Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

🎢 Growing this strain was a "ride". 🌲 It was perfect size wise, but autoflower was something I definitely shouldn't have gotten, but the photoperiodic one. Next time I know! 💪 The strain was super resistant to some of the heat-watering stress I was causing it to withstand. Of course that probably resulted in the final product. 👅 Can't wait to taste the final product after cure.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Blüten werden inzwischen sehr Harzig und der Duft nimmt zu. Dem Giesswasser wird täglich 1:10 Jauche zugegen. Zu dem jedes zweite Gießen Pro Sugar von Grow Pro ein Kohlenhydrat Blütedünger(von der Mary Jane ein Tester). Zu dem gibt es ein bis zweimal in der Woche Seafeed Xtra von envii. Die ersten Blätter haben sich unten entfernt daher gebe ich gerade wieder Stickstoff zu den Pflanzen. Auch wenn es nur noch diese Woche war danach nur noch Blütedünger. Zu dem habe ich Basilikum gepflanzt, Dill, Ringelblume und Koriander gesäat am Anfang der Woche und zum Ende noch Lupine und Rot Klee.

Bueno chavales aquí os dejo a mis tres péqueñas ! Estamos a mediados de floriacion ! Estoy añadiendo las dos semanas aquí ya que no ha cambiado casi nada , hemos hecho un riego de base de floración a 2ml por litro ! La verdad que estamos muy contentos con los avances sobretodo de la runtz , su olor es espectacular comparadas a las otras y mira que es la más pequeña ! Sinceramente tal y como avanzan en la floración os recomiendo estas pedazo de semillas

She is loaded right now very heavy and potent yielding plant oh yeah thanks 420 fastbuds I will be getting more of your seeds you rock Guys im so happy I boughy fastbuds seeds It was great to see this second seed pop an amazing grapefruit we did fiming and she eneded up with many colas and many flowers plus super frosty and smelly Also turned purple all buds which to us was a surprise and did not expect that Since last grapefruit was different than this Thanks a lot for all your support Imagine if we had a full spectrum light I think we would be growing trees Honestly we have more than we expected COMING from an Indoor thats nearly located in a tropical climate of 30/33 degrees most of the year and with that said raising temps very hot sometimes very humid thats close to the equator So we have to use A/C all times and maintain humidity levels by spraying all walls to keep it around 45/60% while ac is on remember droping temps so we have to make it as comfortable as possible and that its not easy in this side of the world OR either you need a lot of money which I dont have yet to build a super setup and a separate ROOM with all of that temp and great humidity lvls so yeah we do what we can with our budget We live somwhere where things are pretty much fckd up but it is what it is Hey at least we are safe because it is illegal lol so yeah brothers we have hard times And still with all risk we here doing our best Showing all support Showing im greatful TO find a space like this where We all can share like and Comment And help each other grow better everyday Blessings to you all Keep EM buds coming Happy growing

Super super frosty and sticky nugs, very dense and compact, big calyx, stinks, beautiful strain to grow the 2 plants of wedding cake Auto I have got the same aroma, this girl is being fed using nothing but a good soil prepared organically with complete organics by guanokalong and also seaweed powder, and also I added florians livings organics which is such an awesome organic super food for the plants that makes the strains performer better when when it comes the time to smoke you don't feel all that chemical stuff. It's been a good week for the girls they're stretching into flower real nice. Plant height is 14 to 20 inches. I just got the dripper setup going at the end of the week and will be fussing with it till I'm happy. I will be watching the ph and ppm's in the res to make sure they're on point and topping off when needed. Thanks for looking😊

