Hey hey my fellow growers, I hope everyone had an excellent week! It is great to be back here at the beginning of week six, let’s get into it! Last week I had misspoke- I said I was going to train 5 of the 6 plants I have going from fastbuds, this was false…. What I meant is all 6… Yes at the time I had only INTENDED on messing with 5 but the last one, the way it was structured with the self top, it was practically BEGGING me to get in there and play with it- and I ask you this- who would I be to deny that little strawberry pie the simple pleasure of a little training? So train I did… Nothing crazy, but actually for all six plants (despite my best efforts, best being debatable) to not go overboard- I have been going in a doing a little bit of training and taking a leaf off here and there if it’s blocking any potential bud sites. I am trying to be really careful and not do too much at once and upset any of them- but at the same time, after stunting them a bit with the taproot incident (which I will keep referring to until I learn from that mistake) I want to do what I can to maximize yield after tripping up a bit in the beginning. We will see how it goes, but for now, everything seems to be doing well and responding well to the bit of training I have been doing. Right now I am seeing a range of sizes among the bunch- the forbidden runtz are both shorter and squatier coming in at about 5.5 inches in height each and I notice everything is spaced a bit tighter on these so I have had some difficulty spreading them out but not to any problematic extent, just in comparison with the rest- Next we have the strawberry pie- the smaller one coming in at 5.5inches, is the one that I was speaking about that had topped itself. It seems to be doing well and handling the training just fine. However the other one, that one is much bigger and is about 8.5 inches tall. It wasn’t until I busted out the ruler that I saw that this was the second biggest plant of the fast buds. That leaves the largest which of course was the gorilla cookies! The smaller of the two is coming in at 8 inches and the larger one coming in at 9.5! They are both tied down and doing great, showing growth each day after being trained and having select leaves removed. We are getting closer and closer to flower I hope to have a bit more time with them but that is totally in their hands, so we will see what happens- the game plan now for me at this point is to keep doing what I’ve been doing- trying to balance on a delicate line. As far as other news… I am doing dishes the other day- I have my phone propped up with YouTube on and dude grows playing (my preferred way to do dishes) I hear the dude mention a giveaway they are doing that I had submitted an entry for recently so my ears had perked up…👀 I saw they had the contest page pulled up and on display and I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be cool if I got to see my picture right now, sure enough- I hear them start talking about my pictures! I in no way won (at this point, my fingers are crossed though haha) and I realize that this is debatably anticlimactic however, I listen to these guys everyday at work so I was stoked! I still am! Days 99 - 105 (from sprout) 8/30/24 - 9/5/24 Raised light above canopy of The Good Shit - PAR on main tops is 800-700+ while remaining lowers are seeing closer to 450-500 Loompa's Headband x TK fading to a close this week - trichome check starting to show amber on the bracts Sweet 16 S1 now starting senescence and a little fading on some fan leaves The Good Shit showed signs of some overwatering, so a newly made FPE was added to feed schedule to assist the microbiology Light schedule lowered to 10 hrs this week IPM: Applied enzymes (tweetmint) at a rate of 0.5 fl oz to 1/2 gallon and sprayed on cover crops + mulch throughout the week. Significant decrease in pest population, now needs a high quality compost top dressing for long term correction

8/19. I notice some fading on the older leaves. Looking back at what I been feeding. Looks like I been getting ready for bud, but she hasn't. So tomorrow I'm giving her a solid nitrogen feed. She is growing like crazy. Only makes sense 8/20 Gave her a solid feeding of N. Foxfarm Grow Big. 30 mls in 2 gallons of water. She is getting to be voluptuous, so hopefully I made the right move. 8/22 gallon and a half of tea. This time cow poop and worm castings. She is showing definite signs of flowers. Next watering I'm going to feed her nuits for flowering. Few days ago she was fed a good amount of Foxfarm Grow Big. She is a good size plant, so I'm sure I can get away with another feeding. Just going to make sure there is not a lot of nitrogen. She is forming her colas. Think I'm just starting to see how big she really is. 8/24 and have not had to water for 2 days. Rain and not that hot, however the heat is back. So she is going to be thirsty.

Week 8, week 3 of flower, stretch slowed, let the girl get thick now (fingers crossed), tricome production is good

Hello This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. Things are doing good in here. The Dos Si Dos 33 and the Pink Kush have got "the stretch" going on now. Blackberry Moonrocks and Critical OG don't stretch that much. Starting to get a little smelly in here now. I'll trim up this week. Will be removing sucker branches and some fan leaves and opening up the middle and some top leaves to let the light get farther into the plant. OK. Be Cool Chuck.

On day ten I did my first feeding at half dosage and lowered the lights from 21inches to 18, ladies responded really well. Notice growth by the next morning. On day day twelve I did second feed which went well. Did my third feed on day thirteen, which did not go well, 5 hours after feeding I notice leafs were cured up, I brought the lights up to 21 inches and fixed the problem. Light burn. Day fifteen I tried LST which did not go well since this was my first time doing this. Day 16 ladies where back to normal so I did Fimming and see how that works out for me. Wish me luck.

Plants smell amazing, and seem too like the banana juice. Will continue to use stash blend as well for the next week or two.

It's looking great. Good grow this week from all plant. Took some leafs off for more light on stem and reduce humidity.

Low nutes schedule, watering each 2 days, 35ºC today..... alternating water with top candy and nutes. Broke my PH meter :(

Week 7 of flower, it seems that they are nearly done. Maybe 14 more days till harvest. The smell is now rich and dense, opening the tent means filling the whole room with terpenes.

Sep 2: still going. Colas are starting to weigh heavily on the Scrog net which is good to see. Sep 7: late season hailstorm did some minor damage.

She is such a pleasure to grow, easy and not fussy. Added a handful of bat guano and worm casts for the last time. She is releasing a strong odora especially before lights off, she has a narcotic smell, skunky and afghani no vanilla so far.

Week 2 of flowering phase Cookies Gelato by royal queen seeds Hallo fellow growers here we go Day 8 flowering phase looking good amazing to see them developing up close day by day . Today no watering maybe some defoliation below the net but that it cool beans 😎 Day 9 Flowering phase Didn't see the plant for 20hours and jebus they grew over night they went up 15cm . But they are looking healthy Gave them almost 1.2L nutrients was getting dry that was it . Day 10 flowering phase Today adjust some things in the tent it didn't feel a right not to happy with tents quality 🤔 also it's very challenging to get to back corner plant. I need to fully open the tent. There are no peak holes ore other opening to get to the back . And it feels unstable . Plants i only did some final defoliation and gave 0.5l normal water Day 11 flowering phase Plants looking okay to me. Didn't water them today want to let them dry out some . I think because of all the watering i am Struggling with the humidity in the tent . It is around 80% and that little dehumidifier don't do jack patetoe . Def need to think of a solution for later in the weeks Day 12 Flowering phase Gave nuts water and put a 2nd ScrOG up a little higher . Advanced Nutrients is getting 10/10 for me Day 14 Flowering phase Week 2 of flowering phase complete It was a learning week for me . Got bit scared how they grow 15 cm in a day . But it's seems to be oké i got still some real estate left. I think that i am not giving them any water what so ever . I need to learn to let them dry out some . Also a bit struggling with humidity in the tent . I am trying to give them water right before light on ore right after light out .
