally, so we have GG LST, GG LST + topping and LH growing naturally. Rain days/no sunny days they stay indoors as u can see. (20hours indoors 400HPS and 12 hours outdoors direct sunlight) Gonna decrease nutrients because of the apparence of the leaves, "plastic leaves effect" let me know what u will do in comments ! DAY 39 AND 40 GORILLAS AND DAY 30 LH 18/04/2020 day 35 of LH and day 44 and 45 of the gorillas. They starting the full bloom and swating crystals. Smell increased considerably.
