I soaked the seed in Black Forest still water for about 36 hours. After that, a taproot appeared, so I planted the seed directly into the pot. The pot is a 20L fabric pot made by AC Infinity. Approximately 28 hours later, a seedling emerged.
The soil is composed of:
20% Pumice: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0CQM61X8S/
About 10% of activated Biochar/Charcoal: https://www.amazon.de/DIMIKRO-Pflanzenkohle-fein-gemahlen-Liter/dp/B07PNPQSXR
20% Worm Castings: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07SQDRXGC
50% of soil (Torffreie Kräuter und Aussaaterde): https://www.raiffeisenmarkt.de/gaertnerglueck-torffreie-kraeuter-und-aussaaterde-p-73816145
Additionally, I added Green House Feeding BioGrow at a rate of 2.5g/L and Organic Nutrients CalMag Alga at 3.5g/L.
I won’t be doing much during this grow, except for leaf tucking and a bit of LST (low-stress training). I want to minimize stress as much as possible. The Blumat drip irrigation system will be added sometime after day 10. At that point, I also plan to sow some clover seeds in the pot.
I’m curious to see how she performs, what the harvest will be like, and how the 1:1 CBD-to-THC ratio affects me.
Additional Note: This grow is also an opportunity to learn from my previous mistakes. I’ll avoid over- or underwatering, and I’ll exclusively use reverse osmosis water. (I’m also considering using one branch to produce pollen and pollinate a few flowers to generate seeds, but we’ll see.)
