With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.

These girls are starting to get really big and bushy! This has started to become quite the sea of green setup but they seem to be happy and healthy still! These are definitely slower to flower than my other strains going in the other box but with the long veg/flower time with this strain I know I鈥檓 going to get a decent yield compared to the LSD25 and BlueBerry! Continued with a light feeding with Advanced Nutrients, I鈥檓 starting to see slight bits of burn on the edges so I will have to keep an eye on them throughout the week. Hopefully she starts to develop some big colas soon!!

I know it鈥檚 been a few weeks. I been traveling like crazy and haven鈥檛 really been home enough to get good pics of the plants. Here鈥檚 a photo dump of what the grow looks like now. One thing I鈥檝e noticed is my leaves are a very dark purple compared to the other growers I鈥檝e been seeing on here. Tell me what you think in the comments

Hello world, 馃嚞馃嚪 the previous week was good, the girls are growing and they were finally transplanted...everything seems OK,I would prefer them to be a bit bigger but they need their time...what I have changed the previous week was the ph of the water...I now adjust it to 6,0...since there's no playing around with nutes I have to play with something... WEEK 4: "WHERE THE GRASS IS GREEN AND THE GIRLS ARE PRETTY..." 鈽狅笍Day 22...馃挧they need to be watered daily,500 ml each time,as the sun dries their soil out...no need for nutes...Just add water and off you go!!!Today it's gonna be hot...37掳C...I will have to keep them inside under the Leds cause 37掳C is just too high for them...hope the temps drop the following days...I can't keep them inside cause the Leds are just 50W ...way too weak for my girls......I really miss my tent and my HPS...my wife doesn't want it around so now I have to compromise with the sun and the Chinese Leds...馃ぃ 鈽狅笍Day 23...Angie is a bit behind the others...Michelle and Lucy have gained height...generally I would like them to be bigger at this point...we shall see...the weather today is hotter and the temps will reach 40掳C... 鈽狅笍Day 25...Michelle and Lucy have streched...that's probably because the 3 last days they are inside under low light, due to the heat wave outside...will be training these two shortly...Lucy will be topped and LSTed while Michelle just LSTed...Lucy's tooping will have to wait a bit... I bent over Michelle's stem,at the beginning a little, but shortly after, I was more aggressive to her...she will be fine tomorrow... 鈽狅笍Day 26...Michelle has taken LST well and her leaves have already turned up towards the light...the side growth is beginning to turn upwards as well...the other two girls are doing fine... Today I topped Lucy at the 6th node...new side shoots are tiny but I am expecting them to grow vigorously since there is now main stem...I will do some LST to her as well but later on... 鈽狅笍Day 27...the temps are back to normal, 25-28掳C...the girls are outside and will stay there...I used Enhancer today at ph 6,3,but only on Michelle as I am kind of afraid of it...When I first got it I used it on 2 other plants and burnt them...So I am waiting to see how Michelle will react and then use it on the other girls too... 鈽狅笍Day 28...last day of the week, the girls are fine...Michelle took Enhancer well,no signs of whatever,so I will give it to the other two as well...the weather is crazy...it's a bit cold and windy now... So everyone in the community, thank u for watching, see u next week!!鈽狅笍

Chai Tea with Snoop Dogg and Hei-di 馃槅 So far just giving a little bit of water twice per week. She should have enough nutrients packed into that little can until flower starts!

As the plants are ripening and getting closer to harvest, I'm continuing to lower ppm levels while managing bucket water levels and ph. We're exactly at day 56 of flower (5/5/23) on Cinco de Mayo. The PBCRbx reflects a flowering time of 60-63 days, so no more nutrients at this point. I'll continue to monitor Trichomes through next week (i.e., week 9 of flower). Once I see more amber (approximately 20-25%), I will begin a 2-3 day flush with straight RO water. At that point, she is ready to come down. The last bucket change between week 7 and week 8 strictly followed GH's recommended dosage. That bucket change out brought an end to the ph swings she was beginning to experience. After the change out, the balance between water consumption, nutrient uptake, and ph is spot on. Specifically, while plant is up taking water, ph and ppm have maintained stability. She's looking and smelling incredible. Man those ETHOS beans are the bomb. There is a learning curve with DWC - no lie - but I've enjoyed the experience. That said, and if I had dialed her in from the start, she would have produced even better. Gratitude and thanks to ETHOS!

