Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield! High GD community, Week 9, Sweet Thai looking allready better then ĺast week. The topping start to grow gently and a full 13cm in height gained this week. Since 3 days(friday), the lightcycle changed into 13/11. Nonetheless spidermites are spotted on this lady, she doesnt back down. After a treathment with orio bugs, who i actually misordered because I didnt had my new microscope yet, trips are definitly gone, and orios do eat/attack spidermites, its not their favorite. So a second army of bugs, this time phyto mytes, its gonna be all about attack and digesting spidermites, Who didnt yet get crowdy so far. But after a check up of some leafs with the new microscope, i can see a lot of eggs and pretty active young spidermites. So the phytos will not come to early. Phytos do eat eggs as orios dont, so thats a big difference. First off I just want to say for some reason it’s not letting me change the right temperatures on my diaries ! Each time when I put it in they stay at 50. My day air stays 75 degrees an , night degrees is 70 ! Today is day 58 for all these ladies! This week has been really great ! Girls really progressed a lot , especially for one the Forbiddin Runtz, looks like is gonna finish up in a week or 2 ! Other then that they are coming along well! Lots of growth this week. I just topped a couple days ago. The White Widow looks healthy and happy.

All 3 plants are adapting very well to LST, the shape its growing into have been allowing the light to reach further into the lower growth nodes and branches. I like to start bending the branches close to the main stem as early as week 3 of VEG. Now these 3 Northern Lights Auto seeds are from Sun West Genetics, they were all germinated, planted, trained, fed the same way they have been on the same controlled environment since day 1, the 3 are totally different, I know each plant is unique in its own way, but I find strange that 1 plant is taller and stronger than the other 2, the smaller one is growing weak leaves with signs of mutation, all 3 plants show signs of Magnesium deficiency, these 3 plants are sharing a grow tent with a Haze Auto from Seedsman, all 4 plants are under the same diet, the Haze have no signs of deficiencies or mutations, I guess that shows what good genetics look like. For the Magnesium deficiency I have mixed my own Epson salts into water and applied as a foliar spray, internet said the spray should be used every other week, wait 2 weeks to see results. Signs of Nutes burn, I decided to stop feeding for this coming week. The 3 NL leaves are looking unhappy, kind of clawing under, they look lifeless, I have ruled off a few potential problems such as: Wind Burn Under Watering Water PH Light Burn, just moved the QB higher to 17 inches from the highest canopy today. A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Diesel Automatic is doing OK, growing slowly and still with the mosaic pattern on the leave. @James from RQS took a look and said: I would say that you might have a potassium deficiency on your plants. the deficiency might be caused by an excess of fertilizers and nutrients. Excess salt is especially common as it tends to build up in the growing medium. Nutrient lockout is a very common cause of most deficiencies. When the pH of the soil is too low, it makes the medium too acidic. This causes stress in the root zone and prevents the uptake of potassium. The CalMag definitely helped. No new growth is showing signs of deficiencies. Last night we hit them with a low dose of nutrients and more CalMag and they looked amazing this afternoon! Already seeing some pistols popping on all 4 plants, so I think we have 4 females! Going to up the nutrients next watering.

Day 14 - Clay balls arrived, all looks good.... 😎 **the rust and damage on the first leaves is nothing to worry about, the ice cream container water level dropped below the root level, fixed it, but was cool to learn how fast hyrdo dmg can occur.... 👍 Day 17 - Lookin good... vid.... 👍😎👊

Flush week! It has not been 7 days since my last update. But I wanted to share these photos with everyone that won't see them. haha Soo I will be harvesting with my new machine! Will past about that in my harvest update

Another week in. Had to fight some leaf septoria. Removed infected leaves, sprinkled cinnamon around the entire base of the plant and watered in. Mixed some cinnamon in water and gave the plant a spray. 4 days later and all looks good. Keeping an eye on her now. Girls will get a feed of 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 600 ppm 1.2 ec of Flora Nova Bloom, and 200 ppm 0.4 ec of Floranova grow for a grand total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec.

Day 70 The plants are in their 10th week and stacking nicely. Buds are dense, frosty, and starting to show that heavy, mature look. Trichomes are cloudy on most parts, and the smell has intensified a lot. Unfortunately, today I noticed a problem: one of the colas showed signs of bud rot (Botrytis). This happened because my exhaust fan (carbon filter system) was off for about 4 hours, which caused humidity to spike inside the tent. I immediately removed the affected bud and cut a bit deeper into the healthy tissue to make sure no rot remains. From now on I’ll be extra careful with airflow and humidity: Keeping RH below 50% Checking the fan setup twice a day Adding extra circulation inside the tent The rest of the plant looks healthy and unaffected, but I’ll monitor closely every day. This is the stage where dense flowers are most vulnerable. Overall, despite this setback, the grow is going well. The harvest window is getting close, and if everything stays clean, it should still be a solid yield.

Day: 9 I'm considering replacing a cpl of these with different seeds. They are already behind schedule-1 OG Kush and the Gorilla Girl. Any tips varigation on leaves? I just gave them there first feeding of Big Buds and Blooms (N5) after the 24 hour Superthrive wait period. Both Superthrive and NPPK were used at 1/4th the strength called for on the lable. Nighty Night girls. Going to bed wet is not ideal but they needed a full watering bad..hoping I didn't over water (purified water) Some of the soil just does not seem to get wet in these pots. weak leggy blackberry kush has some wind tonite. Hoping to boost stem strength. they are trying to fall over from the weight. Day 10: made little stakes from coated wire. Repositioned the Gorilla Girl for a third time. You can see that part of the stem looks white from being underground. Still gonna give it a little more time. Otherwise, all are seemingly fine after first feeding. Day 11: applied SuperThrive and my Gorilla Girl turned yellow for a few hours. Glad she is resilient!!! Day 12 thru 20. So my PH meter was wrong and I have been watering with 9+ water for the first 2 weeks. i had 2 ph meters in case this happened but one is for soil...new grower mistake. So...I've lost precious time on my aotos and my gorilla girl is ...lord help meh..she don't look too good. All are alive in spite of my noobness. I'll post some pics that should have a disclaimer stating this is not what your plants should look like at 20 days in. Also had to transplant into non-waxlined pots. This is not the best experience to show publicly but new growers can maybe learn from my mistakes.
