Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. To do this, I used LST at Dr Grinspoon and tied the lady with hooks to the Cocos / Terra substrate rubter. I will do this with her more often, just like I will topping her more often because she will grow too extreme in the bloom. It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. Began week 4 yesterday and gave her a defol, she loved it! Her flowers are starting to look really pretty too! Honestly can't wait to harvest this lady.

Week 2 veg. Starting some LST this week. Pretty new to this so hopefully all goes well!

Overall it was quite an easy grow, but one of the seeds had some kind of genetic disease so it looked very different to the rest and produced the least in the end. Alpha: 16g Bravo: 27g Charlie: 19g Delta: 19g Echo: 33g Total dry: 114g It was very clear from the beginning of how Echo was trained that it will yield the most in the end. I need to try to replicate that during the next grows 😁 But overall this strain was very quick and produced extreeemely dense buds 😍

END OF WEEK 4 FLOWER Seems to be going well, nice to be able to sit back and watch these girls grow :D Had some bleaching on a few of the nugs, so I dimmed the light slightly and managed to raise it an extra 5cm. I also bent a few of the taller stems out from directly underneath. Big Mumma is killing it, some real nice and dense little nugs on her.

She got her first feeding today. Will likely be only feeding with grow big, potentially 1 more, then switch over to tiger bloom. Everything seems to be going smoothly. Video/photos taken 35 days after breaking soil.

This week we are ready to bring the Pineapple Express and blue dream inside for a dark period for chopping. The sour diesel and northern lights should be ready next week. Expert haze is pre flowering and the clone is showing small roots.

Well, another week has passed and the end of the second week has come and the pistils have already shown themselves and I continue watering with top crop bloom, first time testing this fertilizer and I'm only using two of them, top veg and top bloom, next cycle I'm going to use General Hydroponics fertilizers because I have a friend who uses them and he's having great results, I still want to talk to my friends about this strain because I think it hasn't grown as it should, but anyway we're studying to improve ourselves for the next ones, the rest is all experience for the next ones it grows. =D

day 1 - transplanted her into the end pot now. day 4 - i wanted to spray the soil before watering and i fucked up one leaf in the trigger system of the spray bottle :(((((((( day 5 - started LST training because in dont want to topp her and still stun her in height in the favor of the blue cheese and the trained critical day 6 - i removed the leaf wich i fucked up so the light can give more energy to the very nice promoteable branches that are supported by the LST also

Day 70: Brain Cake seemed thirsty and wanting more nutrients: Topped off water yesterday, added +3ml of hyro A&B and +1ml of power roots & pure enzyme. EC went from 0.8 -> 1.0 Day 71: Brain Cake is showing symptoms, many top leaves have deformed tips and light interveinal chlorosis starting on opposite end of the tip and dark interveinal chlorosis at the end of the tip. EC is 0.8-0.9 (not very accurate meter :/ ) Not sure whether this is a nutrient deficiency or excess/lockout. The ph has been between 5.6 and 6.5 most of the time the past week, the reservoir change was 4-5 days ago. Plagron indicates to give more hydo A&B in proportion to their roots and enzyme nutrients in the first weeks of flowering (during veg these are given in proportion), so maybe these new problems are due to the different balance of nutrients that I may have times wrongly. Finally the problems may be due to the water reservoirs holding approx 12 liters in practice and the Brain Cake drinks approx 2-3.5L a day so maybe the water res is very unstable but after a day the PH usually remains in range and the EC usually drops a bit the first day after adding nutrients and stays pretty stable the rest of the week. Any suggestions are more than welcome! Day 72: Yesterday evening made an upgraded reservoir for the Brain Cake dwc (as we suspect the leaf problems may be due to instable water because of small res and roots nearly completely filling the res). Now the Brain Cake is in a 60L box with approx 32L of water, EC set to 1.0 and ph 5.7-6.5. She seems to be happy, nice and perky this morning. FYI the roots seem more orange in the video! They are on the white side though, just a bit of stain from the nutrients but looking very good overall.

Good start to the week, at least from my view. Nothing much going on at the moment, not feeding much. Going to start feeding a little N this week and see how she goes. I believe the root mass is sufficient at this time for me to discontinue the usage of bloom booster to promote root growth, lol. Timelapse of the last week is coming soon, most likely tomorrow. I'm wishing they'd grow faster of course, I want to start LST and other training techniques to really blow up the canopy. Can't wait to select who'll be going outside or not. As usual, will update as the week goes on. -2/17 - Thought I'd overwatered the UKBS 2 due to a droop after watering, but it cranked a full 180 right back up to a praying position. Will monitor. End of week 4 and things are still moving along despite a few hiccups. Ended up over feeding them at the end of last week and this week we have dropped there ppm down to the 450 ppm mark untill they come around. Didn’t really do to much damage except burn my leaves a bit and maybe slowed there growth a bit this week. Got a laser temperature gun for another project and I’m now able to check my canopy temperature too and it’s great. Canopy sits around 24-25 in the center of the screen and between 21-23 on the rest. Got around 65 D.L.I on the canopy's tallest area in the Center of the screen directly under the light when it passes over. The 1000w HPS is on the rail mover so it’s keeping things from burning and getting too intense. I recently added 2 x 1000x(180w actual) LED “Blurple” lights I had kicking around not been used so I through them in the tent to add some different light spectrums that the HPS doesn’t have. Just a little added extra kick for them, why not rite?...lol been struggling to keep humidity up across all my tents really, got the bare minimum everywhere and only one 1gal humidifier to run in the big room. Temperatures were cold the last week outside in the -20c range so my basement was a bit cold despite the one baseboard heater, which makes things even drier! Lol There has been no need to use either of my air conditioners in my tents for a month or so now even with the 2 x 1000w HPS lights in tents running side x side in the same room. Which is good cause they also drastically drop my humidity, the lights and the air conditioners...ugh. Lol well that’s if so far for now, Cheers 💨

Besonderheiten: Wir mussten sie jetzt toppen da sie zu hoch wurde und das Dach berührte, es besteht die Gefahr von Schimmel oder das die Blätter Schlächter wachsen. -Tag 152 Heute haben wir gemerkt das sie in die Blüte gewechselt hat, aber es sieht auch nicht gut aus, wenn sie jetzt noch 6 bis 8 Wochen braucht und das Wetter nicht besser wird, denken wir das auch sie Probleme mit dem Schimmel bekommt. Wir haben ihr nochmals die Spitzen geschnitten damit sie nicht oben am Dach anstehen, und somit das Risiko von Feuchte reduzieren.
