ZkyzcraperZ - N.Y.Ceeds Day 71 🚿 She has been watered with 2L of RO tap water, mixed with the defined nutrients and then finally pH'd to 6.5👌🏻This week, I increased her bloom nutrients again as she will need the extra nutrients as she starts to bulk her flower 🌸 She has pretty much finished her stretch and has now switched focus to developing and bulking her flower, which is is covered in; maybe the most bud-sites I've seen on a plant this size - her scent has just about started to appear also, very fruity with notes of gas 👌 ✂️ I've lollipopped her again, removing all of her lowest most budsites and fan leaves, as they are just too far away from the light source - but other than that, she hasn't required much effort 👍🏻

Iris is definitely a tough fighter. All the ladies showed what they can do this week. I'm very excited to see what happens next. Everything looks very good.

They will finish outdoors and, at my terrace, the maximum temperature registred was 39 fucking Celsius degrees so let´s see how she evolves ! I take a look at the crystals every single day because I know that because of the heat they can change of color very fast but its not the case, all the plants are very resistent. Top Candy and Bloom increasing, and i gave 3 doses of PK (52-34) and probably 1 or 2 more once a week. Stay tunned !!

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! The small flowers look great and they look bigger everyday! 😃 Thanks everyone! See you all next week! 👋

Week has been good. I'm not sure about the ppm and salt around roots, they are a little brown. Wounder if I should flush them and start again with nutrient? And see some of the last picture, it's pretty thigth between the leaf and buds, should I but some of the leaf? Ppm 1400-1600 Temp 22 to 31 Temp in water 20-26 Humidity 50-60%

3/11/2019 All going well, Fed with grow,micro,bloom, + Overdrive. Calyxs really filling out nicely one more week of feeding them, then flushing for 1-2 weeks . In video of #2 i show where it broke, she healed and kept budding any way.😁