Day 1- watered Day 2- 馃槾 Day 3- 馃槾 Day 4- I need to feed tent 1 tomorrow. Gonna up the nutes from last week since they dont seem to be getting caught up. Can see 1st signs of flowering so I'm gonna experiment a bit with additives and see if I can see a noticeable winner or possibly no difference at all. Day 5- Fed tent#1 14ml advanced trio, 1ml floralicous +, .6ml mammoth p. 1/8tsp flower fuel per/gal. Tent#2 got 2.5ml armor si, 5ml tiger bloom, .6ml mammoth p/gal. Pulled each plant out and cleaned up the bottoms and middles, washed trays and gave a very light dusting diatomaceous earth on underside of leaves. Hoping that will keep any spider mites that think fucking with me again this year will be fun, dead as shit and disappointed. Got a bunch of cuts for clones now too. That's gonna be tomorrow me's problem though lol. Day 6- 馃毇 Day 7- well I'll be a son of a bitch...guess what I found? Spider mites. Got to try out my new eradication method I thought up months ago using diatomaceous earth and an air compressor. (Almost a week later and I cant find a mite anywhere 馃榿) STEP 1- Turn off your carbon filter so u dont plug it up then dust the hell out of everything with diatomaceous earth. I wanted it to look like a thick fog and let the fans blow it all around. I'd go fog it back up every 10-15 minutes for an hr or so. STEP 2- Starting with the worst, pull each plant out of the tent and blow off with 60psi (4bar) compressed air(see video) STEP 3- Inspect the plant and blow off any mites u find with the air gun. I used a LED flashlight to make it easy to see them. STEP 4- After the plant appears mite free give another dusting of diatomaceous earth.(see video) STEP 5- clean tent. Vacuum up all the DE and blow dust out of lights. STEP 6- Put plants back in the tent and start your carbon filter if u have 1. In theory this should take care of current mites and any eggs that hatch. Check daily and repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.

The plants are stressed AF and after more research from being here I'm seeing the problems. I got another fan and put it on the intake duct so that air was being actively pushed in rather than passively from the other fan which only takes air out. And then I got a photometer app called photone. So I fixed it until it read 100 on the PAR meter which the guys at the grow place told me was good. Now with this hygrometer I can pay attention to this and maybe set up alerts for when the VPD exceeds a certain range.

Hi there, We have definitely seen some good growth since last update. Patient and the longer veg period paid off as many bud sites appeared. I mean 4 plants filled the whole 120*120 tent. Genetic traits are starting to show. Marshmallow Og has thicker stems and has grown taller during the stretch while Candystore RBX is a much darker green has a medium-long internode spacing. It was necessary to use a plant trolley to lift the Candystore for a uniform canopy level. The tallest Candystore is 67cm, Marshmallow 73cm. On day 21 after the switch to 12, I took off a bunch of leaves to get more light on the lower nodes. At first I was afraid I had gone a little too far because I had also done an aggressive lollipoping on these girls. Next week we'll see how offended they are haha. They became hungrier and we started supplementing their watering with the Booster. The above mentioned units except the Silica are grams not ml. They drink like 5 litres every four days. Running the light on 80% , 44 cm above the canopy. Par.: 540-770 Ppfd Vpd.:1,05-1,2kpa. Happy with how everything looks, until next time.馃尡馃尀

Week 13 First signs of flowering are visible. I've added some more photos of how I bend and lower a branch that is too long with the kebab stick method. I bend the branch than carefully insert a kebab stick over it so the middle area of the stick is over the branch while each sides touch the bottom of a bamboo stick of the SCROG rack. The upward force of the branch will fixate the stick into place. This can be a low stress and safer alternative for super cropping where you risk snapping the stalk and potentially ruining it.
