Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Two weeks Of Flowering Completed 12th March 2020 Ginger Nut cookies managed to squeeze in another inch or so of stretch this week but is now focusing on the flower production. I'ts only early on but I can already detect a distinct difference in aromas from both the mother plant and the Red Diesel clone "Feminised pollen " donor. The GSC mother had a strong funky smell , whilst the red diesel was straight up Gassy smelling. The buds on this plant smell sort of Fruity and sweet which is interesting. Now that the stretch is done I'll switch my supplemental feeds to More Potassium etc . Gave her a nice Drink yesterday of unsulphured Australian sugar cane Mollasses mixed with Rain water. This is a great source of Iron , Calcium and Potassium as well as lots of sugars and carbs for the roots to use as food. I did the weekly Ph and Temp check and it was 6.5 and 22c . That is about all I have to Report this week so...... Now it's Time for...... Hello everyone, here after 1 week of 12/12, the plants are doing well, the stretch is easily manageable for now and apart from 2 small latecomers the filling of the net is done perfectly ... As for the fertilizer I count as usual divided by 2 fertilizer grow and bloom to avoid the nitrogen deficiency, and the appearance of bloom fertilizer buds ... I also change the MH for HPS because personally I find the stretch more manageable with mh during 1 week of pre-flowering ... here is now room for photos ...

Que pasa familia, vamos con la séptima semana de floración de estas Kiwi x Papaya feminizadas de Mavericks . Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color. La flor está cogiendo forma y engordando, ya empezó a tricomar. During week 9 the flowering continued nicely and all plants developed nice flower crowns. Unfortunately I spotted some brown pistils on some plants and at this stage that only can mean they have been inseminated by pollen. Since I have no male plants around I thoroughly inspect the nodes of all plants from bottom to top. I am searching for hidden male pollen-sacks that have grown on my female plants and sure enough I find several ripe and open pollen sacks on three plants. This means those plants ARE HERMAPHRODITES, plants that have BOTH SEXES, they are female plants that also grow male pollensacks...my ABSOLUTE HORROR! The open pollen sacks have released pollen onto the female pistils around them and this turned the pistils brown. Where those fertilized pistils are, seeds will now start to grow inside the buds of my grow. 😢 After spraying water over the plants, in order to neutralize the free pollen inside, I carefully cut off the hermie-plants on the main stem right above the soil and immediately discard them far away from my grow-tent into the trash. Since I spotted the hermies early, I hope my grow will not be fully seeded, but only have a few seeds grow in some buds here and there. My fingers are crossed! My 'CHEESE'-plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS has turned a little yellow and developed some dark spots on the leaves, which I attribute to the plant standing alone in a tray now. She seems to be overfed a little and getting too much water to the roots. I therefore take her out of the water for a few days, in order to let the medium dry out a little and let the roots get some air. The SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lights work like a treat. They are now running at 100% dimm-level and are hung 30 cm above the top of the plants. The BIO NOVA nutrients are still given at half strength of the recommended dose and some plants seem to be overfed...I have to keep an eye on them.

Start of week 3 I believe the girls are doing good a few minor worries but that’s at ease for now I think , i have added nutes at a low level and will increase once I see how the plants react to the introduction of the nutes .. Looking into starting lsd on some plants but not too sure wether it’s to early or so . will continue to update the week but for now Started lst on a few plants day 15 and seen good reactions by day 17 so quite happy with that and will continue this process I will also look into topping my plants as well but not just yet ... they seemed to like the nutes as well so all good week so far Soo topping done on 4 plants wasn’t as scary as it sounded haha let’s see how they recover ! Going to combine lst as well now Very good recovery it looks like and the end of week 3 looks promising with the plants happy growing

Day 57 : 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off light schedule, the same with ventilation. Water intake 200 ml per day per plant, fertilization remains the same on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Biobizz Family and on Tuesday Thursday Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Humidity approx 50%. Day 58: I removed all the LST stuff so no more elastic bands and hooks. Day 62: Plants are fine Critical Orange Punch and Sour Stomper will be the quickest in this group. Lemon Zkittle' buds started getting thick...

Plants have enjoyed the scrog net for support also had a nitrogen build happen with two of the red hot cookies but got it corrected and plants looking healthier

Strong germination. LSD 25 was the first to pop out. Zkittles was the 4th. 100% germination. Temps were 80-82f and humidity 70-80%. Looking forward to trying out the lsd 25 in particular. This is my second time growing both and lsd 25 was actually the very first plant I ever grew. Stay tuned folks!
