Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. No, the mature seeds are shrouded by a rice paper thin membrane which has coloring and mottling on it, but it's so fragile that it disintegrates in the process of shucking. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. All are doing good, even with soft water..as long as I flush out way more than im used to. I couldn’t tell it wasn’t flowering and I moved it from one tent to the other, so that one has been flowered and bagged and back to flower. I don’t know what’s gonna happen but they’re all looking great. Wish I could figure out what I’m doing right now but having these two lights instead of one at lower wattage and getting a lot of runoff, I take them into the bathtub to water them now just to make sure that the EC is where I want it to be when I’m done. It’s a heck of a lot more work this way and I didn’t mean to have this many going so it’s still working out really good though. Montel's Dream Widow is looking absolutely killer in these photos. Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. Reason I went with Rain Science is because they offer identical air flow for rapid growth as the radicle bags, just using a different material and a tighter knit so water doesnt flood out the sides during feeds and when you pick these up when the coco is dry, it wont fly all over the tent like with the radicles. They're the optimal bag for autoflowers especially. These are the 3 in the back they are growing perfectly so far

As flores começaram a engordar bem mais rápido agora. Dá para perceber no decorrer da semana o aumento no volume dos buds. Devido ao peso eles estão pendendo para os lados. Tenho que colocar arames para mantê-las na vertical. Isso também melhoraria o espaçamento dos buds.

1/17 - Entered Week 3 Today, Everything is going good so far. Just have been watering with fish tank water only. I have been adjusting plant ties so the light penetrates lower branches, in hopes of more tops. I have also been leaf tucking and adjusting lower branches over bigger leaves. #1 is growing at a pretty fast pace, faster then others, and is showing signs of multiple branches coming to top, #2 is doing good, I have been trying to get more light to lower branches, hopefully in the next few days will see progress, but overall it is growing at a good rate. #3 is doing alright, its growing at an okay pace, I started LST on it yesterday and have noticed branches emerging. #4 is still quite small, but growing at an alright rate, when it's a little taller will attempt LST. Overall, everything is going great! 1/18 - Yesterday I discovered white specks on leaves, did some research, one thing I found that could've been issue was my humidifier running tap water, I immediately cleaned out humidifier and filled with distilled water. After doing that did further inspection I saw a gnat in soil, only seen one so I killed him, turned off lights and fans, sprayed neem oil spray on soil and over plants very lightly, turned on fans , let dry for about 15mins and turned light back on. I did some research on neem oil and what I understood is that it's okay to use in veg but not quite flowering. Hoping this will be the last time using it, going to get sticky traps for future. Going to keep an eye on white specs and make sure they don't get worse, some wiped off but others didn't. #1 is starting to show pistil hairs. Everything still the same, added a very small amount of calmag to fish tank water in jug. 1/19 - Not to much to update , just have been filling humidifier, and watering. Tent is staying 80 degrees and 70% humidity VPD around .9-1. The white specks on leaves aren't going anywhere, but I don't notice any additional specks. 1/20 - Mid-day - Last night around midnight I started LST with #4, her lower branches looked like they had some growth so hopefully we get some good results with it. I've been adjusting canopy, bringing branches to open spots. Watered full pot today with just fish tank water, pot was a bit dry. Ordered Branch benders and Trellis net last night hopefully it comes just in time. 1/21 - Received Trellis net today, Going to attempt SCROG, This will be my first time attempting will see what the results will be and if it's helpful, If you have any tips or suggestions let me know. I put around 4inches above canopy's, so hopefully in a few days will get to toggle with branches. Tomorrow, I have adjustable, and 90 degree branch benders coming in, will be testing those out also. Everything is going smoothly so far. Thank you for all the support, and if any questions or suggestions feel free to drop below. 1/23 - Feeling bad that I missed a day of documenting, but did receive LST clips yesterday and I'm absolutely loving them. Even though they are on the cheaper end, they still seem to get the job done. Plants haven't met Trellis net yet, but hopefully in a few days #1 will start getting ready to train on SCROG. I'm very excited for week 4 and really can't wait for what it's going to bring. Also, while writing this, I did have some sad news, While attempting to LST a smaller branch, I accidently got to rough, and it broke off, my first lesson. Since then, I've been being a lot more careful with these girls knowing they are about to enter flower. Finally we are done, I spent one 10 months on Durban Poison, this is my best sativa strain and im absolutely in love. So next report will be with some Clones of Durban Poison.

I must say that among the three, the one that had the greatest success on LST was OG2 folded one week after the others excellent response even from ICE CREAM even if I see it too empty ....
