Flower WK 5

I feel like I'm doing something wrong when it comes to the end of flowering. I've seen harvests with nice green leaves but for some reason my leaves are always yellowing and burnt by the last couple of weeks. I usually just chalk this up to harvesting time fade/fall coloring but I wonder if it's something I don't have right in my nutrients. Either way I only have about a week or 2 left of feeding, im going to implement Liquid Koolbloom the last week of feeding. The last 2 weeks of these girls I'll flush with just ph balanced water. Day 60 should be around January 8th which is my expected Harvest date so this will be my "New Year Harvest". Needless to say, I'm super excited! P.S. I added in another layer of netting to help support the really heavy buds forming. They feel super solid and thick as well as extremely sticky

At first glance someone might think something is wrong. But that's exactly why this project exists. Sometimes the greatest lessons come from the plants that refuse to do what we expect. 🌱 Why This Project Exists One of the goals of this entire 8×8 Adventure has never been simply to grow beautiful plants. The real objective is education. Every plant in this room receives exactly the same opportunity. The same room. The same light schedule. The same nutrients. The same temperatures. The same humidity. The same CO₂. The same care. The only thing that's different... ...is the genetics. By documenting every phenotype individually, we can see something many growers never have the chance to observe. Plants are individuals. Even sisters from the same seed pack don't always make the same decisions. And Passion Fruitz is giving us the perfect example. 🌿 Still Growing... And That's Perfectly Fine While many of her neighbours have already started producing flowers, Passion Fruitz remains comfortably in vegetative growth. No pistils. No stretch into bloom. No rush whatsoever. Instead, she's investing every bit of energy into building herself. Her canopy has become noticeably fuller. Her branching is becoming stronger. The stems continue thickening, and every new node adds to an increasingly compact and healthy structure. She isn't falling behind. She's simply following her own biological timetable. 🌎 Genetics Always Have the Final Say One of the biggest myths surrounding the 12/12 From Seed method is that plants immediately begin flowering simply because the lights are set to 12 hours. This project has shown the opposite. The light schedule tells the plant the season. The genetics decide when she's mature enough to respond. Whether it's a photoperiod plant... An autoflower... Or completely different phenotypes from the very same variety... Every plant reaches that moment in its own time. Passion Fruitz has become the living proof of that. She's reminding us that growing isn't about forcing nature. It's about learning to observe it. 🍃 A Compact Beauty Although she's still one of the smallest ladies in the room, she might also be one of the healthiest. Her foliage is deep green and full of life. The internodal spacing remains incredibly tight. Every growing tip looks vigorous, with fresh new growth appearing almost daily. This week required almost no intervention. A little gentle leaf tucking here and there was enough to improve light penetration while allowing her natural structure to continue developing uninterrupted. Sometimes doing less is exactly what the plant needs. 💧 Letting Her Write Her Own Story Her feeding program remains focused on healthy vegetative development, providing everything she needs while avoiding the temptation to push her faster than she's ready to go. There's no special treatment. No attempt to force flowering. No drastic adjustments. Just consistency. One of the biggest lessons growing has taught me over the years is that patience often produces the best results. Every plant deserves the opportunity to grow at her own pace. 🌡️ The Environment Remains Stable As with every plant in this project, Passion Fruitz continues enjoying stable environmental conditions that allow her genetics to express themselves naturally. Current conditions include: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • Solution temperature: 25°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 636 ppm Keeping these conditions consistent removes as many external variables as possible, allowing the genetics—not environmental fluctuations—to tell the story. 📷 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs beautifully capture the stage she's currently in. 2023-07-14 Lovely colorful and nice smelling Flowers. Plants growing from brginning very vigour and sweet fantastic structured, great Ratio from Buds to Leaves super harvest of sticky, dense and big Buds Thank you @sweet_seeds

Everything is good the smell is starting to getting so sweet ! Critical Mass is getting fluffy, frosty and soooo sticky !! Chocolate Haze is packing big long buds, can't wait !!! Ps : Sorry for the mess in the order of the pics ! 😅

Week 22, day 4. 5 weeks after switching to 12/12 lighting. Nr 1 is 155 cm tall from top of soil and Nr 2 is 171 cm. They start to smell a lot and there is like sticky glue all over the plant. Its starting to frost up and the buds are swelling nicely.

