I am very satisfied with the germination that took place in a few days. 🌱💪 This week I will continue to keep an eye on the development of the plant to prevent it from stretching too much in the first weeks. 🔍 I use BioBizz Light soil which for the first few weeks manages to provide enough nutrients, so I will water with a little water every day, to keep the humidity a little higher, without running the risk of overwatering. 🌊❌

So the bud pretty much matched the size of the pot! Super tiny grow at 80ml of soil! Pretty frosty and dense considering the size of the pot! Smells like lemon too! Just chopped her down and will have a harvest report on my assuming 4 grams of dried bud! Fun tiny grow! ✌️💚🌿💨

#1 is going weird, the resin production on this one is so low. I've already seen that on outdoor autoflowers and it gave bad quality cannabis.. Start of a new week with plenty growth, she’s flying every day. Added pk half ml on top of 2ml feed every 4 days she will probably get 3 more doses of pk at 1ml providing she reacts to the small dose well The lower leaves that where slowly turning yellow shot to yellow almost overnight after giving her half a ml of pk. Buds are swelling up with rapid growth so I’m hoping she’s focusing more on flower as I have just gave her another dose 3 days later...

Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. ​📝 Mes impressions finales ​Quantité vs Qualité : Je vais être honnête, même si les têtes sont bien denses, la quantité n'est pas tout à fait au rendez-vous. C'est un peu mieux que sa petite sœur, mais pour moi, une plante doit approcher les 100g sec pour vraiment valoir le temps investi. La Cherry Cola semble privilégier la résine au rendement. ​Aspect : C'est une merveille visuelle. Les têtes sont d'une beauté rare, totalement recouvertes de trichomes en masse, on dirait qu'elles ont été plongées dans le sucre. ​Odeur : C'est extrêmement fort ! Un parfum lourd, sucré et épicé qui embaume tout l'espace. ​Note provisoire : 8/10. J'espère maintenant que l'effet sera à la hauteur de cette production de résine incroyable. ​🙏 Remerciements ​Cette aventure n'aurait pas été la même sans vous. OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. On hand for heavier use (Once every 3 days before lights out for 15 days) in the case of an outbreak (No outbreaks yet, due to aforementioned preventative measures)

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 1 Flower Report Welcome to the first week of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup! This is a crucial stage in the cycle, and we’ve made some important moves to set the girls up for success. Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality.