Esta por empezar el engorde final. Ya las flores estan casi formadas. La altura está al límite total. Uno o dos centímetros más y estaría en problemas de verdad. El engorde de muchas flores ya es notorio, pero creo que el uso de un bioestimulante que no es de primera línea, ha reducido el potencial de las plantas. De todos modos hasta no tener el resultado final no puedo afirmar nada. La solución de esta semana fue cargada con más pk booster para ver cómo funciona la linea de greenhouse en esta etapa. Suelo usar pk 13/15 de canna. Pero esta vez puse el que tenía. Seguiré actualizando. Día 31. Se nota mucho el engorde. Las hojas muestran pequeños signos de sobre fertilización, pero nada grave que no haya visto antes. Me suele pasar en esta semana en todos los cultivos en hidroponia. Pero las veces que ko me pasó, no tuve el engorde deseado. Por eso manejo mediciones de PPM superiores 1000. Se empieza a ver cuáles van a ser los cogollos más grandes, pero sigo con incertidumbre sobre cuanto más van a engordar. Estoy bastante conforme al momento. Hoy tuve contacto con plantas macho, pero me cambié toda la ropa antes de acercarme al indoor y le lavé. Además no sé si sumará, pero me rocío en alcohol cada vez que entro a casa, así que espero no tener problemas. Ya voy a ir preparando los esquejes para la próxima siembra. Quizá no logre sacar 10 de las madres que tengo. Pero quizá ponga menos y los haga crecer más tiempo y con bastante LST. Pero será en otro protecto. Por ahora espero que siga el engorde. Día 33. Ya el engorde es un hecho. Por el momento estoy bastante satisfecho. La solución se concentró demasiado así que tuve que agregar agua. Pero más allá de algunos signos de sobre fertilización mínimos y pasajeros en las hojas, la plantas se muestran saludables y firmes. Todavía sigo buscando la posibilidad de agregar overdrive la semana que viene. Todo está por verse. Ya puedo asegurar que va a haber una séptima semana de floración, sino debería empezar el lavado en 2 días, cosa que a la vista, sería muy apresurado. Así que seguiré esperando a ver las flores con los pistilos más secos. Entre tanto los tricomas ya están formados, pero recién van a empezar la maduración en unos días. No saco foto porque el celular no hace buen foco con la lupa, pero ya intentaré mas adelante. Día 35. Cierra la semana con una buena idea de lo que van a ser los cogollos. Según el calendario de la planta, debería empezar el lavado esta semana, ya que sería la última. Pero por la madurez de los tricomas, todavía le faltan entre 10 días y 2 semanas más. Así que se viene otra semana de sobrecarga de PK y voy a aumentar la dosis para aprovechar a medir el nivel de tolerancia de la planta a altos niveles producto. Al ser hidroponia y trabajar con el ambiente bastante controlado, confío en que voy a poder aplicar correctivos a tiempo, si empiezo a notar defasajes bruscos.

IT'S THAT TIME!!

Ladies and Gentlemen we are back!! This project started last Sunday an Germination week was a success for these Purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz from Fastbuds 😍! I went with my paper towel method, sprayed down paper towel with pure water, folded it up inside sandwich bag un seeled in a dark cupboard. Checked everyday to make sure paper towel was still moist and on 3rd day we had all 6 pop open! I planted them Wednesday and all 6 popped up in soil on Friday in my Ac Infinity pots using Fox Farms Happy Frog soil! Tomorrow we will give them a small dose of nutrients, will be doing nutes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only rest get pure water! Well y’all let’s have another great week , keep them eyes peeled for next weeks photos an pics !!

This week, spent a little more time on the garden, Transplant, microbes on the soil, new 20 litres pot, and every day bending, to mantain an homogeneous canopy ... Fed some Green Explosion again because i want a little more branching , but im switching next week to Flowering nutes, but imma keep Veg nutes because autos seem to keep growing more when switchin ... But heyy im new with autos hahaha lets see what happens.... The plant is soo healthy at the moment :) --------------------- Micro Vita : Applied 6.60 grams for the 20 litres of soil, recommended is between 2-5g per 10l .... TopVeg: 2,5 ml when applied alone and 2 ml/l when used with Deep Underground or Green Explosion. Green Explosion: 0,5-1ml/l, always with TopVeg because of PH balance Deep Underground : From 1ml/L first weeks, and until now, 2ml/l. Irrigations : Everyday in the morning, alternating 1/2 with water and the other with nutes, but if the plan is dark dark green im irrigatin only water so id would be 1/3 in that case. #####Top Veg always balances the PH so im never using boosters without it (they have high ph like 8 - 10 ) --------------------- Take care GD !!!
