I have upped the feed now to about 1/2 strength and the plants are loving it. They're starting to recover from the low stress training last week and stretching upwards. Budding is underway with white hairs, and a distinctive gassy smell on 3/4 of the plants. I'm guessing I've got two phenos - 3x Chemdawg dominant and 1x Hindu Kush dominant. We'll find out when they start to flower fully. Switched to 18/6 from 24/0 on day 36 - now that they're flowering they seem more sensitive to heat from the lights (Also backed the light off a couple inches). This resulted in an immediate growth spurt!

The trichomes are starting to make themselves known On this one, also the smell is becoming a citrus like aroma which is one of my favorites, also No signs of deficiencies or anything yet so I hope it stays that way.

Plant seems to be growing well, she’s has some nice fans. I’ll be transplanting some time next week. Topped her this week too.

Harvest Update – RUNTZ Both RUNTZ phenos have been harvested, officially bringing this incredible journey to the end. It was a grow full of satisfaction, learning, and beautiful results. I’m truly impressed with the genetics from Zamesia both plants delivered super dense, frosty buds with an absolutely insane sweet and candy-like aroma. The terpene profile on these girls is just mouthwatering and promises a top-tier experience in the vaporizer. Solid, rock-hard nugs on both phenos this strain really lives up to the hype! Special shoutout to Plagron and their product Green Sensation – it worked wonders, especially in the final stages. Cette semaine, l'aventure de nos plantes de cannabis continue avec des hauts et des bas. L'une d'entre elles prospère, tandis que l'autre fait face à une petite brûlure depuis deux semaines, même si elles suivent la même diète. Pour apaiser la plante touchée, je lui offre une dose d'eau claire pour un petit rafraîchissement, pendant que sa compagne se régale de nutriments sans aucune réticence. En passant aux Nutriments Final Part, je m'attends à deux semaines d'excitation pour stimuler le développement des saveurs, des trichomes, et tout ce qui rend nos chères plantes si spéciales. Out of the 4 seeds only the gnarly taproot made it successfully. It is growing visually more and more everyday and soon I will investigate other two seeds that didn’t germinate and make this a one plant operation.

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Week 6 starting out with only red and white lights on. Noticed some heat stress on the top leaves so turned all the blue lights off (50%). I will try to get the lights higher if she keeps growing taller but it's noticeably cooler with just the blue lights off. Day 44 - Strapped the lights to the very top of the tent. Should have set it up that way from the beginning 😅 All lights on now. Still 16/8. Day 45 more defoliating Week summary- she's growing quit well! Keeping nutrients around 250 ppm seems to be good at this stage. Feed her only once this week and just kept adding distilled water kept it at the level. Her growth showed a sign on the last day of slowing down(height). Hope to only flower from here on out.

Well in a very unfortunate turn of events I’ve discovered the pound cake was a hermaphrodite & somehow I think I got very lucky and the lsd-25 as well as the papaya cookies did not get pollinated. As you can see she’s speeding a long I plan to push this plant to its true potential. I’m hopping for 3-4 more weeks. Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember it’s 4:20 somewhere!!!

Defoliated it a few days before harvest so plant can focus more energy on buds. Smells very citrusy, very powerful. Will harvest her in the next few days to start drying process :)

Hi Growmies. Here we are at the beginning of the end for the expert seeds grow . The Glueberry was taken out at day 60 and spent 48 in the dark before I trimmed her up for her slow dry. As I expected, I had a lot of undercut that won't be much use for bud weight but will go into some nice ice hash with the other trim. The main buds are a nice size and density with a very strong diesel and fruit hit coming from them too. They have a nice oily feel with a tacky after touch so should be nice and crunchy on drying after the cure. I have her in a cardboard box with cool 10°c air exchanging . This will hopefully slow the dry down and allow for the conversion of any stored chlorophyll into more usable thc and oils. Her trichs had enough Amber's to feel ready for harvesting her too. Now the waiting game .lol Mimosa Lemon is only now showing signs of and ending soon . Her hips have remained loose and sadly very open which is going to be a dissapointment on the yield front for sure. Her potency will no doubt be bang on from the sample I dried of a lower popcorn branch. She has a very strong lemon scent any where close to her now and I think she would be great for extractions. I am not looking forward to how to trim her now.. lol She began so well too but her bud growth has been a sad dissapointment . I am hoping her final effects will save her reputation. She appears to be just starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium and all she'll be getting is straight water from here on out. I watered today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 0.75g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in roughly two weeks +/- but you never know... It always pays to let the trichomes tell you when it's time to harvest, not the breeder as they are only giving an approximate time due to the numerous factors that can affect the time of harvest. 10/10- Well, Week Seven has come, gone and we're one week closer to this girl finishing up! She's so freaking frosty now and starting to fade that she'll be testing my patience this week! I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of next week but we'll monitor her trichomes and let them be the guide... I can't wait! 🤩 I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual.
