Week 8 – The Lemon OGs keep packing on the weight 🍋🔥 Another week down and these ladies are just getting chunkier and chunkier. Buds are swelling nicely, pistils are still mostly bright, and the frost is spreading like powdered sugar on everything. Trichomes are stacking, smell is turning into that sweet citrus haze punch that makes you wanna just stand there and breathe it in. Feed for the week was simple and on point – keeping them happy without overcomplicating things. I’m pushing them a bit before my upcoming vacation, making sure they’ve got everything they need to finish strong while I’m gone. Lights are still blasting 480W full power from the two KingBrite P55s, and they’re soaking it all up without complaint. Temps max out around 28°C, humidity is steady, and the canopy is looking even. A few lower leaves are fading, which is perfect for this stage. Some branches already needed a bit of support – fat cola problems, amigos 😎👌🏼 If they keep going like this, we’re looking at some heavy jars after chop. Wow what a week. We are at 48” as of day 20 on the Enemy of The State plants (both are the same height now). The two White Criticals were 36 and 38 inches from the top of the tanks and the taller tops on Purple Purple are about 34”. Wedding cake is about 30” now. All my plants seem to love the 5.2 pH. Enemy of the state are on a lighter feed of about 950ppm and wedding cake is still eating from a vegetive reservoir at 1125ppm. Thanks for looking!

Great growth, was worried at first because of the nitrogen toxicity but she recovered and gave good gains. Yet to trim, dry and cure then will update. Great taste and very clean flower bud, quick effects leaving you very relaxed.

The structure on these 2 girls are beautiful, I believe they are starting to pre-flower so this is the last technical week of veg. I hope they stretch a little so they get taller and not so squatty.

Just finishing week 2 of flower. All trimming has been completed on the lower branches. Had a slight Calcium deficiency, due to a mix-up with nutrients. Girls are back on track and looking great. Stay tuned as these girls are going to stack up nicely

This week the photoperiod girls continued to show steady growth and healthy development. Their leaves are a rich green, with wide blades and strong node stacking. The plants are branching nicely without excessive stretch, which means the 18-inch, 50% light setting is still working perfectly. The cover crop has taken off and is providing great soil protection, though it may need some trimming soon to prevent light competition. Humidity and pest prevention measures (sticky traps, nematodes applied earlier) are keeping things stable with no major pest pressure noted. On the feeding front, the plants have been living off the nutrients in their soil with no deficiencies showing. The plan is to water with silica tonight (Sept 3) to strengthen cell walls and prep them for training. Topping is scheduled this week as well — this will help shape the canopy and encourage even bushier growth moving into later veg. Overall, Week 4 has been smooth and productive. The plants are thriving in their environment, setting the stage for training and stronger structural development in Week 5.

Plant is growing good, put scrog a bit higher and waiting for its flowering, it has showed it's sex and hopefuly starts flowering at least after a week. HPS lamp is doing its job perfectly, can't wait to switch it to yelow Sodium.

We are almost at the moment of working our magic, we are about to go into flowering and the vegetative phase is coming to an end, our Zamensia Slurricane is a very beautiful plant with low internodal distance that looks like a small Japanese tree. We are about to do the last topping that will bring it to 16 tops, 16 small clones of the main cola that will come up I hope at the same time and all together and above all I hope that the cold will give us a great resin and a beautiful coloration. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit into over, it happened to her then you detach and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I over-fertilized the plants a bit but it's something I've always managed very well once I got to flowering. Got a new camera lens so I hope pics are more interesting now!! Everything is great. Tent is getting stinky! Couple spots on some leaves so I added a bit more Calmag, but we are just coasting down the hill at this point! The lower growth is GREEEEEEN. I'm not worried at all and you can see I'm getting lovely photos! I took a sniff tonight and it smelt so good my toes curled a little!!! Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)