Hey Peeps, So its been quite a bad week for my girl. Its rained every day apart from today and shes been lollipoped not by me. The damage that you can see actually occured over one night, in a word carnage 😔 Ive taken her out of her hidey hole about mid week as one more attack like this and shed be dead, just gonna have to risk her out in the open and hope that the neighbours dont notice if she recovers. Today, day 23 was the last repotting. Girls went from 11.6L to a 20L pot. Now there in the right place, serious things can begin ! I planned to top the girls on wednesday or thursday. It will depends on hos they will recover. Actually, it's my first time with smartpots. If smartpots have a lot of advantages, repotting is not one of them ! I made a mistake : the plants were 60% dry, and abviously, it was not a good idea ! It should be clearly moist. Nextime I think I will water the girls 1 hour before repotting. I hope it will be ok and they will recover from this tough moment.... Will see in a few days 😰😨 Anyway, I have generously watered them right after repotting with no nutrient. Juste clear water with the right Ph. As they are in some brand new light-mix medium, I thought they have enough nutrient for a at least 2 or 3 days. D-25 : Everything is ok. Girls seems to have recover very well :) Anyway, I'll wait at least one more day before topping. D-26 : Topping the girls. Hope everything is going to ok... Also feeding the girls right after the top. During the topping process, the plants were reduced from 25cm to 12cm.

I'm sure I have something to interest you in! - The thing here is: The ubiquitous "BOOM" of indica, in particular OG, did not leave many fans of a good staff without close attention and observation for a long period... Day 22 the remaining 3 plants have refilled the space they are all showing much more sativa silver haze traits in the leaves now the spiky plant has the most kush looking leaves The NL pheno doesn't look anything like this anymore and is the slowest in flower I bent the heads over to create an even canopy They all look healthy I have allowed the best pheno to take over most of the space by bending its lower branches out

So langsam wird’s richtig schön hier Bisher mein optisch sauberster Run – sonst hatte ich immer mal wieder kleinere Verbrennungen durch den Dünger. Zwei meiner Mädels sahen anfangs etwas mitgenommen aus, aber haben sich super erholt. Ein paar Blätter haben nur drei Finger oder zeigen leichte Verfärbungen, aber insgesamt bin ich mega zufrieden. Ich freu mich schon richtig auf die nächsten Wochen und bin gespannt, wie sich alles weiterentwickelt 🙌 Falls jemand Anregungen, Tipps oder einfach nur Liebe da lassen will – gerne in die Kommentare ✌️💚

Ja die 4/5 hat angebrochen, die Pflanze wächst gut und die buds werden immer praller :) die Pflanze wurde auch sehr frostig! Und wenn wir schon bei den terpenen sind, sie riecht sehr süß mit einer Holz Note dabei das macht richtig Bock das Zelt zu öffnen. Dafür das die Pflanze die kleinste is riecht die mehr als die Strawberry und Cream Caramel. Ich hoffe aber sehr das die Pflanze keine Bananen bekommt wie die strawberry ich werde beide Pflanzen die übrig sind ab jetzt mehr kontrollieren müssen.

Auto Maxi Gom has been steadily making progress. She has started stretching, and is progressing more into flowering. I switched the feed over to blooming feed early week. I defoliated and did some lst. Everything is looking good, and nothing more to report at this time. Thank you Medic Grow. Week 5 and here comes the fun part: let flower begin. These girls are hungrier than ever, like they'd grow forever if I let them. For a lot of you this might be "normal," but as a newbie I'm honestly blown away. I've never had plants this healthy and aggressive since I started growing. As expected, the tent has turned into a jungle. The only one still a bit "bullied" is the Runtz, she's been the shy one since day one, but she's catching up and finally found her rhythm. I'm slowly pushing VPD up and trying to sit around 1.1-1.2 kPa, and I added another fan under the canopy to keep airflow moving through this thick forest. Leaves keep expanding, calyxes are swelling, internodes are stacking, and they're clearly competing for light. First time in coco and I'll say it: this changed the way I look at growing. I've also been defoliating gradually to open up sites for the upcoming flowers. In one session I probably removed up to 15 leaves per plant, and they didn't even flinch. Still turgid, still pushing. I can't wait to see how this flowering run develops. Only downside is the limited space, I wasn't ready for this level of growth, especially after my past soil struggles.
