It's below zero outside and my heater can't keep up. Also the humidifier for this tent broke and I can't afford to replace it right now. It's starting to smell like fruit roll ups, so that's nice. Hopefully reaching the end of stretch.

The buds are very tight, but they didn't grow large colas so that means wasted time trimming cannabis, which I am not a huge fan of. I will not be growing this strain again, as I believe there are far better breeders and strains out there. I will continue to seek out the best breeders and strains until I am satisfied. I believe this Auto will yield in the 16-22 Ounce range dry, so I am not super disappointed, but I know I can do much better than this. After 6 days of drying, it took me around 7 hours to trim this auto, and she ended up yielding 16.72 Ounces. So she was definitely on the lower end of the spectrum from what I estimated on chop day, but still in the range. The buds are very tight, and smell like like cheese. I am only running one mature auto at a time now, so next up will be the Acid Dough from Ripper Seeds. I hope everyone has a great rest of your weekend, stay safe and Blaze On!!

17-05-2021: As you might have seen I have added some reflective foil to reduce heat on the water. This helps a lot. Growth is as expected but they are a bit on the bright side. Well yesterday the set EC was raised from 1.3 to 1.6 so probably new leaves will be a bit darker. Also added a bit of Calmag. Still great to see that as soon the roots touch the water the growth is exploding. Well yet 13 days till 12/12 so I am excited to see how big these ladies will be by then. Hoping for a seventh node before that. 18-05-2021: Today I dosed 18ml of H2O2 (50% silver stabilized). I have seen a few algae so if they are gone by tomorrow I keep this dose, if they are not I will give them a shock treatment of 50ml. In this system I don't have to worry about clogging (50mm tubes) but I also believe that if it is not necessary I shouldn't do it. Dosing is advised from the supplier based on tomatoes by the way. 19-05-2021: All survived the H2O2. Today I have added additional 18ml. Just to see what happens. Growth seems a bit faster last night 22-05-2021: Blue is not doing great... I hope they survive. Red is still OK

With the onset of pistils, Purple Wedding Glue saw a rehoming with an entirely different set of environmental parameters, namely slightly higher DLI and a crash in humidity to 50-55% that she accepted with grace and poise followed also by a jump in nutrition with the start of her flowering solution minus the first week of flower K dose. And that’s where the complications set in… As I write this I’m looking at the start of leaf stress, inward curling on the new growth sans any burning or clawing, that I’m attributing to myself and my propensity to push the envelope in the name of frugalness. Bio diesel state very clearly on their foliar feed chart “we advise using Rhino K within the first 24 hours of mixing”… I did not lol, and I now believe that 72 hours is asking too much of the solution 🤣. So the foliar application of K brought with it a hiccup but nothing dramatic, lesson learned, only fresh foliar mixtures from now on. But that situation lead me to leave out the K from PWG’s first coco soak. In saying all that the K application did see a tightening and decrease in node spacing and subsequently a slow in vertical growth. A welcome and expected result as PWG was suffering from a slight case of scoliosis due to cramping in the nursery tent. And smell. PWG now comes equipped with an olfactory experience. A deep waft of her admittedly early main cola site suggests a slight but evident dank on the front and burned coffee on the back, no doubt to change and evolve as she matures but any scent beyond planty chlorophyll gets a smile. Man, it's been a crazy week. These past few days have been brutal – seriously cold with this crazy humidity. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the chills and the way my skin feels all sticky. It's been a struggle, but I'm finally getting on top of things. I think I've figured out a good routine to dry things out around here, so hopefully, I'll be feeling a lot more comfortable soon. My three Bubble OG plants are looking awesome. Two of them are super tall, and it's gonna be crazy when they're done. I can already tell they're going to have huge buds. The little one might be short, but it's so dense, it looks like it's just stacked with buds all the way down.
