Little bit of a delay. Wanted to get climate perfect before the flip. Upgraded ventilation and have the tent dialed in well at 74 degrees and 60% humidity during day and 70deg/ 55% at night. Started a second scrog on Day 42. Nervous about the stretch but hopefully I can maintain it (I wish T5 lights could flower...) Did extensive trimming underneath clearing pretty much anything that will never reach the ceiling of green above it. Day 45 marks last day of Veg Day 46 marks first day of flower AND. HERE. WE. GO.

Fattening the buds and making them grow. Nice smell. Buds are heavy causing the branches to fall, losing strength, I'm having to tie them up. Very fat.

The fruit tartare is in blooming very pretty. She has these deep dark colours in starting in the center of her buds. She seems very strong and is starting to smell very sweet. I'm very curious about her future... If she keeps it up like this , I'll be a very happy man!

The past week I've been trying to identify problems with my climate and feeding. Three out of two plants (so also one of the XL Runtz) stay behind with exactly the same problems. I've been ventilating more to get cooler air into the tent. This seems to resolve some of the issues but has cost some development. Reason enough to call off the battle. The playing field was influenced by me as I'm still getting to know 'the rules of engagement' with growing autos indoors. They are way more sensitive to influences than my usual regulars. So I'm using all this info to tune my tent, for climate, and the soil for nutrients. So the next run will be more stable. Still, these strains completely amaze me with how fast they put out these buds. It is almost alien in 6 short weeks up to now. Considering my options for summer. Dealing with temps in a hot attic, or start growing some plants indoors and transfer to outdoor when it gets too hot. The jury is still out on this but the invasion of Ukraine could play a role in this as my government keeps pumping Russian oil and gas for our energy needs and Sunshine and me stand solid in our support for a free Ukraine. They started growing strong this week!

Tropicana had to go back indoor because the temperature outside is the opposite of tropical. I took off two leafs and gave her time to relax after. Everything is fine and I can already smell something when I‘m near to her. 🤭☺️ Where is the sun? Preparing for sun storm!
