The buds are really packing in the weight and resins. There so heavy the head buds are starting to drop. Switched to overdrive and cut all other nutes in half. They are holding up well. No stress signs at all. It's looking like they want a few more weeks of flowering. I'm watching them and listening to the signs they show.Everything is going great. Can't wait to taste these lovely ladies.

8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. I HAD A PRETTY GOOD METHOD BUT IT WAS SLOW. I PUT THE LEAF BETWEEN MY GLOVED HAND AND SPRAYED THAN RAN THE LEAF THROUGH MY FINGERS TO AVOID FLOWER. ON PLANTS WITH SMALLER FLOWERS I WAS ABLE TO JUST FOLD THE LEAVES UPWARD AND GET THE BOTTOMS. ILL CHECK AND SEE HOW IT WORKED IN THE MORNING AND GO FROM THERE. WE GOT SOME GOOD RAIN TODAY. I'm seriously considering spunosad on the pink kush as it's earlier in flower and I think it could handle it. I might just use this spray first and see how it goes. Buds are swelling and seem bigger everyday. I looked at some old diaries and I can see ive had thrips before. I also have some insect (ear wigs or pillars) that target lower branches and kinda lollipop them. I hope it's not earwigs because I've had bas luck dealing with them. I'll have to check at night. EDIT: WENT OVER AROUND THREE TO CHECK THINGS OUT. PLANTS LOVED THAT RAIN AND SEEMED TO LOVE THE TREATMENT AS WELL. THAT RAIN AND WIND DEFINATELY DISRUPTED THE THRIPS. THE SPRAY I USED SHOULD KILL ON CONTACT AND SUFFOCATE EGGS AND LARVAE. PLANTS LOOK THE HAPPIEST IVE SEEN THEM IN A WHILE. I CANT TREAT THE OTHER PLANTS TONIGHT BUT I SHOULD HAVE TIME TOMORROW NIGHT TO GET WHAT I MISSED. IF ITS NECESSARY. ILL KEEP AN EYE OUT.

The plants completely stopped from going up, but the buds are getting bigger and the smell is stronger and stronger. I continued to play classic music for one hour everyday. Did anybody tried this before? Being the first experiment I am very happy with the results so far.

I've noticed about 20cm growth this week. Scrog set up and water cooler keeps it at 19°C. Will do some lollipoping at the end of this week for the last time

Buds are thickening but i’m not sure if starting to flush or continue to fertilise, maybe I should continue to fertilise just a few days more and then flush. Any advice?

Hello Growers & Tokers! The route to having a jungle starts with the roots! That's why my main goal in those first 14-21 days is developing the root system. I like to give them time to expand the roots which is very important for a healthy plant. That also gives them more time to get bigger and stronger before going into flower. More growth, more bud sites, more buds. Trust me the wait is worth the reward. We'll be seeing some truly sweet and zenzational flowers. This week they got transplanted to their final pot, 11L fabric pots. It's one step closer to getting that jungle, zenzational! Medium used was Light Mix from BioBizz. Synergy from Grotek nutrients was blended in the medium to help out the roots. Let the mycorrhizae do its job and take over the soil, then the roots just follow. Take care out there and happy growing!

Week 3 started nice. Plants growing bushy and strong. Cant wait for fair seeds buds to show up.

Week 21 and 3

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. This was one of the easiest strain I’ve grown to date. Fast Buds always deliver. I got 28 grams of dried weight off the small plant. I am waiting in the larger plant to dry now. I will update in a few days with final weight and thoughts. Final weight I’d ghe 2 plants was 93 grams. I’m okay with that. Still not to my goal weight per plant yet but getting better. The flower has a really pungent skunky earthy smell. Very loud as they say lol. Smokes really well with a nice full body high. I will definitely grow this I’ve agian.
