Looking For A Keeper cream of the crop seeds purple paralysis 2nd April 2021 First of all ... Phew!!!! That was a long grow!! I've done all of the Main trimming and have a heap of Jars full of Stinky Buds ready to begin the curing process. 😍😍 It was a challenge growing in new conditions during Summer with Temps often getting above 45 degrees celcius Thunderstorms and High winds became an issue once or twice and finally the worst part was the Bloody Caterpillars 😣 Those buggers gave me the absolute shits for the last 5 weeks of the plants life . These plants actually started from clones taken from a Purple paralysis plant that I was hoping to flower last year. However due to an unavoidable trip away I lost that plant but the clones survived. So then my plan became to plant them both into a garden bed filled with my soil mix which basically consisted of locally sourced Red dirt and washed river sand mixed with Cattle manure , worm castings , garden lime and Lucerne mulch. The Plants thrived thru the summer months and into Autumn and ended up yielding 19 ounces plus Lots of good quality trim. I love this strain and have definately found myself a Keeper in this one . I'd really like to get the oppurtunity to try other strains from Cream of the crop seeds and maybe I will before too long. 12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Tag 35 - Ende der 5. Woche. In dieser Woche an Tag 33 habe ich die Pflanze etwas entlaubt. Dabei habe ich die untersten Triebe entfernt und zusätzlich alle weiteren Blätter die im unteren Bereich nur im Schatten standen entfernt um die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern und die Belichtung zu erhöhen. Die Pflanze ist voll im Stretch und hat diese Woche nochmal ordentlich an Höhe dazu gewonnen. Die Blüten entwickelt sich gut und wachsen. An Tag 29 wurde die Pflanze gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 2 ml/l - Voodoo Juice Advanced Nutrients. 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A 4 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B 2 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. Davon hat die Pflanze 500ml an Tag 29 erhalten.

The plant has doubled in size within this week. This week it was watered every 2 days with approx. 150 ml with collected rainwater. The weather was really good again this week. The daily temperatures fluctuated between 18 and 27 degrees. As roots were visible at the bottom of the pot, I thought it would be a good time to repot at the end of the week. As you can see from the pictures, the roots are not yet perfectly formed. As I have now taken the plant out of its pot anyway, it has been given a new home. The pot size has increased from 0.6l to 4l. It is now big enough for the pre-fertilized soil. N 210 mg/L - P 240 mg/L - K 270 mg/L - Mg 70 mg/L - S 150mg/L

March 08 I left the air purifier on by accident again last night so there was a blue light overnight. The buds look good though. I taped the window up so I'm no longer having a humidity issue at night. I alternate between having the light on at 100% and 75% and recently 50% as well. March 10 I just fed them Ph'd water with molasses. Runoff pH 6.2-6.5, ppm 200-600. I'm having trouble getting good shots of the trichromes but I'm starting to see more amber ones. Less than 5%.

Missed a watering one week , sorry for the small amount of yellow leaves but it all smells amazing :) . Hoping by adding magnesium sulphate in the feed I’ll be able to bring back some of the colour in the foliage, but other then that everything looks and smells great ;) enjoy!

The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew. I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours. My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle. The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants. I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size. This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit. Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush. The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant. The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

Buds looks super dense and start to see resin, I’m so hype to see what she can produce. Overall look great. Healthy plant.

I switched the light from MH to HPS because the plants did not grow at all. They have stems like trees, but they are low. They started to grow after switching to HPS. Anyway, I'm dissatisfied with height. I hope it will benefit from a large flower pot and grow like water.

🌸 Week 6 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is in the books and the differences between the phenos are becoming impossible to ignore now 👀🔥 Stretch has been very different across the plants and some phenos are clearly showing completely different growth patterns despite running under the same conditions. It’s getting easier every week to identify which phenos stay compact and bushy and which ones want to reach for the sky. 📈 Current observations: Pheno #3 and #4 have stretched aggressively and are now above 70 cm Pheno #5 took the lead and is currently sitting at around 101 cm 👀🔥 Pheno #1 and #6 are still in early flower / preflower and developing noticeably slower Plant architecture is becoming very clear now — some phenos are growing dense and bushy while others are showing strong vertical growth At this stage I already have clear favorites: ⭐ Pheno #4 and #5 are currently standing out the most for me in terms of structure, vigor, and overall development. Week almost coming to an end, I decided to update a few days before as this week should be very busy... Everything is going very well so far, nothing to correct, looking forward to the next few weeks 💪💪💪 I decided to automate my irrigation, which was the only thing I still had to do manually, humidifier, dehumidifier, air conditioning were all automated and all that was left was watering. Using automotive equipment, I assembled a fuel pump, a cold start solenoid, a smart extension from China, some hoses, connectors and an aquarium air compressor to make bubbles every hour for 20 minutes, and finally the drippers, which are also low cost. 💲💲💲 I posted the video of the whole scheme working and also the oxygenator, I don't know if anyone doesn't want to invest in a high-cost one and also likes to do these things, that's a great idea...
